It was also crazy low priced- something like $250 to remove the two large dents. They took me that day and it only took a little less than 2 hours. This time, John and Anthony did the "go-around" service on a Honda Odyssey, and it again looks great. I had to schedule the service, but it was only a week or so later (I needed a Saturday). They found a few small imperfections that I hadn't even noticed, and tried to make it as pristine as possible. Can't recommend this place enough!

But outside the actual work, I need to recognize the kindness, professionalism and integrity demonstrated by the office staff. Not only did they treat me exceptionally well, but I watched them support a woman who needed an emblem put on her car. The gentleman asked her to bring her car in and he'd put it on for her, as it was tough to do. "No charge, just don't want you to go through any trouble with it." That's the kind of people I want to do business with and I'm thankful I chose them for my repair.

Their work is quality work. My last repair was to a Buick Enclave - wiped out the passenger side from the front lights to the rear door. The car has red paint that shimmers and changes in the different light with a large decal of running horses. Bill's Auto Body matched the paint perfectly. You could not tell where the new paint ended and the original paint began. The damaged portion of the decal was replaced and matched the older portion precisely! Bill's Auto Body was not my insurance company's "preferred" shop - meaning the insurance company paid what they would have paid their shop. Bill's Auto Body worked with the adjuster, did whatever auto body shops and insurance companies do, and I paid only my deductible out of pocket. Bottom line, this family-owned business has done all of my family's auto body work for decades (more than 5 major jobs on my cars alone) and I'll never have anyone else work on my vehicles. They'll be doing a custom paint on a project Jeep soon. If you're looking for reliability and quality, an honest business with a proven track record that stands the test of time, Bill's Auto Body is the place for you.

The owner of Ridge made an immediate good impression with me when he offered to pay for my car's release from an uncooperative auto shop where the car was being held (Craig's Auto). The shop owner was extremely friendly and dealt with me personally in every step of the process. He developed an estimate for me using after market parts in order to save money. It was entirely my choice as to whether to use after market or OEM parts. The owner provided me with an extremely reasonable estimate and offered me a 10 percent senior discount. I am a 27 year old graduate student. He offered me 10 percent off because he knew I didn't have a lot of money and he wanted to help with the costs. I was even more surprised when I went to meet him and he showed me my car. As a part of their free estimate, they completely dismantled the car in order to provide me with an accurate estimate. The estimate for the repairs was itemized, detailed, and more importantly precise. He charged me exactly what he had estimated for before the repairs began. Moreover, he never once tried to get me to spend more money on parts or repairs I didn't need. The work was done quickly and skillfully and the car looks and runs the same, if not better, than before. Ridge is honestly one of the best auto services I have ever dealt with. It is a relatively small family owed business, but that doesn't take away from the quality of their service. The people are friendly, they perform quality work in a timely manner, the work is guaranteed, and more important than anything else, they are honest. They seem to do their best to keep you informed, answer your questions, and work with you when you are busy or finances are tough. Ridge comes highly recommended.

I called around and finally landed at precision. My daughter had an event occur with her Jeep Cherokee back in July where the transmission appeared to lock out in first gear causing near redline rpm's as she completed her drive to work on Rt 130. I took a chance and limped her car over to Precision. It didn't misbehave for me on that 4-5 mile trip. Despite being completely swamped and indicating they couldn't even look at the car for at least a week, the woman running the front of the business was kind enough to come out and scan the transmission for codes to see if we could identify an issue. No codes and symptoms were absent. We agreed it didn't make sense to leave it with them. She didn't charge me a cent for her time spent in scanning and just generally strategizing with me about what to do. We recently moved on from that car and the issue never did resurface. I'll never forget the patience and kindness that was extended to me that day. This shop is clearly run by good people. Honest, hardworking, and willing to help you. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to go back if I need transmission work. Thank you again!!!
