Highly recommend. Learned in psychology class today that studies of the human brain suggest that humans store memories in two parts (1) a snippet of the most memorable part of the experience and (2) the overall result -- furthermore, the overall memory will be remembered as a good or bad memory based almost entirely on the result. On this basis I highly recommend the Caliber Shop on Evans and Jake who runs it; car accidents are not fun, damage to your car is a bad experience -- a drunk driver smashed up my parked car, hit and run, took a while to get it to drive right again, my insurance company was unpleasant to deal with -- Jake at Caliber fixed it and made it all right. Thanks Jake! I appreciate your help! read more

I was blown away by the customer service here. I was in an accident and my insurance adjuster at Geico told me that Caliber was a one stop shop - I got the estimate, repair and rental car all in one place. Everyone I talked to was informative and friendly. My car was ready BEFORE they estimated (ready Wednesday, after I was told Friday) and they kept me informed of the progress the whole time it was there. My car looks great. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend! read more

I had a really incredible experience with these folks. Went there because my Geico insurance adjuster was there. I walked in with 2 estimates from other places averaging about $3,200. These guys did it for less than $1,300. Not kidding. I gave them the go ahead to find some "imperfect" replacement body parts and they had my teenager's crunched car looking awesome in 48 hours. You read that right. 48 hours. Seriously, this crew really treated me right. So many other body shops treat you like a dummy, but the folks at GC were super friendly, helpful, and fast. I sound like a commercial, but I was REALLY happy. read more

Was rear ended on I-70 during rush hour. Ended up taking my car to Global for repairs of the bumper and they did excellent work. Terry was great to work with and I would go back to them again (hopefully I won't have to though :) read more

I went here based on my insurance (Geico) despite them not being close to home or work. I could be happier. I had something go through the roof of my car, breaking through the metal, and they completed all repairs within 3 business days AND detailed my car. My car hasn't been that clean since I drove it off the lot! Communication was great and the employees were friendly. I hope I never need their service again, but I will absolutely go there if I need to! read more

What started off as a not so great experience (it took longer than expected to be completed), Jake (manager) quickly rectified. There are not a lot of places that take customer service seriously, but this one does. What could have turned out to be a poor experience, ended up being turned around. Great job by Jake. Additionally, the work on my car was much better than I originally expected it would be. I would definitely use them again, especially with Jake make sure customers are happy with their service. read more

Chose this shop from an insurance-approved list after an accident. Am so glad we did, because they did a GREAT job. Repairs were greater than $10,000, and my car is better than new. The BEST part was the dependable communication from the shop, specifically Brenda. She kept us up to date, even when everything was on schedule. We got the car when promised, and it looks great. What's especially nice, was how clean it was from top to bottom, made us feel very cared for. Use these people! read more

Last year I took my 2001 Pathfinder into Global Collision to repair my rear bumper after being rear ended by a fellow motorist on her cell phone:( The quote I received was fair, the service ppl were amazingly nice and the car was completed on time. They not only completed the work promised, the car was clean and they even buffed out a small area on my front bumper for no charge. EXTREMELY pleased. Fast forward to last week, was needing a detail to sell above pathfinder. I spoke with Jake, who asked me what I was doing with the car. After he found out I was trading car in, he recommended not wasting the money on a detail as I was unlikely to receive more $ from the dealership and offered to "clean up" the car for no charge! I dropped my car off expecting a vacuum maybe, when I returned the mats were shampoo'ed, the leather smelled amaziing and was cleaned up, and the car was washed. Looked awesome! Also the service people..especially Mary...were polite and helpful. I had forgotten my phone so she looked up my friend's name so I could call him. Unbelievable service!!! All that was ever asked for was that if I need a detail or work on my new car in the future is that I consider using Global...no worries there. Also Global can do some of the things the dealership charges 2-3x for such as the teflon clear coat. Anyway....Jake and Mary....YOU ROCK! Thanks so much. read more

