I got rear-ended and took my car to a few places. I chose Caliber because of the close proximity to my house, and the quote seemed very reasonable. I had to leave town for a few days, and they worked around my schedule to get the car in. They also worked with me to get me back to the shop to pick up the car. I am super impressed with the work that was done - The bumper is perfect and the rest of the car looks renewed. Dropped off car on a Friday but it took about 1.5 weeks for it to be done. All communication via text for except when the car is done. Requested some patches to be fixed and it was done. They have alot of high volume of cars parked outside. Just didn't like how we had to sign so many forms especially a "30 day" letter stating the repair could take up to 30 days. But our repair only took about 1.5 weeks to fix. read more

Do not bring your car there. They broke my tire! It was deflated with their screw in. Later, they move my car without my knowledge or permission to other workshop because they couldn't put spare tire on by themselves. If I know I would go there by myself and do it within 15 minutes. Looks like 4 men were not capable to put spare tire on the car. The store manager, Rob, was very rude to me and didn't show any respect or problem solving attitude. Very disappointed with the customer service. Will be escalating the issue to the headquarters. This is not acceptable. read more

My GMC Yukon was damaged in the big windstorm. Pemco recommended this shop. I called them after my insurance sent them an insurance claim assignment. Caliber said that the earliest the could get me in for an assessment/estimate was 2.5 weeks out. I booked it. When I arrived, they assessed the damage and provided an estimate. BUT they then told me they couldn't fit my vehicle (I don't have the extended XL size), i to the paint shop. I was annoyed since they knew what vehicle I had when my insurance co. Sent them the assignment. But they waited 2.5 weeks to tell me and only after I took a day off of work to get my vehicle down to their shop. I talked to 3 other auto body shops in Issaquah,. They all said Caliber effectively lied to me about my vehicle not fitting. Which makes sense since I've had this same shop repair a full size Toyota SUV before. They wasted my time and played me for a fool. read more

Called to bring in my car that needed repair. The guy that answered said they don't repair cars that have been in a collision. So contrary to their name they don't fix cars in collisions. They fix cars that have been hit with shopping carts. It's the front bumper grill and fenders. My son in autobody field unplugged the airbag harness bc the bumper is hanging off. This caused the airbag indicator to turn on. The guy there said we don't repair cars past a point, what's the point of being a repair shop that doesn't repair??? read more

They made the entire experience seamless, coordinating with my insurance and Enterprise for my rental. In late June, 2022, my car was rearended (gently) and that caused minor damage to its rear bumper. My insurance company suggested (strongly) that I take it to Caliber Collision in Issaquah, WA. I had seen their signs for years but had never had a need for their service before. Due to staffing issues that I completely understood (due to COVID 19), I got an appointment on July 25. When I brought my car in, I was told it could take a few days to a few weeks due to the availability of parts and labor. Insurance was going to pay for a rental car so I was okay with the timeline. Caliber even called the car rental company on my appointment day and they came to get me. Really easy. I brought my car in on a Monday and by the following Friday, it was ready so basically 5 days. The car looks great. They even washed it and cleaned out the accumulated dirt inside. I left the rental car with them so that I did not need to make an extra trip. Best of all were the people with whom I dealt. They were friendly and accommodating to my needs. They communicated with me while waiting for the good news that the car was ready. I hope you never have need of a car repair but if you do, Calber is the place to have it done. read more

Around the first week of September 2022, I was in a car accident. I scheduled with Caliber Collision in Issaquah to have my car repaired and they gave the date of November 1st. Insurance company paid ahead of time for the repair to my car. On October 31st they called and asked me to fill my car up with gas and bring it in the next day to start the repairs. I told them that my car was electric and doesn't take gas. It was at this point that the store manager said that they don't repair electric cars. They waited 2 months to tell me they don't fix electric cars. I was a bit surprised by this, because they had contacted my insurance for approval and payment to fix my car. They would have had to give them the year, make and model of my car. The manager told me that they never received payment from my insurance company and that she only knew my name and phone number. She was completely dishonest with me. My insurance company had already given approval and PAID them to fix my car. Caliber Collision never called me during the 2 months I waited for the appointment but yet they received the money from the insurance company. In the end they had to return the insurance money. This company is dishonest and negligent and offered no help whatsoever when they got caught in their lie. Very poor customer relations. Beware of your dealings with this company in Issaquah. read more

I've been to Caliber Collision twice recently. First was for a little fender bender covered by insurance. I was so impressed by the staff and professionalism at Caliber. They really made an upsetting event easy for me, and my car came back looking so beautiful! I was happy I chose them...so... when I scratched my vehicle on a forest road, I returned to them to buff out the scratches. I couldn't believe how affordable it was to return my car to as good as new. The staff will take good care of your car, and it is easy to work with them! read more

I took the vehicle in on a Wednesday and it was repaired, vacuumed, and washed when I picked it up on Friday.
