I had a tune up there cost me nearly $600 didn't change 1 coil!!! Months after I had them replace my water pump which cost me just under $500 they failed to put my timing belt on correctly and since I knew nothing about cars, they allowed me to leave their shop with a crazy ticking noise as if I had a Diesel engine and I made sure to bring it to their attention that's not a sound I ever heard prior to bring it in. They insisted that I take it to who did my oil change?!!! Days go by I'm on my way home from work and boom! At Mongo's, they could not be more straight up. I went in and shared what I thought was the issue on 2 occasions a week apart. Each time, they correctly and quickly identified the issue. Anthony was very stand up about the work that needed to be done and didn't just tell me, he invited me back into the shop to show and explain the issues. All told, I had my alternator, struts, sway bar links and tires replaced quickly and without issue. Additionally, for those worried about estimates they might give, they may say estimate, but that ended up being what I paid both times. There wasn't additional cost and there very clear about being greenlit before doing any work. And on top of it all, Anthony offered me a ride back home while the work was being done and then picked me up upon completion. To take the time to do something they had no obligation to do was amazingly considerate. Go to Mongo's for you car needs, they do it better than anyone!

My past experience with mechanics has been that I've been misled, repairs did not resolve the problems, or repairs have been unreasonably expensive. This was NOT the case at Mulhern's. Throughout my entire repair experience, Bob (who is the owner) was extremely courteous and professional. He clearly communicated with me and was very transparent. He shows genuine care for you as a customer and your car concerns. When I brought my car into the shop, Bob assured me that they would look into my belt complaints and reassured me that they would take a look at the vehicle overall and follow-up with an estimate. I received a follow-up call that day with the cost of repairs and was even alerted to a broken rear brake light which they would also replace. The repair costs were fair and affordable. Once repairs were complete, Bob explained in layman terms what had been wrong with my vehicle (it was the belts!) and, to my surprise, showed me the cracked belts that had caused the squealing. Bob also had a prepared list of his evaluation of my tires, brakes, battery power and other potential issues to keep an eye on for future repairs and the most urgent issues. I had recently had body work after an accident and he flagged missing clips on my bumper. I never felt pressured to make any additional repairs that day. I have an older vehicle, and even with my diligence, I am always concerned about unexpected repairs. Bob made me feel confident about the condition of my car and getting back on the road. Before I left, I was even given a free ice scraper which came in handy in the icing rain that morning! It's been one week and things are still all quiet. Thank you to Bob and your staff for taking care of my car!! Next time I have a car issue, I know where to go.

This man rolled up to my driveway in a van that looked like it had already lost a fight with a tornado, a raccoon, and possibly its own sense of self-worth. He hopped out, spilled an entire soda, and said, "Don't worry, that happens." Sir. SIR. Why is that your greeting?? He opened my hood, nodded like he was understanding the secrets of the universe, then poked a totally random part and said, "Yep, that's your problem." When I asked what the problem was, he said and I quote, "Mechanic stuff." Thirty minutes later my car was making a new sound I can only describe as "haunted dishwasher screaming into the void." I asked him if that was normal and he said, "Cars make noises." Then he charged me an amount of money so offensive I think it might be a hate crime against my bank account. He drove away. My car died. In the same moment. Like they were spiritually connected and my car couldn't continue living after witnessing whatever he did to it. If you hire this man, may the automotive gods have mercy on your soul because he WILL NOT. i would give zero stars but, Yelp refuses to let me express the true depth of my suffering.

I asked him to at least refund us for the money we paid in the parts. So he stopped responding. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. He took our car parts and sold them for cash and our car still isn't running. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!…read more On 10/3/25, my husband paid Lee Wiles / Common Vision LLC $1,020 (plus a $281 tip) for axle and brake repair. Less than 24 hours later, the car broke down in a dangerous way. AAA confirmed the repair was unsafe and improperly done, and another certified mechanic verified this. The axle came out and nearly caused a serious accident. When I contacted him, instead of refunding the payment, he admitted in text messages that "the axle came out" but refused to return the money. He also tried to deflect responsibility by making inappropriate comments about race and insisted on "fixing" it again -- despite my clear statements that I no longer trusted him after such unsafe work. I have full documentation: receipt, CashApp payment, AAA confirmation, mechanic statement, and text messages from his phone. This needs to be on record to prevent him from scamming and endangering others. He is also not listed with the BBB as a registered business -- but I have filed a complaint so there will now be a record. If he scammed you too, REPORT HIM. Businesses that operate this way do not last. Add On: It's not harassment to ask for my money back after a repair failed in less than 24 hours and almost caused an accident. AAA confirmed the axle came out because of improper work, and a certified mechanic verified this. I provided proof: receipt, CashApp payment, and text messages where Mr. Wiles himself admitted "the axle came out." I made it very clear that I would not allow him to touch my car again after such an unsafe repair. At that point, the only responsible action was to issue a refund. Instead, he refused, deflected responsibility, and made inappropriate comments about race. This is not about being "nice" or "polite." It's about safety, integrity, and accountability. I stand by my review and documentation. Others deserve to know what happened so they can protect themselves. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!

I found him here on Yelp and hired him for a PPI to look at a 2003 Tiburon. A family member is an enthusiast for these old cars which they wanted to make into a "hot hatch". I met Lee at the dealer, which was a long drive to the dealer for both of us. And of course the car was in a back lot 3 or 4 rows deep. So while waiting for the dealer to find the car and bring it to the front, Lee noticed some teenagers who were there to look at a Civic SI. One of them was checking for rust by knocking his knuckles on the car body. Lee smiled at this and went over to chat with them and before you know it, he was reviewing the car with them, explaining how you really check for rust, opened the hood and began digging into how to tell if this Civic was running well or not. He looks underneath the car by getting on the ground and actually looking. I noticed all the other guys, both the dealer guys and the buyers, were hesitant to do this. I think they were intimidated because he obviously knew much more about engines than they did. I was impressed that Lee has the instincts of an educator. He really wants to not just evaluate the car but to teach others how to examine a car. Eventually the Tiburon appears and then Lee quickly went through his process. He focuses on the engine and doesn't move on from that until all issues are covered. In this case, he zeroed in immediately on the coolant system. It wasn't holding pressure. I watched as he carefully tested and retested and showed the dealer technician that the system was bad and that it was leaking. We had already been there for an hour and a half so it was decided that the dealer would pull a hose from another car ( the dealer was close to a salvage yard) and repair it and then Lee would return to test it again. In the end, even the dealer gave up on this car, he didn't complete any repair and we moved on. But I will have Lee examine any car we are considering. He is an excellent mechanic, fair and honest.

The pricing here was actually higher than what the dealership quoted, which was unexpected given the level of service received. Customer service and communication throughout the process were poor. After the repair, the clutch continued to make a rattling noise. When I brought it back in, I was told there was no issue, without any clear explanation or attempt at resolution. The lack of accountability and transparency was frustrating. Consumers should be aware that we have rights under state and federal laws. If a business misrepresents services or fails to deliver them as promised, it could constitute consumer fraud. In such cases, consumer protection attorneys may be able to assist with legal remedies. Easy to file a lawsuit at Burlington County Superior Court. Cheaper to get an attorney than it was worth fixing the car. Save yourself the time, cost, and hassle, I would have been better off going to the dealership from the beginning. Lesson learned. Lawsuit completed and rectified.
