The people and the shop provided amazing service from first encounter they looked over my damages and went their way to get their tools together and summarized with stunning results. I dealt with them in past and simply amazing service they provided was above and beyond. They will value and they stand with the work, go ahead let them get you back on road like it never happened ever with their system and more. This place was awesome! One of the few places in Progressive's network that is BMW certified. A lot of other places were giving me a hard time but these guys took my car in right away without a fuss and didn't bat an eye at the damage. Got it turned around from fender bender to looking brand new and under two weeks. That's incredible considering BMW always needs special parts. I worked with Rudy who has phenomenal at always keeping me informed and working diligently to get me my car back. I had to pay my deductible as expected but there was no shady business on their end, they were super up front and efficient! read more

I dropped by bc I noticed my car has some paint bubbles and Lennel was super helpful. As soon as I got there, he greeted me with great energy, I showed him where the bubble was and he went out of his way to search for more on his own and discovered another one! He reassured me that he would be able to cover it with the warranty and did just that. The best part about this whole thing was that he mentioned he saw someone bump my car a bit and he was able to identify and adjust the bumper during the time it was in the shop. I dropped my car off the next morning and he had it done by the evening of the next day. They even detailed the inside and outside of the car when I picked it up. 10/10 service and team! Thank you Lennel. read more

Caliber Collision in Mountain View is excellent. Nik was our customer care rep & he went way beyond the extra mile to make sure the repairs went smoothly. Our repair job wasn't the biggest job by far, but Nik made us feel valued and appreciated. Repairs were done as promised, no extras were added. Appreciate your help & we will certainly be back if we have another "bad day" in the future! read more

My BMW had a minor bumper repair that was needed. Rudy promptly diagnosed what was needed. I brought in my car two days later and within a couple of hours they had it finished and ready to go. I can't praise their professionalism and work enough. Highly recommend them. This was a minor problem but they treated it with all the care of a major repair. read more

Went to Caliber after my mom's car was scraped in a parking lot and her insurance recommended them. Rudy helped us with the inspection and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. After they were done with it, my mom's car looked good as new. If I ever need body work done again, I wouldn't hesitate to go back there. Highly recommend! read more

After viewing my yelp post of my Toyota Prius car repair experience, the General Manager Lennel contacted me and wanted to straighten things out by offering right customer service. He apologized for what I had to go through with the previous repair, said he wanted his customer to he happy with their service. Lennel ordered the needed part and provided me with 1 day rental car while my car was in the repair shop, he also promised to talk to my insurance to correct this issue. Lennel is very sincere and demonstrated outstanding customer care. Most of all, he's willing to take responsibility. I'm very impressed of how he handle this issue and really happy how this ended after all. read more

One of my taillights got cracked during the repair, they got it taken care of free of charge within a reasonable amount of time.

A couple of times we'd been in accidents our insurance company set up repairs at this Caliber. They fixed things quickly, offered rides, gave our cars back cleaned (!), and made sure everything was working up to standard. So when I managed to mess up the undercarriage of my elderly Prius (stupid encounter with a wheel stop at a grocery store), I figured I'd call them, have them inspect, and ask for an estimate. When I went in for my estimate, Richard explained what he was seeing and suggested they might be able to do it as a complimentary service! And they did it right when I was waiting (didn't even have to make a separate appointment). I'm definitely going to use them any time we have to deal with body repairs, etc. read more

5/5 experience with Caliber Auto Care I brought my car to the shop (a lady hit my car while parked in front of my house) for extensive repairs in 2023. The service was fantastic : I received timely updates on the repairs and context to ensure that I understood the service, car parts needed, and timeline. The team worked with the insurance company to make the experience smooth for me including the partnership with the rental company. I was very pleased with the outcome/ repairs and care for my car. 5/5 Experience with Referrals (Dent Performance) I returned to the shop the first week of Jan 2024 after a guy slammed his door against my car leaving a deep dent on the passengers door. I knew I could trust this shop to take good care of my car. I had the great pleasure of meeting the manager, shout out to Lennell! He met with me to discuss my options and pricing to fix my car. He recommended Dent Performance. I called Brad right away and we discussed the need and pricing. The service was top notch, the price was good for my wallet, and he came to my place to fix my car! My car looks wonderful, the dent is fixed. Thank you Lennell for taking time to chat about my options, guidance, and saving me $. You and your team truly care about the human needs as well as car needs. read more

Took my car to Caliber on Evelyn Ave and they did a great job on the repairs, looks brand new. Great job and great customer service!

