TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My mother and I came here to get a service through our insurance. They gave us 30 days for the car to be in the shop, which we totally understand since the part we needed was on back order. Our issue here is that the communication was terrible and we felt as if our time and us as clients in general was not valued. Once again WE UNDERSTOOD THAT THE PART WAS ON BACKORDER. So we understand why it took a long time. Then as you may know, they ask for a review afterwards and we gave them a bad review so when we went to pick up the car, were we surprised. A lady, unsure of her name but a bigger lady, blonde with blue eyes, confronted my mother and I very rudely about this. We explained why we reviewed her shop this way and kept asking the same questions over and over again. We felt very uncomfortable and not respected by this lady. My mother does not speak well in English and the lady could tell and kept pushing her with questions. Therefore I stepped up to speak for my mother and that is when she chilled out a bit. But this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. How do you expect good reviews when you treat your clients like this. DO BETTER CALIBER. And NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU since you kept asking. I would not recommend you bring your car here for services. I came in for an estimate for minor damage to my car and then scheduled a day to come in for repair (one week later). The staff told me they would call me to notify me if the parts were not ready yet before coming in. The day before the scheduled repair, I called to confirm parts were in, and the staff took 6 hours to call me back just to notify me the parts were sent "to the wrong place, but to who knows where.." So i had my passenger mirror replaced a few weeks ago and i just noticed that caliber also fixed the constant problem that even chevy could not. Review of the Caliber Collision In Morgan Hill Location: -10 OMG! I have the sam experience with Tom T. on reviews. My car sent there has the same "preferred Vendor" with my insurance. Unfortunately, my car was towed there since 1/6, and my car is still there and waiting for " parts". Every time I have to call for updates on my car repair. They took months to estimate my car and keep increasing my estimated price to try to hit my insurance limited allowance. That stopped because I find out I can't trust them at all, so I called my insurance claim representative to total loss my car instead and also filled a complaint for this customer service and work ethic matter. That's the worst experience I've ever had in customer service like your Morgan Hill location. I was very disappointed to find out that kind of customer service in Bay Areas. We give you business and you treat us back with greedy, dishonest, and careless. If you could, don't believe in "preferred vendors", go find some other " preferred vendors" from your insurance company. Especially don't go this Morgan Hills location. Daniel is a true professional...and even suggested different design elements (which were better than mine) that I ended up going with through our collaborative process. I was ready to junk my 2009 Lexus GS350 for parts after a collision, having received an estimate that was more than the value of the car. I reached out to Shawn and he not only beat the other estimate, he picked up the parts that couldn't be towed and took them back to his shop. Erika was fanastic communicating with me and keeping me posted about the progress and they had the car back to me in PRISTINE condition faster than the origianl estimated time of completion. Dropped off my car Monday morning first thing. I was told that because they weren't super busy that they could get my car up and inspected the same day and that I would hear back from them no matter what on Monday. I checked in today and after pulling up my file (I'm assuming-she asked for all my information) she said the appraiser is out to lunch and would call later to review the estimate. Then asked me if I'd like to drop it off for repairs(they still have the car and I haven't even received an estimate!). Estimator called and said that I must have misunderstood because there is no way that she would have said same day. Disappointed in the lackluster customer service. It took about a week to get my car back, but they were helpful by keeping me posted on everything that was being done. I had a very minor accident. My first impulse was to bring my car to the dealership which was many miles away. I had only very minor damage from the accident. Thus, my auto insurance representative suggested Caliber Collision which was located not too far from where I live. My auto insurance representative told me that they would make an appointment for me at Caliber. But because Caliber was so close to where I live, out of curiosity I drove down and walked into their office. Whereupon Anthony cordially greeted me. We then both walked out to my car to inspect the damage. He wrote me up an estimate sheet, and set up an appointment for the very next day to fix the damage to my car. When I arrived at Caliber Collisions the next day, I was offered a rental car from Enterprise. I was also offered a car wash, but the estimated one hour wait which Anthony had advised me, turned out to be just 30 minutes! Anthony probably knew I needed my car and made things happen.
