I was told the process should take about an hour, and that I would receive a call when my car was ready. It is now 10:00 AM, and not only has the work not been completed, but no one even bothered to contact me with an update. When I followed up, I was told the delay was because you "couldn't find the tire lock." That is unacceptable. Instead of calling me to resolve a simple issue, I had to take an Uber back to the shop myself, only to show your staff that the tire lock was exactly where I originally said it was, in the glove compartment. To make matters worse, after all this delay, I arrive to see mechanics on break, outside smoking, while my car still hasn't been worked on. This is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. I planned my morning around this appointment and still have work obligations to get to. What should have been a straightforward, one-hour job has now turned into a major 4 HOUR inconvenience due to poor communication and lack of urgency. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect better accountability, communication, and respect for scheduled appointments moving forward. I can now see why your rating is 2.2! This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