My family has brought multiple vehicles here over 30 years. Their professionalism and quality remains impeccable.

I always have a top-notch experience at Caliber Collison today from making a service request to the quality of the workmanship and value to me as a customer and my car for the excellent service it receives consistently. I see good reviews for Caliber Collision, and I'm happy for those people. Our experience was very different. Our car had minor body and frame damage after hitting road truck debris on I-5. We did not know this shop but it was a State Farm preferred shop. Their error caused our car to become literally undriveable, a fact they kept from us for over a week. Their failure to problem solve left us without our car for a month. Buyer beware on this. If you have State Farm insurance, don't automatically accept assignment to this company like we did. read more

My car had some scratches on the passenger side doors so went to caliber as it was recommended by Progressive. Rudi was my service advisor and he did a good job of explaining the fixes and the fix took 2 weeks owing to receiving bad parts. they did a good job of fixing the car. It looks good as new. It might be a bit overpriced though. I would have given 4-4.5 stars if not for the rude person at the front desk. Rachel was very rude to me when I first came in to drop off the car and the experience was similar whenever I called to check on progress or when I came in to pick up my car. In fact, on the day I was picking up the car I heard her being extremely rude to someone on the phone and once she disconnected the call, called them drunk and stupid! Even though my car looks good the whole experience left me with a bad taste. For any future repairs I'll be going to a different Caliber location read more

My car had been hit in the rear. My insurance pointed me to Caliber Collision. My experience was great, from making the appointment, to the kind and warm welcome by the front office. I just got the estimate for now, I will submit it to my insurance company and tell them this is the shop I want my car repaired at. This team is great, I cant wait to get my car fixed. read more

Was able to speak to the manager, Lenell, to get the scuffing on my car taken care of. They were able to fix the scuffing pretty quickly and save me some money. When getting a price estimate before, I would have to make an appointment through the front desk and there were times they told me it would take 2 weeks and they would keep calling me by last name without saying Mr., which was a bit unprofessional. Lenell, however, was very professional and helped me with getting a price estimate and got my scuffing taken care of much sooner, thankfully. He also took my feedback on the front desk and I had a better time talking to the front desk more recently when I came in person. Thanks to Lenell, I plan to return if I need help! read more

Very professional and generous with their time. I needed the replacement tow hook cover on my Mazda Miata painted, as it arrived from dealership unpainted. I was having trouble finding a body shop that would do this very small job, despite my being more than ready to pay extra to make it worth their time. Caliper Collision not only painted and installed my tow hook cover they did so at no charge! Excellent first experience with this body shop. read more

What a wonderful way to start a week leading up to Thanksgiving... with the best car repair & customer service experience ever, thanks to Lennell and the team at Caliber. My car had been scraped and dented in a parking lot, with no note left behind. I had started an insurance claim and had a 3 week delay quoted by the first shop I brought it by, just to get an initial estimate. They recommended Caliber for quicker service, and they were right! I drove up with no appointment around lunch time, filled out a single piece of paper with basic info, and Lennell (General Manager) jumped in and offered to take a look immediately. He explained the whole process and took photos to initiate the claim for me. I asked him what he'd do with a 13 year old car and a minor dent and these scrapes up the side of the car. He grabbed a towel and some acetone and showed me how to rub out the paint that looked like scrapes that I thought had been way worse than they looked. 3 minutes later he'd removed all issues up the side of my car, except the little dent, and removed other scrapes around the car as well, and still offered to finish the claim submission for me just in case. He saved me SOOO much time, and the deductible it would have cost me, and unnecessary effort. I HIGHLY recommend Lennell and his team for such above and beyond customer service. read more

Crystal and her manger (I'm sorry I forgot his name) always give the best customer service! I recently brought in my daughters beetle convertible to fix the glass on the convertible top and they fixed it at a VERY reasonable cost, much better than if I had gone to the dealer. I have been coming here for several years now for all of my cars and they always exceed my expectations in the quality of care they give me and my cars. Thank you Crystal and manager! You guys are a great team! Ps. They always decorate nicely for the holidays read more

