These comments reflect my personal experience with this repair location and may be helpful for others considering service here. For clarity, references to a "week" refer to Monday through Friday, as this location is not open on weekends. The repair process took approximately one month, which was about twice the original estimate. As a result, I was required to return my rental vehicle before the repairs were completed. My insurance company, Geico, only covered the rental during what it considered a reasonable repair timeframe based on the information provided by my assigned repair advisor, Zach, throughout the repair process. Communication throughout the repair was inconsistent. I received multiple completion estimates that were later revised. At one point, both Geico and I were informed that the vehicle would be ready on a Monday, but it was ultimately not available for pickup until the following Friday. Based on that communicated completion date, my rental coverage ended approximately one week before the vehicle was actually available for pickup. In addition, the automated text updates generated by the repair management system frequently provided completion dates that did not align with the actual repair status. During the repair process, I was informed that these messages are system-generated and may not accurately reflect expected completion dates. Customers relying on these notifications may want to confirm status updates directly with their repair advisor. The final communication I received from my assigned repair advisor occurred on Monday of the week my vehicle ultimately became available for pickup. After receiving no additional updates, I contacted the shop on Friday morning of that same week and learned that the vehicle had already been completed and was available for pickup. Customers may wish to periodically confirm the repair status directly with their repair advisor, particularly if the estimated completion date changes during the repair process. During pickup, a different repair advisor reviewed the repairs with me because my assigned advisor was on vacation. When inspecting the vehicle, I identified visible scratches on the repaired rear quarter panel that required additional buffing before I left the facility. I recommend conducting a thorough inspection of completed repairs before accepting the vehicle. While checking out, I was informed that the location manager, Dalton, had worked to prioritize my vehicle for pickup. However, I did not receive an explanation regarding the extended repair timeline or any accommodation related to the loss of rental coverage caused by the delay. Overall, the repair quality appeared acceptable after the identified scratches were addressed. However, my experience was significantly affected by repair delays, inconsistent progress updates, conflicting completion estimates, and communication challenges throughout the process. Potential customers may wish to discuss expected timelines, communication methods, and status-update procedures in advance if these factors are important to their repair experience. Geico initially assigned our repair to a different location, but we requested the Indian Land, SC location because it was more convenient. Based on my experience, I would have chosen to keep the original assignment. read more

They've had my car for 2 months and we still don't know when we're getting it back. I was asked to email the community manager email for Caliber, which we did and they never responded. If anyone is listening, we'd love to have our car back at some point. read more

Want to give them a zero rating - I took my car to Caliber Collision in Indian Land in early December for a repair estimate, foolishly believing that making an appointment might result in... service. The representative took a few photos of my car and confidently assured me the estimate would be sent to my insurance company within an hour. I even double-checked this wildly optimistic timeline, and he reassured me--because why not--that I'd see everything reflected with my insurance within 24 hours. Fast-forward more than three weeks, multiple calls to my insurance company later, and guess what? They have still heard absolutely nothing from Caliber Collision. Every call produces the same greatest hit: "We'll take care of it today." A phrase that apparently means "we will absolutely not take care of it today." Today's episode featured someone named Frank, who informed my insurance company that there is--surprise--a "glitch," and that he would get back to them. This marks the sixth time the mysterious "glitch" has been blamed, yet somehow it remains completely unfixed. Truly impressive consistency. So if you enjoy endless waiting, zero accountability, recycled excuses, and a masterclass in professional indifference, Caliber Collision Indian Land is the place for you. As a bonus, on my way in, I watched another customer refuse to take their car because the repair didn't feel right. That probably should've been my cue to turn around and leave. Lesson learned. read more

so let's start with had the car for two weeks receive car back in the rain it looked not bad at all after the rain was finished. The whole front is bend as hell and the manager told me that since we did not see it at the time of pick up so we decide to just slide and roll with it. After he told me that it's his business and he will tell me how the business will be done so I'm definitely will contact corporate and they have to redo the vehicle for two more weeks. Good luck read more

I was very impressed with the repair service and the staff members. They were very accommodating, informative and professional in all of my interactions. The job was completed and I received my car back prior to the promised date. The workmanship was outstanding at a reasonable price. read more

I was very impressed with the service I received today at Caliber Collision in Indian Land. They had recently repaired my car after a rear-end accident and now both of my rear brakes light were out. I called, they fit my in the same day and assessed the issue. Gave me a thorough understanding of the issue, which was unrelated to the recent repair, and fixed it at no charge in 10 min. read more

Outstanding!!! Dalton and the team at the Indian Land SC Caliber Collision were nothing less than superb! I was sideswiped and had to go through insurance. I wanted to find a shop close to me and this was the location, what great luck for a horrible situation! The staff was friendly and understanding of the issues with my vehicle and treated me great. Absolutely professional with a touch of Southern class! I appreciate that as I didn't feel like just another customer with a credit card or insurance claim! I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle back to the Indian Land Caliber Collision! This is an outstanding local business! Great work and BIG thanks to Dalton and the Indian Land Caliber Collision team!!! read more

