A few weeks back, my wife and I came back to our car after some shopping and discovered that the front bumper had been virtually torn off (no note, of course). I cannot begin to put into words just how grateful I was for the service that I received from this collision center. A deer wrecked the front of my car and it was the last thing I needed at this point my life. I have been between jobs between paychecks between home due to babysitting in between everything else from back-and-forth to a frenzied lifestyle -- on top of everything -- not having my own car with my own belongings in it! This deer incident did not allow for a seamless transition and again like stated, it was the last thing I needed. My jaw literally dropped and stayed ajar for quite some time as I opened the car and wasn't even sure that it was mine on the inside. I had to do a double take! I honestly paused and had to make sure (ALL of my belongings were contained in a bag in the trunk and I didn't realize that yet) it was mine. The car was returned in better condition than I could have ever imagined, it was showroom quality, and you can tell that it was staged as such as if they were for sale in the show room as is protocol I suppose for whoever cleaned it. My car was COMPLETETY WAXED and shiny everywhere. I truly struggled to find a piece, a single piece of dust anywhere inside the car to no avail. My car was absolutely beautiful and the amount of pride and effort they put into it was far more than I had ever exceeded on my own efforts. The car looked a literally brand new and so attractive that I've forgotten that lost feeling I had from when I first purchased the car back in 2013. I cannot explain how good it felt to have that type of morale boost as I was absolutely in the pits that week and it was so nice to come home to something beautiful. I wanted to personally meet and thank all the people that put my car back together down to every single last little touch: the perfectly shiny waxed (wet appearing) wheels and hubs, fit perfectly and outstandingly vacuumed interior, the waxed interior of the car, every little detail was absolutely impeccable. It even got better today (a few days later) when I popped the hood to top off my wiper fluid and I saw everything under the HOOD was also detailed! Every bit of corrosion around the battery, dust, dirt, etc cetera was GONE. Everything was clean like sparkling new right off the lot. I just sat there in astonishment and was barely able to get started driving the car back to my house. I was literally speechless. It was so nice to know that someone thought enough of me and my car to make it feel like gold and make me feel absolutely pampered considering the type of month or two that I had been having. I have been to other shops, chose to go with Ford because I knew everything would be spec because I have a Mustang, and I'm proud that I made this type of choice. The "We Take Pride in Your Vehicle" paper disposable floormats could not have made a better caption to the entire experience. Thank you sincerely, most sincerely from the very bottom of my heart! The high quality customer service I received at this body shop was beyond outstanding. Staff on the phone were receptive and always helpful. The exterior of the car looks amazing-- like the whole rear bumper had never fallen off and parts of trunk crushed. (Honestly, I have yet to check for any leaks into the trunk; but don't expect to find anything amiss.) The shop works directly w my insurance so I didn't have to get involved w any self-advocacy. I got my car back within a week! On top of all the good above, when I couldn't find a friend to give me a ride to pick my car up, because I was local, they brought the car right to my driveway! I bought a 2014 ES 350 Lexus and five days later a deer hit me on the driver's side of the car. Dan Wheeler is the manager and fixed it better than new. They were extremely efficient and accommodating to my demanding schedule. Insurance was not accommodating at first, however Dan stepped in and was able to get the full amount of the estimate. My Subaru door was damaged and bent. They provided excellent customer service, were so easy to work with, and did a great job. They towed a rental to the home and towed my Subaru to the shop. They kept us informed and had the repair completed within a week and worked seamlessly with the insurance co. They towed the Subaru back to my home and picked up the rental car. The repair job is excellent, cannot tell it was ever injured. They also had cleaned the inside and outside of the Subaru, nice and shiny! We were SO impressed with the service and the work! Let me make this quick and short, I have a 2012 WRX in SWP color, for everyone that knows colors this is not an easy paint to match. Haldeman Collision did a "FANTASTIC JOB" on matching that color, they cut my quarter panel because of the damage and I was scared that it will look weird and it didn't! It matched perfectly, they really did a fantastic job. The damage on my car was horrible and the day I got it, it looked brand new! Outstanding job on paint and body work! I inspected everything for about an hour. It took a while to get the car back because of the damage and that's understandable. Advice for everyone, be patient! They don't rush the job, they make sure that they do it the right way (This depends on the type of damage of the vehicle of course). "Dan Wheeler" is a great manager or supervisor that kept me updated through email and what is going on and also "Kenney Hall" when Dan is not available, both of them is great on what they do! Hi, I dropped my car off here last Friday and I got a couple quotes from different places, such as Car Star ( too expensive) my insurance didn't really help me and I didnt want to wait 3 weeks for my car to get my car fixed since Thanksgiving is next week.. I brought it here, and told Dan Wheeler my situation and he helped me out. I had my 2012 hyundai veloster swiped by a tracker trailer and it dented and scratched my front driver panel.. i brought it to him and his staff, they were very friendly. Haldeman Collision fixed my 2014 Lexus in Sept 2015. The bumper was badly damaged, as was the trunk. Dan, the manager, was easy to work with, understood what needed to be done immediately and provided a fair price. They did a great job in fixing it. About 11 months later (they offer a lifetime work warranty), I noticed the bumper was no longer aligned completely and my back up camera had an issue.
