I just want to start off by saying thank you to Alex & Rudy for providing excellent communication. Had a quick repair that was handled very professional. Highly recommend this place to anyone. An absolute 5 star experience! read more

Did walk in, very little wait. Adrian was able to help and was very satisfied with the work. Thank you

Awesome job! Great Service! Everything was great and clean. I will definitely come back and refer to friends and family.

I took my 2014 Honda Civic after being involved in a hit and run accident where the drivers side of my car was damaged. This shop gave me an estimate of about 2 weeks for repair. They ended up keeping my car over 3 weeks. My dad went to pick up my car twice and ended up having to leave it there. Poor quality issues such as finger imprints left to dry in the paint, painting over dirt and leaving it like that, paint splatter that wasn't cleaned, the part being painted not properly buffed or sanded down before paint was applied. The side mirror had to be replaced and they installed a mirror that doesn't match my cars year/model. My dad had to ask for the manager after turning down pick up the second time and questioned the quality of the work and the integrity of the workers to think that it was ok to produce such poor quality and think it was ok to return to a customer like that only to be told he was "being picky". Yes, it's my car that I'm paying for, no one is providing me free service. I know the car will never be brand new again but when I pay for a service I expect the people providing it to care and take pride in the work they present to their customers. I can say that they did offer to pay for the extension on my rental since repairs went past the 20 days my insurance would cover. When my dad picked up my car he left the rental with the repair who assured us they would return it for us. Surprise, I receive a call from Enterprise saying the car has been missing for 5 days because the repair shop didn't return it like they said they would. On top of that when I looked in the back seat of my car after pick up it was covered in dust, they didn't even bother cleaning the inside from all the dirt and dust that blew in when they were working on it. Being in a hit and run was a terrible experience as it was without having to deal with a repair shop that didn't even bother giving me their best work unless we fought for it. Very disappointing experience. read more

Everyone here I so friendly and responsive! I get fast service every time I come here!! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family in need of repairing their vehicles! read more

After a minor rear end collision, Caliber was able to complete the repairs on my rear bumper within a day. Manny Lemus was very knowledgeable and professional and explained how the repair process and insurance would work. Aside from repairing the damage from the accident, he also arranged for some other dents to be removed separately, outside of my insurance, for a very reasonable price. The office staff was very friendly and worked to get my paperwork in order quickly as well as arranging for me to be picked up by the car rental service arranged through my insurance. When I picked up my car, it had been expertly repaired, washed and looked great! I have used Caliber for a few repairs before and would definitely recommend them 100% read more

Marcos is amazing! I stopped by without an appointment for an estimate for my Jeep Grand Cherokee as it was scratched on the wheel well after entering a tight garage. He was able to immediately bring it into the shop and buff it out and touch up the paint free of charge. I was so thankful and blessed for his kindness and professionalism. He even corrected a previous repair from another caliber location. I would highly recommend THIS location For all your body work needs! THANK YOU CALIBER! read more

Quick, simple, efficient, informative and great communication. Manny L. and Nancy G. were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to them and everyone else involved in fixing my car up to look brand new again! read more

Horrible experience. They took an extra 7 days longer than the first promised delivery date. When I called about picking up my car, they told me it was out getting the alignment done. Well, they had that work completed the previous week, so there was no way that was the reason for the delay. Then, when I finally went to pick my car up, they forgot to fix the headlight that was written into the repair bill. How do they not have any quality controls before delivering a car to their customer? I wish they had been honest with me in the beginning and throughout the process so I could had made an informed decision. Plenty of options in the area, I recommend you give any of the others a try first., before giving them your business and more importantly, your time. read more

OK, in fairness, I didn't hire Caliber to do any work but I tried. I was very disappointed in their quote. They were my 3rd quote and they were MORE THAN TWICE as high as the quote in the #2 position, and 3 TIMES THE PRICE of the collision center that I am going to give my work to. (I've previously hired the collision center that got this job too... I got more quotes just to compare this time. Point is - I know that other company that won the job does great work.) FWIW, I would imagine Caliber probably does good work too (and well they should if they are charging 2-3 times market price). The place is also nice and clean, and they have popcorn available for you. But I suggest that, if you do decide to stop in for a quote, it would be prudent to make sure you get more than one quote... I wish them, and you, the best... read more

This body shop is amazing, they stick to their deadlines, estimates are accurate and reasonable and the staff is super friendly. From the moment I called, I spoke to Nancy, she quickly addressed all my questions and concerns and setup a time for me to come in and have my car inspected to assess the repair work that needed to be done. When I arrived I was greeted by Derek, he went into detail about how and what needed to be done. Within a few minutes he had a detailed invoice outlining full details of the repair work. During that time, they kept me updated via text and they stuck to their deadline. Amazing work you guys! Car looks amazing. I 100% trust them quality of work is impeccable. read more

Thank you Caliber Collision for the excellent work and customer service! They are very efficient and prompt. The estimator Alex was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and made my experience as his top priority. I had my truck in and out the same day as promised. My truck is now in prestine condition and feel confident in trusting caliber collision with any and all future repairs if needed. I will definitely recommend them for any collision repair to my family and friends. read more

Derek Rodarte helped get my Chrysler 300 2018 back like new. Big Black and shining. I couldn't tell where the damage had been done. Thank you again read more

I totally recommend this place to fix / repair your car! Derek gave me great service and was extremely nice to me. He estimated me 2 weeks for my car to get fixed but I picked it up 3 days later! Thank you again and shout out to Derek for your great customer services you gave me! read more

I dropped my vehicle off at Caliber Collision because they were highly recommended by Farmers Insurance. I walked into the office and was greeted by Nancy. She printed the paperwork and Alex took it from there. Alex took the time to explain the process and answered every question I had. The customer service that Alex provided had me confident about leaving my vehicle. The was then picked up by Enterprise, who is the preferred rental car agency and that didn't go so well. There was no sense of urgency at the Fontana location. My reservations was made by Farmers Insurance days before I arrived. After they processed my paperwork, charged my credit card, I waiting 25+ mins before inquiring how much longer it will take. That's when the assistant manager Zachary got rude, unprofessional, and demonstrated threatening body language. I have NEVER been to an establishment where I was told to "be quiet and have a seat"! Zachary decided that he didn't want to rent me a car and gave me no other options. I didn't have transportation for the whole week my car was being fixed. I'm bringing this to your attention because you guys work directly with the enterprise Fontana location. They don't value the business that you send. You can look on their reviews and see this wasn't the first time they dropped the ball! read more

Caliber Collision was exceptional! There slogan is "Restoring you to the rhythm of your life" and they say they make it as though the accident never happened. They did exactly that. They assign a mechanic to you, mine was Alex. Alex called initially with the details of the damages, an estimate of what my repairs would cost and an estimated time of delivery for my repaired vehicle. Alex updated me daily with text messages. The repairs were completed sooner than expected, my care was clean and shiny when it was returned to me and they even did the extra of buffing out some things that were there but not related to the accident. Wow! I was impressed with their professionalism, the cleanliness of the facility, the courteous manner in which the staff dealt with me, and most importantly, the repairs of my vehicle. It rides smoothly, it looks better than it did before the accident, I left the rental with them and they returned it to Enterprise, and I receive a lifetime warranty on the repairs. Wow again!!!! read more