I recently had an accident with my SUV. After being told by several shops that no one would even look at it for 3 weeks (pushing it out passed the New Year), the owner of the facility where my truck was taken, Caliber, called me. He explained that this was misinformation and that it's repairs that can take that long. It was quite a relief to know that someone cared enough to do the inspection and set my mind at ease. Although there is little they could do for my vehicle, taking the time to assess my truck, quickly, I can never thank Dustin enough for stepping up. Not many repairs places would bother or care about my situation at the time, but this Company, when they can, goes above and beyond. read more

We have used Caliber Collision for body work repairs twice in the past few months. Both times we have been extremely satisfied with their work, communication and prices. The second time we were not going through insurance and had to pay out of pocket for a rental car. We asked them if they could expedite the repair to minimize our rental costs. They fixed the car in a very timely fashion for us, kept us informed throughout the process and were able to bring the job in under estimate. We highly recommend Gene and all of the staff we dealt with at Caliber Collision Indian Land. I rarely write reviews but this one was well earned! read more

I definitely would recommend caliber collision from the first time I took my car to be looked at and then the whole process was amazing the entire staff was respectful and awesome Ryan had my car back to me quickly great customer service read more

Not one to give five stars, so this is an example of what it takes to get that rating. Service was absolutely outstanding. I backed into a neighbors car. And it happened to be the day they were moving into their new home. Welcome to the neighborhood! No injuries, but their driver door was well-smushed and my rear end was dented and a side panel had popped out. Oh joy! My USAA auto insurance (another player in this drama) told me to go to Caliber and rent a car from Enterprise (the third player). So when USAA recommends and uses a vendor you can count on quality and consistency. So off my wife and I went. Located on a small road running behind KFC is a beautiful building with colorful sign. THIS was Caliber. I dreaded going in as auto repair, and especially auto body repair, operations are generally gritty, dirty staffed with gritty, stained and dirty employees. Pleasantly, this was not the case with Caliber. When we check in, wife and I were astounded at how clean and neat everything was. The body shop floor was immaculate and polished. The office neat and comfortable. And the restrooms very clean. Further, the receptionist informed us that Enterprise was coming with our rental car! Amazing. After completing paperwork with Caliber, we went over to Enterprise to do their paperwork and then home. Total time to get this done: less than an hour. We were told it would be a few days to get the car repaired, but the phone rang at 2pm telling us that the job was done. Great, but I had to return the rental car. Caliber informed us that they would return our car to us and then pick up and return our rental car. The day was ending. Around 5:30pm Caliber called to tell us that they (two people) were on the way. By 6pm we had completed their paperwork, paid for the repairs and handed them our rental car. They took the rental car to their home and returned it to Enterprise the next morning. We were amazed at how smooth, efficient, courteous and downright nice they were. This is the definition of outstanding customer service and concern. Although we do now want to have another collision occasion, we know now that Caliber will get our business. A great organization with wonderful people. Many thanks, Caliber. read more

I've heard good things about their work. I needed a small repair quickly before I turned in a leased car. The earliest appointment I could get was five days away. That is where my experience with Caliber ended. I found someone else who saw me that day, had parts two days later, and fixed the car while I waited. read more

Extremely horrible business. They took 1500 dollars before ever touching my vehicle. When I asked why they had already deposited the check after telling them I didn't want the work done, their reply was "they didn't want to lose the check". Well now the check is gone and they don't seem to know how ai can get the money back. They are shady and don't deserve your money. read more

After I was in an accident my insurance company recommended Caliber. From the first day I dropped my car off they were great! Josh communicated every few days on the status of the parts and ETA on when my car should be ready. I had a really good experience with them. Pick up was nice and easy and my car was detailed and clean. Would definitely highly recommend them! read more

If you want to wait 20 to 30 minutes for them to answer the phone with the most annoying looped advertisement for how great they are... don't say I did not warn you. I did walk-in in after failing to get them on the phone twice and was told no availability for an inspection or quote today and after 20 min of waiting for them to tell me when an appointment was available- I walked out. read more

I was very pleased with Josh and the service I received, it did take a little longer than I would have liked and had to bring my vehicle back but they did what they said they would and had integrity. read more

OMG I pulled into caliber because I was nervous about some damage and how much it would cost. First of all I went and spoke with Paige. She was unbelievable! I car checked out because it had some scratches adjuster name Scott he looked at everything and he said maybe we could buff this out. At that' point he called David his paint man and he came out to look at the damage to the car. He then went back got some compound and repaired the scratches on the wheel well. When I asked him what was the charge he said nothing happy that we could just buff it out. The real issue here is that they could have charged me a lot of money to make the repair and I would have paid it being that it was a new car. But instead because of his knowledge and David's expertise they were able to make the repair. This is truly great customer service but most of all it shows the ethical way that they do business. I will always use them for any repairs that I need Ray S By the way this is the location on Concord Parkway US 29 Concord NC read more

