Yes, that's right, you heard me, they transported my full size sedan on a forklift, as if it was a pallet of trash. But wait, that wasn't the most disturbing part of the transaction. That specific charge on the bill, when they bring the vehicle out for another company to pick up, is called a flatbed tow out and they charged me $100 for a forklift transport, not a flatbed tow out. The initial tow on an actual flatbed was $155. I would never recommend this company. If you choose to I would suggest springing for the extra $55 for the 50 feet of transporting your vehicle on an actual flatbed that you are being charged for instead of the forklift they fail to mention on your bill that you have to pay before you get access to your vehicle. Glad my vehicle is out of their possession.

When i expressed this he was not one bit understanding, instead he claimed he "didnt sell cars" so there was no payment plan option and decided to ask personal questions as to why i waited so long , asking who i could ask for the money, and then accusing my grandmother (which has been deceased for over 2 years) of calling on my behalf after I repetitively said that wouldn't make sense, instead of simply understanding my situation. If a payment plan wasn't available there was a professional way of handling a scenario like this.
