TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE! I was amazed at the excellent service I received when I took my Rav4 in for repair. I brought it in and Allan, a service advisor, helped me immediately. We went over the damage and he explained things thoroughly. The office was very clean and the receptionist was helpful and friendly. Enterprise came and picked me up to go select a rental for the week. They were also very professional. Allan texted me throughout the week to let me know the progress of my repairs. I was unable to pick my car up the day it was ready, so he met my husband on a Saturday morning, even though the store was closed. He could not have been more professional, more helpful, and more accommodating. The best part about this experience was getting my car back in newer looking condition than ever before. The repairs were flawless. And the best surprise was the inside had been vacuumed out and detailed! It even smelled like a new car. My tires were low on air when I brought the car in, and they we're all good as new when I picked it up. I did not have to return the rental car myself because Caliber Collision handled it. From the moment I brought my vehicle in, Steve was absolutely amazing--personable, friendly, honest, and a true pleasure to work with. He took the time to thoroughly review my vehicle, explain what might be needed and why, and then walked me through the estimate line by line. Steve even pointed out specific areas on my car, explaining details like the importance of blending, why certain parts needed replacement instead of repair, and why others had to be removed for a perfect match. He went above and beyond--even explaining the purpose of a tiny clear plastic strip on the edge of my doors! We had my wife's 2013 BMW x5 repaired at this location in 2016 after a accident in which we were rear ended. Our insurance company USAA recommend Caliber. Our advisor was Allen, right away he made me feel as if he was all in, on making sure we would be taken care of and kept in the loop throughout the process. He did just that! The vehicle was returned when promised and repaired as promised. I did not write a review at that time, although it was my intention to. I recently had an incident where my new 2018 Tacoma was swiped by a grocery buggy at Target. After the 2016 repair I has no doubt about where to take my truck. Again, Allen took care of me, this at not charge. There was a scratch on the truck that was about 15 inches, I could not get it out. He asked me if I had 10-15 minutes, I said sure. He brought the truck back out, scratch gone, looked like it never happened. These days service like this is nearly impossible to find. I have 4 separate experiences with this business. On one repair the estimate was less than all other quotes and the work was perfect- even after a year I could not tell there was ever a problem. On 2 other occasions: 1. I went in because I was giving up a lease and wanted some scratches repaired. While I was waiting for the estimate the repairs were completed and I was not charged at all. 2. I went in because the paneling on the back of my van pulled apart from the car because of 3 broken clips. Again, no charge. It was fixed and they also gave a full explanation of the problem. Alan Leasure was the person I dealt with. Another time I went in at the request of a person's car that I hit. The repair price was reasonable considering it was a very expensive car. The owner (a retired insurance agent) was also very happy! I would give them 10 stars if that rating was possible. I did not know the people that work there and no favors were requested. On Jan 2 I took my minivan to Caliber Collision in Indian Land, SC to get an estimate for some damage from a side swiping incident. Alan Leasure assessed the damage, went back inside and came out with a rag and solution. He proceeded to WIPE away the damage. It was nothing more than a mark but I didn't know that. He then proceeded to do a quick polishing of the area. It was good as new. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. The story ends there but began several days before when I took the minivan to a Dodge dealership body shop and they wrote and estimate for $1150 for the same damage. They were a bunch of shysters. Caliber got no money from me but what they did get is a life long customer. I hope I never need a body shop but if I do Caliber will be the first place I go and I'll tell all my family and friends to do the same. read more

The folks here were polite and thorough regarding my repairs. Maybe that's why my insurance company had recommended them. I was in and out for an estimate in short order. Made the appointment and left my car in the lot on a Sunday. They got things done in record time and I had my car back in 2 days. Everything was done as they had said it would be. I had asked for some additional work to be performed, but we got a little mixed up/confused and I think that we could have cleared it up easily if they had made a phone call. read more
