I banged up my Toyota 4Runner and, unlike the last time I had an accident many years ago, the insurance company did not tell me where to take it and left me to figure it out for myself. After seeing countless great reviews about Jim's and factoring in that it was relatively close to me, I selected them to do the repair and I was super glad that I did. The countless 5star reviews were very well deserved as they could not have been better to work with and did an amazing job getting my car back to 'good as new'. They went above and beyond by not only doing an amazing job on the repairs, but keeping me in the loop every step of the way. They even went as far as to advocate for me in convincing the insurance company that the junkyard parts they wanted him to use were not good enough and got them to approve new ones instead. That is what I call customer service! Even if you are not local, these guys are the real deal and worth going g out of your way to use them. After seeing great reviews for Jim's online I decided to have them replace the front bumper on my sedan that my husband had cracked on a pile of snow last winter. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work I received! Their pricing is honest and competitive, John is super responsive and helpful, and it's the best place I've been for anything concerning my vehicle. Unfortunately, duty calls and my husband and I are relocating to the west coast, but man I wish I could bring our car forever! I have been bringing my truck and company trucks here for years. I dont trust dealerships at all. Jim's Auto Body is the best, they will not give you the run around or up charge you for anything you dont need. They often time call out the dealerships for there bad service. It's a family run business. I dont know if anyone in the area could do better work. These guys are on point, I wish all shops had there great attitude and customer service. That one faithful snow day I lost my suspension and John from Jim's autobody got me back on the road within a week. A few months later had a similar accident and John came to the rescue. Handled every detail of work and had my car looking as tho it rolled off the lot. so far so good. I came here because my tire had a bulge and a friend of mine always comes here for his issues. I had called Firestone and they would take days to get my tire, so I could not wait as it can explode at any moment so I came here to see if they could help me out. as soon as I got there I noticed that this is a family shop, the people here are pretty nice and very knowledgeable about their work and the needs one has for their car. I was super happy that even though I came by past 1300 they were still able to get my tire for the next morning! this is one of the fastest tire services I have ever encountered. I just came in next morning and the change was done in minutes! he also looked up some other things I may need, ofc he wants to make sure he gets some more business off me, but im fine with that. they did a great job with the tire so I will keep coming here for other needs when I am in the area. read more

About a year ago I had gotten into a car accident and brought my car over to Jims for repairs and was impressed. Now almost a year later, I was rear ended on the turnpike and could of sworn with the amount of damage I observed, that my car was going to be marked off as totaled. After these repairs I can still say holy cow I'm still impressed! For an intense accident on the turnpike, hitting both barriers and spinning out three times Jims shop repaired my car so well it looks like I was never even in a car accident and I just drove fresh out the dealership. When I say the car looks BETTER than when I bought it I mean it, including the paint it, I'm no expert but it looks more pure and richer than what the dealership had sold me with. Jims staff did one hell of a job! Hopefully I don't get into another accident but if I ever do without question I'm bringing it back here, I even bring it in for usual checks oil changes tire update. Hands down the place to go for repairs! The father and son combo truly care about the work they do. They don't settle for aftermarket parts from the insurance company.
