Short Take: Been doing business with Maple for several years. Highly recommended as service and work are exemplary! Detailed Review: Updating after another positive experience at Maple Collision. It may seem odd to say that it's pleasant visiting a collision repair shop, but I know from experience that when they repair a vehicle it will look and function as good or better than before the incident occurred. That's very reassuring. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Pete (the shop's owner), Ed, and Kathleen multiple times both on the phone and in person. I have spoken to on the phone, but have not yet met, Karen and Kevin, also multiple times. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Pete is very detail oriented and this shows in the way he runs the business as well as the finished product. At Maple, everything is very upfront. The work required is explained in detail, and any questions are happily answered. During the repair process, communication is great, and the work is completed quickly. As for price, I shopped around quite a bit prior to my first visit, and found that Maple's pricing was right in line with what other shops in the area were charging. (I no longer shop around, as Maple's expertise and customer service keep me coming back.) When the work is done, everything is again explained in detail and questions are welcome. This is the only body shop I'll go to or recommend to family/friends, whether the job is big or small and whether going through insurance or paying out of pocket. My two week old brand new car got hit and ran. I wasn't going through an insurance company. Asked Ed to give me a quote on replacing the bumper rather than repair. His response was extremely rude and he kept accusing me of fraud. Not the best way to leave a first impression. Don't come here unless you're going through an insurance company. Amazing experience! As first time car buyers and sadly first time in collision, we just wanted to get our car fixed to its original state. They restored our Subaru Forester to my satisfaction. Isn't it unfortunate when, if an auto body place is honest, decently priced and gets work done when they say they will, it's exemplary? Kevin and his peeps at Maple Collision met all of these standards and beyond. I had been side-swiped about 6 months ago, and it wasn't really that bad so I let it go. Then I accidentally side-swiped someone and figured it was time to get everything fixed so my father wouldn't shake his head disappointedly when next we visited. We got estimates at a few places and went with Kevin. He gave us a good price, did excellent work, and was courteous and friendly. They even cleaned the car - inside and out! AND they do complimentary Enterprise rental return, if you had to rent a car while yours was being worked on. Good stuff. read more

I have been a customer of Peter's for several years. He is a true expert when it comes to cars, as the owner he is very professional and honest. I have had him do work on my Explorer and having someone with the extensive background in automotive repair for all makes and models. He and his wife are super nice people very friendly. Peter is the man to see for all automotive needs . Great location on Chapel Ave , in Cherry Hill, right next to the Merchantville Country Club, its very accessible on main Highway, very accessible and he is a true perfectionist and will never mention it as very humble but is a bit of a celebrity with being an award winning racer but truly I have always been pleased and his prices are very fair. I have a cousin who was in the auto business for decades in audubon sadly, I will not mention the name but when ur 19 and it's ur first car and a struggling college kid well, he actually charged me double for basic tune up and then left my car on empty.) I guess I was naive and thought family would give me a break. I was rear ended and I was referred to this shop by a friend of mine. After my car was complete, I had to bring it back several times. The guy who is usually at the front desk is very rude and unfriendly. There is still damage on my car that has not been repaired but I was tired of fighting with them. Had a tree fall on my car this summer and was given maple collision as a recommendation from both my insurance company and a friend. So happy I went with them. They made the process completely seamless on my end, kept in communication up to and during the time my car was in the shop and the work came out perfect. Horrible experience. Over a month to fix my car, and was told three times that " we will restore you car to its former mechanical condition." Thought that was a little unusual that that same phrase would be used several times, but then realized why. My car sustained a new, obvious scratch that wasn't there when I dropped it off ( I got a shrug as a response) and when it finally was completed, I got in my car to drive to work, only to find that I was seated in the middle of a construction zone. Shop dirt/ dust and a yucky white film was over my upholstered seats. I went back into the shop with this white soot all over my work clothes and asked why the interior wasn't clean or vacuumed-- yep, you guessed it-- "they restored my car to its former mechanical condition" and that's all that was in the agreement. Pathetic. Should have known when my insurance company didn't have this shop on their list of preferred providers that I should have run! Unfortunately, I took the recommendation of someone I trusted, but don't worry-- I learned my lesson. Please learn from my mistake and look elsewhere. read more

STAY AS FAR AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN FROM THIS PLACE!!! Never did business with them before, and never will. Took my car in and requested an estimate for paint damages caused by a careless irresponsible contractor. In less than 45 seconds into the process, before even looking at 5% of the whole car and at ALL of the damages, the Manager, Ed Miller, began to argue with me as I began to point out areas where the paint had been damaged and needed repaired/repainted. He stated "These areas couldn't have been damaged by the activity of that contractor". So, I'm left to assume that Ed Miller is a Clairvoyant, as he otherwise had no prior knowledge of my vehicle nor of the incident that caused the damage. That was enough for me and I promptly left. The words 'Moron' and 'Idiot' come to mind. read more

The owner, Kevin is a complete jerk. They we suppose to take care about scratches on my truck, and what we got back was a zebra with scratches painted over by wrong paint and like it did my 3 years old granddaughter. What happened next was inexplicable, Kevin started screaming at me out of his lungs and told me he won't return my car unless I sign the papers. It took police to get it back. read more
