The windshield washer reservoir was replaced, but it was never filled, and it still shows as empty even when the reservoir is full. The lower passenger-side light was also not seated properly and was left loose. Most importantly, sensors were replaced, but they are still not working correctly. This is now my second time returning to have the sensor issue addressed. After the first visit, I took my vehicle to Mike Maroone Ford for a complete diagnostic. Their conclusion was that the sensor was not communicating and that the problem was most likely with the sensor itself or the wiring that was installed. When I returned for the second time and explained exactly what Mike Maroone Ford had diagnosed, I was treated as though I did not understand my own vehicle. I was told that my vehicle did not have a camera and that it was impossible for it to have lane assist without one. I was also told that they would not trust anything Mike Maroone Ford said. What they apparently do not know is that Mike Maroone Ford installed a new engine in my vehicle and has extensive knowledge of this particular vehicle. At this point, I am no longer willing to continue bringing my vehicle back. I will be having Mike Maroone Ford diagnose and repair the problems caused by the previous work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. I expected the work to be completed correctly the first time, or at minimum, for the concerns I raised to be taken seriously.

5 Stars - Honest, Professional, and Saved My Mother's Day…read more I can't say enough good things about Carbon Valley Garage. After receiving an outrageous $8,500 estimate from a Denver mechanic while stranded on Mother's Day, I had my 2017 VW Tiguan towed to Carbon Valley. Their inspection was detailed, honest, and thorough. They discovered the noise I heard was caused by a rock stuck in the driveshaft -- not a broken turbo as I was told. They removed the debris, topped off fluids, checked all systems, and only found that the brakes needed replacement -- which they completed for $1,270. This shop treated me with respect, transparency, and integrity. I'm a senior woman, and I felt completely at ease with their service. I now know I can trust them with any future repairs. Crazy thing is "he was on his skate board" just cruising the neighborhood soliciting customers for possible hail repair claims. We had previously noticed that my wife's 2014 KIA Sportage had in fact had some hail damage when we had washed it but because the vehicle is painted white the damage isn't quite so noticeable until it's wet. We we're actually going to look into having estimates done on the hail damage, so it was just so coincidental that this young man standing at my door was actually saving me some time. His name was Jameson White, a claims specialists at American Auto Hail Repair. Jameson, Will and the rest of the crew at the A.A.H.R. facility were exceptional. They were so courteous and professional. The work was flawless, their technicians are excellent at their craft. When we went to pickup the vehicle Will took us into the work area and introduced us to the techs and we were able to talk to them about the repair process first hand. Needless to say, we took our vehicle to A.A.H.R. and didn't regret it at all. The process was painless, the work was amazing and Jameson had actually helped us with contacting the insurance company to file the claim. If you're thinking of filing a claim for auto hail damage you owe it to yourself to check these guys out. By the way Jameson I never thanked you for stopping by our house that day. THANKS DUDE!!!!! He took some photos and emailed me a few days later with an estimate, which I thought was reasonable. I met him again on 12 August and gave him a check for $200 as an advance on parts for the repair. That was the last time Rich or anyone from Midwest Auto Body contacted me. I emailed them on 8 September to inquire about the status on the order and scheduling the work, but no one replied. I phoned several times over the next couple months. In one call, Rich said that he was relocating his work garage from Wattenberg to Longmont and that things were in disarray so he didn't know when he could do the work and didn't know the status of my parts order. The next two times I called, he only told me that he "hadn't forgot about" me but didn't know if he had the parts I'd paid for and "would have to check". On my last call, on 22 October, he agreed to call me back soon with status, but never did. No one from Midwest Auto Body ever proactively contacted me to give me an update. I assume that my $200 is lost, and it's probably not worth my time to try to recover it. But I felt that I had to share this experience to potentially save others the same kind of trouble.

My car was recently rear-ended and I tried to bring the car here based on the previous experience. VERY POOR DECISION. Unfortunately, this is no longer a good company. I tried calling repeatedly for a month to be told they were having internet issues. After getting to the first call, they confirmed they would schedule the car once they ordered the parts. I followed up again via email and was told that they would reach out when all the parts were in. Two months later when I followed up again to ask if the parts were in and could we schedule the car, I was told they couldn't schedule my car until two months out from July. Then she came back to the line again and was told "Oh no, we will need to schedule in December." I have wasted 3 - 4 months hoping that somewhere in this once very good company a person would be able to help return it to a better place. I have definitely been disappointed. This is not a good company to bring your car for repair. The ownership has slipped and the staff is very incompetent. I thought as a repeat customer you might be considered good business and want to keep their business. The front office staff truly does not know how to handle people or schedule business.
