Kevin helped me figure out weird noises coming from my 2010 mitsubishi outlander and suggested repairs that fixed the problem. I came to him again when I bought a used 2022 Toyota prius prime and he found an issue that the person doing my pre-purchase inspection didn't find and he was able to fix it again. Kevin is a super trustworthy technician!! read more

My husband took our daughter's Lexus in for a quote. Mr. Kevin Lam, Service Advisor, gave a fair estimate of $1,149.16 ($450 lower than another body shops quote of $1,600) and also cleaned off the smudges without charge. We are very happy for his honesty as what is chargeable work and what can be easily wiped clean with a solution. I highly recommend this ethical body shop. Ask for Mr. Lam when you go there! read more

Take your car here. horrible customer service, lead time turned out to be a week later than I was told. mind you my damages were very minimal. service advisor was rude and very poor on giving updates I had to call for them myself even after being promised updates. terrible over all I'll never come back here again. read more

I would not recommend you bring your car here for services. I came in for an estimate for minor damage to my car and then scheduled a day to come in for repair (one week later). The staff told me they would call me to notify me if the parts were not ready yet before coming in. The day before the scheduled repair, I called to confirm parts were in, and the staff took 6 hours to call me back just to notify me the parts were sent "to the wrong place, but to who knows where.." Basically they never ordered my parts and wasted my time. Super unprofessional and I do not appreciate this business. Please don't waste your time here. read more

I was referred to Victor of Caliber Collision by my Service Advisor at the Ford Store. I had a run in with a tumbleweed on Hyw 5 and knocked one of my sensors back into the fender. Victor looked at it - Said not to worry they'll get it taken care of and they did. The customer service & communication was great! Didn't have me waiting for a long time, completed the work within 30-45 minutes and had me back on my way. The experience was great, i would recommend them 1st before going elsewhere. Ask for Victor, they won't disappoint. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My mother and I came here to get a service through our insurance. They gave us 30 days for the car to be in the shop, which we totally understand since the part we needed was on back order. Our issue here is that the communication was terrible and we felt as if our time and us as clients in general was not valued. Once again WE UNDERSTOOD THAT THE PART WAS ON BACKORDER. So we understand why it took a long time. Then as you may know, they ask for a review afterwards and we gave them a bad review so when we went to pick up the car, were we surprised. A lady, unsure of her name but a bigger lady, blonde with blue eyes, confronted my mother and I very rudely about this. We explained why we reviewed her shop this way and kept asking the same questions over and over again. We felt very uncomfortable and not respected by this lady. My mother does not speak well in English and the lady could tell and kept pushing her with questions. Therefore I stepped up to speak for my mother and that is when she chilled out a bit. But this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. How do you expect good reviews when you treat your clients like this. DO BETTER CALIBER. And NO I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU since you kept asking. I hope this lady is dealt with because this is beyond unacceptable behavior in a place like this. read more

An engine splash shield of my car is falling off. I try to replace it. I did it twice before. One just remain one month. The other remain more than half year. I decide to replace it in Body Shop this time. First I went to Body Shop which my insurance recommend to have free estimation. After that I called them to check the result. They didn't response even until right now. Then I went to Caliber Collision. They are professional and effectively. They fixed that problem on the spot immediately. They are conventional, sincere and integral guys. It is surprising me that it is free. I will definitely go to Caliber Collision if I need any service. I recommend Caliber Collision based on my personal experience. read more

Review of the Caliber Collision In Morgan Hill Location: -10 OMG! I have the sam experience with Tom T. on reviews. My car sent there has the same "preferred Vendor" with my insurance. Unfortunately, my car was towed there since 1/6, and my car is still there and waiting for " parts". Every time I have to call for updates on my car repair. They took months to estimate my car and keep increasing my estimated price to try to hit my insurance limited allowance. That stopped because I find out I can't trust them at all, so I called my insurance claim representative to total loss my car instead and also filled a complaint for this customer service and work ethic matter. That's the worst experience I've ever had in customer service like your Morgan Hill location. I was very disappointed to find out that kind of customer service in Bay Areas. We give you business and you treat us back with greedy, dishonest, and careless. If you could, don't believe in "preferred vendors", go find some other " preferred vendors" from your insurance company. Especially don't go this Morgan Hills location. They are going to make a disaster on the top of your traffic accident nightmare! I wish I had read Tom T. Review before my car towed there to fixing. Bummer! Be aware! Sue Z. read more

I purchased a new 2019 Ford F150 a couple months ago. I wanted to lift the truck, throw some new wheels and tires on it, bumper, grill. The whole 9. I wanted to color match the wheels, bumper and grill. Not a big job by any stretch of the imagination. I called the Ford Store, Morgan Hill and asked them for a recommendation. Without hesitation they said, "Call Daniel at Caliber Collision, Morgan Hill. He and the staff will take good care of you". Boy...they weren't kidding! From the moment Amanda (I believe their office manager) picked up the phone, through the entire process of dealing directly with Daniel, I have been treated as if I owned the joint! Got me in the same day I called...for a "small" job! Amanda is very friendly, inviting, and has a can-do attitude! Daniel is a true professional...and even suggested different design elements (which were better than mine) that I ended up going with through our collaborative process. He was always keeping me up-to-date as to where my project was and ultimately delivered my parts back to me BEFORE the due date. Oh...how did it all turn out? 1000 times better than I expected...and I am a perfectionist! Thank you Amanda and Daniel! Your professionalism, customer service, follow up and follow through did not go unnoticed! Customer for life. read more

If I could rate Caliber Collision and Shawn Poirier any higher, I would give them more stars! I was ready to junk my 2009 Lexus GS350 for parts after a collision, having received an estimate that was more than the value of the car. I reached out to Shawn and he not only beat the other estimate, he picked up the parts that couldn't be towed and took them back to his shop. Erika was fanastic communicating with me and keeping me posted about the progress and they had the car back to me in PRISTINE condition faster than the origianl estimated time of completion. Even if you have to go out of your way to get your car repaired in Morgan Hill, it is absolutely worth the drive/effort. if I could give a negative star I would, Caliber is horrible, we only went with them because they were the only place our insurance offered. they told my husband it would take 2-3 to fix my car, we are going on 2 months, it may take another month to fix. I watch the activity on my app, they didn't work on it for 2 weeks. I feel they put the cars that are being paid from the insurance last priority. I would never recommend this place. read more

Dropped off my car Monday morning first thing. I was told that because they weren't super busy that they could get my car up and inspected the same day and that I would hear back from them no matter what on Monday. I checked in today and after pulling up my file (I'm assuming-she asked for all my information) she said the appraiser is out to lunch and would call later to review the estimate. Then asked me if I'd like to drop it off for repairs(they still have the car and I haven't even received an estimate!). Estimator called and said that I must have misunderstood because there is no way that she would have said same day. Disappointed in the lackluster customer service. I'd expect more especially since it's a new location. read more

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job on our car after a fender bender. I called them 5 minutes after I got off of the phone with insurance and they said we could bring the car right down.
