Exceptional service and staff! Needed repair done on my Subaru and was recommended to come here by our insurance company. We were greeted from the beginning with super friendly employees that were able to get my car in as soon as possible even with this crazy pandemic going on. Textbook Thief! My 20 year old daughter, pulling from a parking space, at 5 mph tapped the side Of another young female driver who turned behind her, as my daughter was backing up. A clear cut minor ding & that's an overstatement. Even the other driver agreed it was nothing, but did wish to fix it. Because cars are not repaired today, rather parts replaced, the estimate for a door and a fender was $1400. When the shop got the car, they INVENTED structural beam damage and raised the price to $2650. They hustled this nice other driver. Punished my daughter and robbed US ALL, by causing insurance rates to go up! Stay away! read more

I had a great experience with this auto body shop. I had a horrible day yesterday as someone vandalized my car jumping on the hood for whatever reason. First thing this morning i drove over to the shop not too excited to pay my car insurance deductible. Adam did what he could getting rid of what dent he was able to and gave me the number for a place that could get rid of the majority of the rest of the dent for under my deductible. I have to start out by saying "Thank You Dawn"!!, she was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have meet in a body shop. Dawn is very professional and organized. She went over and above to make sure my wife was taken care while I was away overseas for an emergency. I am "the car nut" in the family and when I had to leave, I felt this was going to be too overwhelming for my wife w/ a newborn at home and not having her Odyssey. Dawn arranged for a rental to come to my home and delivered the Odyssey after being fixed. Not only they have great customer service; they also have very talented body men. The repair was phenomenal; like I said I am "the car nut" and I can spot paint work from a mile away. These guys matched the Paint to perfection, and on a White Diamond Pearl, that's nearly impossible. Great Job to everyone that helped my family while I was away. I had a relative's car fixed here about two years ago. The car had rear bumper damage it had a significant scrape on the driver side. This was an insurance recommended shop . They only painted the left corner and blended it. The car older but still take the time to spray the whole bumper since there is a noticeable difference in appearance. It looks like a hack job. read more

When repair shops in my area were booked up from winter weather accidents, I went out of my way to give my business to Champion because of some good reviews I read online. I found Dawn, the receptionist, and Adam very friendly and was happy that I chose Champion. While they seem like honest people who will do their best to accommodate you, I was disappointed that I had to return twice to correct small problems that had been overlooked while my car was in their care. Overall, they did a great job, and I appreciate that these errors were corrected in a timely manner, but I would recommend that you ask a lot of questions and try to inspect your car as thoroughly as possible to make sure they covered everything before you drive off. read more

I was treated in a manner that was not accepted at all. The price was ridiculous and I say this because I had two prior estimates. I was a joke, and it was very bias. I just got my Ford F 150 back from Champion Carstar. I accidentally scraped a guard rail on my way to work one morning and damaged the right side from the front door down to the end of the side of the bed. I was beside myself, almost nauseous. My family and I have been going here for years, finding no reason to search for better service or a better deal elsewhere. The staff is great, friendly and efficient, I never seem to have to wait around for anything. The body shop has a comfortable feeling when walking in, not as much of a grungy auto shop feel as I think most others have, I don't mind actually sitting down in here! Lack of communication on the part of their management team. Had to bring back a few times for something that should have easily been taken care of, my bumper kept dropping down. Twice they missed the clips needed for this which inconvenienced me horribly for work not just once for the initial repair but twice after that. Absurd. read more
