Having your vehicle repaired can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and worry-free. A special thank you to Peter, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my Hyundai Elantra was repaired properly and returned looking absolutely incredible. Peter kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure every detail was handled with care. His commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets him apart. A;vandal broke my passenger side window, taking discount cards in center console and leaving shattered glass all over the front seats and floor. My insurer uses a franchise outfit for all glass coverage. The closest shop in their network was far away and their available home repair appointment was 5 days away (this happened on a Saturday). Horrible. New to the area, I checked yelp and first thing Monday morning I went to Caliber Collision. The customer service rep, Juan, went to the phone and negotiated with the franchiser, requiring numerous calls. The result was that Caliber promised to fix my glass , and I only had to pay the normal insurer deductible of $50. They told me to come back Tues morning to get the repair done. While in their office I noticed that the atmosphere of the employees was upbeat and friendly. I took this as a good omen. I left the car with them Tues. 8 am, and they drove me back home (10 minutes). At 11 am on Tues., I received a call to pick up the car. My daughter drove me back. My involved time was minimal compared what I had been facing. The repair was excellent and all shattered glass removed perfectly. Absolutely incredible experience! Someone rear ended me & I went in for an estimate. Danny was so knowledgeable and helpful. I got full explanations and full details of what would be happening with my car . What a feeling to have, knowing that my car was in good hands. From there, Ruben took over with the insurance and assisted me with a car rental so that I could move on with my day. Based on my experience I can't say enough about Danny's and Ruben's treatment and integrity. The car was completed as promised and it looked amazing! I loved how they kept me updated with the text message alerts ... But what really brought everything home was the fact the car was not only washed , but detailed inside and out. Legendary service !! From the starting till the end, very professional, polite and timely communication from Armando Barrera (General Manager) and his fantastic team. Entire team was very helpful setting up the appointment, arranging rental car and providing timely updates on my car which was involved in an accident. Quality of work is amazing, car was super detailed .. polished and cleaned when I picked it up. Brian is also very helpful and took care of my car. I live in San Jose, Ca and I was referred here by a co worker. At first I was reluctant since it is about 20 miles away but I decided to go anyways . Best decision I ever made. My truck is a SVT lightning and I didnt want just anyone working on it. I spoke to Laura the manager and she was super friendly. I actually got to meet Gabriel the guy that was assigned to work on my truck and he just blew me away. I received daily updates on the truck from Gabe. Caliber Collision did an exceptional job in repairing the damage that my vehicle suffered after someone backed into me. I am so thankful that they were quick to find us an available appointment, easily coordinated repairs and gave me a quick ETA on when my car would be back on the road. Fabian was extremely helpful in keeping me up-to-date on everything that happened while they had my vehicle, and the repairs look fantastic. My dad's car was hit on the back while parked. The bumper was damaged and also the right taillight was busted. We took it to Caliber Collision on Church St. where Jose who is an awesome estimator got everything done without a single issue. We dropped the car off and picked it up within two days and they did an awesome job. The car looks like nothing ever happened to it and my dad was super happy with it. the crew at Caliber collision on Pierce street did an amazin job on my Mazda cx-5. last year they repaired the damage to the rear of the car sometime last year. i returned yesterday to ask about a detail service and cost. I passed by Caliber Collision because there was something hanging from the bottom of my front bumper making a scrapping sound. I went in and asked for help and the manager and his staff were very attentive and took care of the issue. When I tried to pay them they said they were happy to help someone in need and that I didn't owe them anything. Came to Caliber collision because they have the GM program which means that any part will be replaced OEM better than Aftermarket parts or recycled parts that sometimes insurance rather use to save money. I walked in with no appointment just to get a quick visual estimate, and Jacqueline at the front desk was able to have one of her staff members to get it quickly checked out for me, she was very helpful and even had snacks and drinks for my kids while we waited.
