This place is about 30 minutes away from my home or a $38 Uber charge each way, but well worth it with the attention to detail and reasonableness of the costs. I will start this review by stating that the body work came out "okay," although it was just minor…read morerear quarter panel damage with some driver side rear door damage, which happened as it sat in a parking lot. However, that is the only positive thing I can say about this place (even though the body work was okay, it blew my mind that they left a white waxy substance on the inside of the gas cap cover which was the first thing I noticed). And instead of parking the car outside the front door where a normal pickup would be, they parked it near Route 42, making sure I got some early-morning exercise in by walking out there. But worse, whoever parked it that far away also parked it so close to a hardscape wall that my door hit the paver wall when it opened; and I did not even open the door that far! Unbelievable -- at a body shop no less!! When I made the appointment (you better be on time!), I immediately felt a sense of gloom and low morale. The guy who handled the estimate was rude, abrupt and overall miserable. Because Labor Day was the following week, they made the pickup date almost 2 weeks from the dropoff date (knowing that I did not have a rental car on my policy, that was hugely inconvenient). Then, I asked the estimator if he could give me a separate estimate for a new bumper, which gets beat up from parking lot concrete blocks that are sometimes too high for the Camry bumpers. His estimate was mind-boggling, extremely high! I also asked, just to have a baseline price, how much a new paint job would be. He outdid himself on that price, also! The worst part may be the woman who works in the front. She had an ice cold personality and I felt she was very nasty and rude (before you even open your mouth to talk). The description "very harsh personality" comes to mind. When she called to tell me it was ready, I felt I was being scolded. (In fact it wouldn't surprise me if I found out she was the one who ordered my car parked far away from the business just out of spite for me mentioning the extra-long time they planned to fix the car. The payment transaction was quick, but that's because she was slamming everything on her desk, moving quickly as she took the payment. I literally could not wait to get out of there!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should be aware…read more I brought my Ford F-250 in for two issues: rear doors that wouldn't open properly and a rear shock absorber bracket that needed repair. I explained the bracket had been previously welded and suggested a used or remanufactured replacement since Ford no longer makes the part. They ended up welding it again. The bigger issue was the rear door repair. I was told the door would be fixed so it could open properly. When I picked up the truck, the door did open, but it was not fully reassembled correctly. A key latch component at the top of the door was not installed or addressed, which caused the door to vibrate violently while driving and created constant loud rattling in the cab. I called the shop right away. The mechanic I spoke with seemed willing to look at it and told me to bring the truck back in so he could fix it. Since I was working, my elderly parents brought the truck in for me. According to them, the mechanic was preparing to correct the issue when someone at the front desk stopped the work and said nothing would be done unless additional money was paid. This was surprising, especially since the repair was already paid for and the issue was clearly related to the original work. My parents were simply trying to explain the situation, but they felt disrespected during the conversation, and the issue was not resolved. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the repair, the lack of completion on the door issue, and how the situation was handled afterward.
