But outside the actual work, I need to recognize the kindness, professionalism and integrity demonstrated by the office staff. Not only did they treat me exceptionally well, but I watched them support a woman who needed an emblem put on her car. The gentleman asked her to bring her car in and he'd put it on for her, as it was tough to do. "No charge, just don't want you to go through any trouble with it." They took care of working with my insurance and the added bonus was having the Rental Company right next door. My car was returned beautifully! Did a favor for a friend that had their car towed here after a serious accident that sent them to the hospital. Cleared out their possessions from the car because, again, they were in the hospital with broken bones. So walking their belongings from the lot back to my car, one of the workers starts yelling at me because I didn't remove the license plate. I had just come from work and had no idea the license plate was an issue. Did the worker offer me a screw driver or some kind of tool to help take off the plate? Nah, just gave me a hard time. So I had to rip off the plates with my bare hands while they sat in the office. What a goon. I'd rather have my car towed to the junkyard. read more

Crazy pricing for a small ding I want popped out.... insisted they needed to rebuild the whole side of my car

What nice people. My mom lives in leisure town and needed a tow and some auto repair done, they did a thorough exam of the damage and gave us the estimate, we agreed, and they had it back to her in less than a week. Everything was done perfectly, and very clean. It was like a new car. Appreciate no smoking done there, so no smoke smell in the car, very clean.