My car was involved in a hit and run (GetAround Renter!) and so I needed body repair to the front of my vehicle. GetAround put me in touch with their insurance folks and I didn't hesitate to let them know I would be bringing it to Caliber Collision since I've brought my car here before and they've done such amazing work. Crystal Lewis is a rockstar there among rockstars! She assisted me with intake, working with the insurance company (hard to reach) and more to get my car in the shop and repaired. They text updates as well once your car is there, and update you asap if there are changes with the estimate. I picked up my car today and it looks absolutely beautiful. They detailed the outside as well. This is the best body shop and customer experience I've had. Thanks Crystal for all your help and patience! :0) read more

My car needed a new bumper and one head light. Caliber Collision kept my car there for 3 weeks, total 15 days. I was told they only needed a few days to do the job in the beginning. Their excuses was twice they received the wrong parts. Sonya was supposed to update me with the status of my car. Nope, she didn't call as promised. I waited by the phone day after day. Don't use this shop unless you can afford carless for many weeks for just a minor repair. read more

I had an amazing experience here last month. I initially had my car repaired here several years ago after a fairly significant accident. A few months ago, I noticed some cracking in an area that was re-painted after the accident. I didn't think Caliber would do anything about it since it had been several years, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to have them examine their work. To my surprise, the excellent manager Lennell Wade took full responsibility and authorized a repair under their lifetime warranty. Not only did he work around my schedule to make it easy to drop off the car, but he also covered a rental car for the few days that they needed. There was a minor hiccup after I got the car back, which he again resolved immediately. Lennell was incredibly responsive and provided a truly above and beyond professional experience. read more

Caliber's lifetime warranty is something you can trust. My car had an accident 3 years ago and was repaired by Caliber. Recently I had a headlight failure and the repair shop told me this is a damage caused by the accident 3 years ago, and Caliber should cover it under it's lifetime warranty. Then I brought my car back to Caliber and they just fixed it with no questions asked! Crystal is super nice and her proactive communication keeps me on top of the whole process. read more

The staffs here were super rude, and their technicians were an absolute disaster. They "fixed" my front bumper after the accident, but as soon as I picked up my car and drove home, the right fender liner fell off. I had to ask for warranty service, they told me they will order the part and let me know when I can bring my car to the shop to fix. But they left me hanging for a frustrating two weeks. No response from my technician, and when I called, they casually said I'd have to wait another two weeks for an appointment. Are they serious? It's as if they're avoiding fixing my car because I already paid and this was just warranty. Their front desk is so incompetent and unprofessional. If you care about your car, steer clear of this place. It's a complete waste of your time and money! read more

The insurance of my counter-party selected this 177 E. Evelyn location for a paint job on my Sienna's rear fender. Juan as advisor delivered a precise estimate and executed as agreed on time and within the budget (insurance paid 100%). I was pleased with the clarity of communications (Juan, Cindy ad Marisol) and step by step updates by iMessage. The paint job ended up better than expected. IMO it requires professionalism and experience to so perfectly match the new paint with the 10 year old paint. Thank you Juan and team, for delivering a prefect customer experience! read more

Fixed my dent on time, matched the paint exactly! Awesome job! Highly recommend this shop!

I opted for the MV center because of glowing reviews on Yelp and Google to replace my car part through out-of-pocket. But midway through the process the third party opted to pay the damages through her insurance. This kind of created a communication gap with Caliber Collision and myself. It also did not help that I had to go out of state for a while. I was trying to renew the communication once I was back to setup the replacement appointment and got a indifferent response from one of the staff on phone. I was planning on giving a one star here and move on to another bodyshop. But I gave one last shot by paying a visit to them and let them know how I felt. There I met this chill dude in glasses who assured me things will be done the right away going forward. I was able to schedule an appointment, and Cindy did an amazing job of replacing the damaging part in less than a day. Should be a 3 star for all the back and forth. Bumping up one star for Cindy's swift work and for the hospitality of the chill dude wearing glasses. And making it a 5 star for going above and beyond for vacuuming my car and fixing my tire pressure, I guess that was a sweetener for all the confusion that happened. There is a reason this is the best Caliber Collision in Bay Area :) read more
