The best for motorcycle towing. Found the service when a stator on my HD pooched near Frenchtown, NJ. Insurance company sent them out...was so incredibly impressed with the communication and service! Didn't hesitate calling and scheduling a 5 mile ride when a starter croaked on a bike. Fair price, great communication and don't want anyone touching my bikes but them! THANKS GERRY! read more

So I needed a tow for my Road King to the local bike shop, do I use whoever my insurance company decides to send me? Nope, I used "Spin Cycle Towing" because that's all they do is motorcycle towing! They specialize in towing motorcycles, that's who I want to tow my bike. Wise move! Showed up on time, explained the process, reasonable, and did the job the right way! Nobody wants their bike towed, but if/when needed "Spin cycle towing" is my new "go to" for towing, should be yours too! read more

BMW Roadside Assistance assigned Spin Cycle to pick up my 1250GS. They came within the assigned hour. Prompt service. They hooked my bike up in under two minutes, took and inspection video after strapping everything down with padded straps, and rolled out of my driveway, all in the span of 5 minutes. The driver was clean, professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to call these folks if I needed another tow for my bike. Knowing BMW, this is likely. See you next time, Spin Cycle! read more

2nd experience, and I'm happy to say that the second time around was as seamless as the first. Jerry is a pro! Excellent communication, fair price, got the job done 1-2-3. Not too many guys like this out there. Thanks again. read more

My motorcycle broke down today on the on ramp to 76 today and I was desperately looking to get it towed to a service center. I called 4 other places before Spin and all of them declined as not having a truck available. A friend recommended Spin to me as being used by many bikers in Philly Jerry from Spin answered within 3 rings, took minimal details from me and had his guy on the way within minutes. He has GPS tracking of all his vehicles and he gives you precise location of the truck if you call him to check ETA Derek - the driver called me when he was close, was very courteous and friendly and did a quick and great job of hooking my bike and towing it to the service center without any issues or scratches to the bike 10/10 would recommend them to everybody that needs a tow Only advice to Jerry - list the business as based in Philly because it doesn't show up in yelp when I look for motorcycle towing in Philly read more

Jerry had to dance my Ducati XDiavel down a ramp and out of the parking garage where the battery died, past the exit barrier, probably ~200 feet, and did it all without the slightest complaint and without ever losing control of the bike or letting it fall, all because the garage exit wouldn't have let him safely get the bike out on the back of his truck. The man earns his money, that's for sure. Thanks man, hopefully I never need you again, but if I do I'll be calling! read more

Highly recommend. Great communication, worked around my schedule and showed care for my bike. 5 stars!

I tow motorcycles for a living in New Haven, CT. If I ever breakdown on weekend ride through Spin Cycle territory, I will be calling them, no doubt. I've spoken with owner, Jerry, discussed their equipment and training protocols at length and I couldn't trust my baby to anyone else. I'd rather know them and not need them, than need them and not know them, so Spin Cycle is getting programmed into my phone right now: (800) 781-8695. read more

My Hog needed to be towed to a trusted shop in Levittown. I called Spin. They showed up on time, Derrick ,the tow operator, was great. The price was a little steep. I realize it was a 20-30 mile tow ,depending on the route but over $7.00 a mile does add up. read more