They don't do in person quotes. Their website is some type of AI which asks you to take pictures and upload them. They then came back and said they couldn't help me. Poor customer service. read more

It was rainy, and I was parked in my driveway next to my wife's Toyota Sienna van in my driveway. Hers was parked facing the street, my Mazda faced the garage. I had been putzing around with the cars, can't remember why. Anyway, I got in my car to run to the store. I backed up. I looked out my driver window and didn't see anything. But I stopped. That was good. If I hadn't stopped I would have torn my wife's driver-side door clean off; as it was, it was just about 50% ripped off. My wife was nice about it. Called the insurance, and luckily there was no damage to my car because it would not have been covered. "Take it to Caliber." Caliber had a bit of a problem finding a suitable used door (for the 2011 Sienna), and eventually they had to use a new one. But wow, what great service. They provide regular periodic updates, and when we got the car back, they had detailed it a bit and it looked wonderful. Great service, quality work, attentive communication. I'll be back if I'm ever this stupid again; I'll likely be back. read more

Meh. I didn't go with them because they were about triple what I was able to get it done for at a different collision place. They wanted $1,100 to change out my side view mirror using an OEM part. When I told them I was fine with non OEM, they were still over $600 because they were marking up the part so much and they wouldn't let me order the part myself from Amazon to try and save money (even though I was willing to for go a warranty). I got the work done somewhere else for $370 (part and labor) and it is perfect. read more

Someone hit my Rav4 SUV from behind and caused a lot of damage. They did an excellent job on my vehicle. They also made sure to call me every couple of days to provide status. They went above and beyond by cleaning my vehicle inside and out. Total wow factor. I would recommend this location. Great customer service and friendly and competent staff. read more

I went in to ask for help with a fairly large paint smear on the front bumper. It had been there for awhile and my wife and I decided it was time to try to clean it up. We took it into Caliber, filled out the paper work and Alan came out to look at the problem. He went to get a cloth and supplies, kneeled down in 95 degree heat, and cleaned it up and buffed it in a matter of minutes. He said, "drive safe" and told us there wouldn't be a charge this time. Alan was friendly and professional and definitely made our day! We hope we won't need their services again, however, if we do we'll take our car to the Caliber in Indian Land. read more

I was rear-ended and had the other person's insurance paying for the repair. They were great about explaining the process to me and making it as painless as possible. The woman at the front desk was so great!! Hertz was supposed to come pick me up to get my rental, but they weren't answering their phones (she even tried calling them a few times too), so she had one of the guys there drive me over to their location on South Blvd. It saved me a *ton* of time and hassle, and I so appreciated it. It was a little thing but it was HUGE. read more

Was rear ended on Rte 521 and towed to this Caliber Collision site. The end product was excellent....but the process was a confusing mess! Car had to moved to one of their other sites because of "back log". Here is where the confusion started...when we would call to determine status...people wouldn't know even where the car was.. It would seem a simple correction would be to assign a number and responsible name to the job....simple computer entry...identifying location and status. We were given dates of completion...which kept changing... Caliber Collision needs to improve the caliber of their PROCESSING and COMMUNICATIONS. In the meantime...we had to,deal with a rental. Adding inconvenience and cost. read more

The people are so helpful here. They checked my car to see if the work I got done on it before was faulty or not and went through it with a "fine tooth comb" when I asked what I owed them they said they just wanted to make sure my car was safe for my family and didn't charge me anything! I'm so grateful. Also service advisor Kimberly Boone-Phillips helped me with all my questions and took the time to make sure I was totally comfortable with my visit. Thank you Caliber Collision, thank you Susanne (Receptionist), and thank you Kimberly (Service Advisor) for everything! read more

Great job! On time and handled easily with insurance company. Very professional. I would recommend highly.

Want a sky high estimate visit this location! Had to have one of my vehicle back in to get repainted because of dark spots in the paint. Plus they are ripping you off by charging $40 for a "prescan" and and other $80 for a "post scan" which are literally 3 minutes apart. Total scam and management won't call you back or respond to emails when questioned. Just got an estimate to fix a small dent and scratch in the door for $1900 read more

Kim and the entire staff were very accommodating. Everything went smoother than anticipated. Thank you for taking great care of my BMW!

I brought my car in with no appointment and only waited about 10 minutes until I was helped by Alan. My car had been bumped into in a parking lot and sustained some visible scratches. Alan said no problem and had his body man Aaron clean up the marks very nicely. Much to my surprise when I got out my wallet Alan said there would be no charge. What??
