Bill's Auto Body Shop

Bill's Auto Body is the best! I've done business with them for about 40 years. Obviously, I'm more…read morethan pleased with the quality of their work - I'm a multiple repeat customer. Their work is quality work. My last repair was to a Buick Enclave - wiped out the passenger side from the front lights to the rear door. The car has red paint that shimmers and changes in the different light with a large decal of running horses. Bill's Auto Body matched the paint perfectly. You could not tell where the new paint ended and the original paint began. The damaged portion of the decal was replaced and matched the older portion precisely! Bill's Auto Body was not my insurance company's "preferred" shop - meaning the insurance company paid what they would have paid their shop. Bill's Auto Body worked with the adjuster, did whatever auto body shops and insurance companies do, and I paid only my deductible out of pocket. Bottom line, this family-owned business has done all of my family's auto body work for decades (more than 5 major jobs on my cars alone) and I'll never have anyone else work on my vehicles. They'll be doing a custom paint on a project Jeep soon. If you're looking for reliability and quality, an honest business with a proven track record that stands the test of time, Bill's Auto Body is the place for you.

I hit a traffic cone & it did more damage than I expected. I went for estimates from other places &…read morethey wanted to replace many parts. I went to Bill's & Marty was able to fix the dents the old fashioned way, with knowledge & skill while saving me money. My car looks great. Family run business, friendly & professional.

USA Towing - Card reader

NOT FOR THE USA AT ALL !…read more This place is absolutely terrible. I'm leaving this review based on what happened to my friend, and it was a nightmare. She had to pay over $500 just to get her car back. They don't accept card payments only cash which is shady enough on its own. The lady at the front was rude and kept going back and forth with her for no reason. They never answer the phone, so you can't even get through to ask about your car. I have the call log to prove it. They charge you daily fees and clearly don't care about service members. In fact, I honestly hope they lose their base access so they can't keep towing military members' cars and taking advantage of people. DO NOT GO HERE. How do you rate 0 STARS ?!

This company is the definition of shady and predatory. After a car accident, I asked the driver to…read moretow my car just 12 minutes away to my house, and he flat-out refused -- no explanation, no options, just a business card and a "call the office" excuse. I followed their instructions and called immediately -- and got told the office was closed. I called the next day? "Still closed, call again tomorrow." The day after that? "We close at noon." Over and over, I tried to resolve the situation, and every time, I was blocked from speaking to the person in charge. All the while, they were racking up daily storage charges on my vehicle that I couldn't access or authorize, because they intentionally made themselves unreachable. Even worse -- when it came time to pay, I was told they don't accept cards, no credit or debit -- just cash only. That's a huge red flag. In 2025, what legitimate business doesn't take any form of card payment? This isn't just unprofessional -- it's straight-up shady and looks like a blatant attempt to avoid taxes and hide money from the IRS. There's no receipt, no paper trail, no way to track anything. They are: * Dodging accountability * Refusing legitimate service * Overcharging for delays they caused * Operating under-the-table with cash-only policies I'm active-duty military and have never seen such a blatant scam in broad daylight. I'll be filing complaints with: * NJ Division of Consumer Affairs * Better Business Bureau * IRS Tip Hotline for suspected tax fraud If you're in an accident or vulnerable situation, this company will exploit that -- and do everything they can to scam you out of your money while dodging any responsibility. Absolutely disgusting business practices. Avoid them at all costs.