I took my car in to get an estimate on a Friday morning. The woman who does the estimates for my insurance company was not there. Another person came out and did the estimate and said he would give the information to the woman who does the estimates for my insurance company and i should expect to hear from her the same day. I did not hear from her on that Friday nor the following Monday. When I called on Tuesday she said she didn't have my estimate and asked who did the estimate. I said it was a guy with short blond hair. She said she knew who that was and would get back to me Wednesday. I didn't hear from her on Wednesday so I called again. She said she was very busy and still could not find my estimate but she would call me on Thursday. I did not get a call on Thursday and called her again. She could not find my file so I told her to forget the whole thing and I would take my care elsewhere. Not once did I get a promised call back and by Thursday she decided to apologize but by then I said it was too late. I will never take my car to this Caliber Collision shop. I have no idea how the other shops are but if they are like this one, I would stay away from, them. read more

Fantastic service from Jacqueline. I wrote a letter of praise for our experience to the manager, Robert, who promptly called me to thank me. Sometimes we forget to point out what is right and to thank people who take the time to write. I came in for a body repair estimate for my elderly aunt's car--she had more than a few scrapes (mystery accidents)--were not looking for perfection, but rather making it good enough. Jacqueline listened well. She even found the source of a dead body smell (I was gagging!-a package of turkey under the seat that must have fallen out of a grocery bag a century ago!) She took a rag to the car to clean black marks so she could see what she was dealing with--this did not go unnoticed as those marks could have been included as "damage". She made exact recommendations for repairs. We subsequently donated the car, but I am left with the impression that this is a good repair shop. Ask for Jacqueline! She is their secret weapon of quality and excellent customer service. read more

They were very professional, the work was done exactly as ordered and perfectly on time.

After my car was hit while parked outside of my apartment in November 2017, my insurance, Gieco, had me come to Caliber Collision on E. Evans in Denver for the repairs. Since my car did not come with a front license plate (I moved here from the KY area where it is not required), I had to have a bracket installed on the front bumper to secure the license plate. Since there was damage done to the front bumper, Caliber Collision had to replace it. While doing so, they removed the license plate and did not replace it. I did not realize this until a week after I got my car back and was ticketed for not having a front plate. After contacting Caliber Collision, they informed me that they had no idea where my license plate was. I then had to go get new license plates issued, purchase a new mounting bracket, pay 2 $75 tickets, and file a report for the missing plates since by Denver law. I was promised by Caliber Collision that they would reimburse me for everything, but have yet to see a dime. At first, they were telling me that it was being handled, but eventually in September of 2018 stopped responding to me. Here we are, over a year later with no resolution. read more

I can't say enough great things about the team at Caliber Collision (E. Evans location) and specifically Alex (Armando) Palomino. The team took great care to provide the best customer service, best repair job I've seen, and cleanest detail of a car all in a VERY timely manner. I was updated every step of the way and the team finished ahead of schedule. When I picked up my car, Alex was very helpful at explaining all the work had been done and going the extra mile to recommend a couple extra steps I could do to keep my car looking great! He also buffed out a few light scratches for me - which is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! Thank you Caliber Collision - you turned a very disappointing wreck and experience into a great one!! read more

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Caliber Collison! Got into an accident and had my car taken to this Caliber Collison location and although it took about 4 days for Geico to complete the estimate, Caliber finished repairs on my car about a week before my estimated return date and the car looked brand new. They even cleaned the inside of my car for me. I would definitely trust them with your car repairs. Mine had front end damage and needed lots of work! Very highly recommend! They even sent me text updates almost every day from Michael at where my car was at in the repair process! I had no issues dropping off my car and no issues picking my car up. My car was at their location for 15 days, pretty spiffy! Definitely go here! read more

Caliber was referred to me by an exotic car dealership in the Denver area - a testament in and of itself. I called Caliber to speak to them about my Lexus LX 570 as I wanted to get some paint chips repaired on the hood and door of my vehicle. I also spoke to them about doing some paintless dent repair (PDR) on a door ding and getting a clear bra put on as well. I worked with Jake, the shop manager, throughout the process. He and I worked out a deal where all of the work I needed would be done at their shop and returned to me within a day and a half. When the clear bra vendor Caliber works with looked at my vehicle, he realized that it had been re-sprayed (it was a used vehicle) and the clear bra would not stick to the paint effectively. Ultimately, he had to pass on the job as it would not turn out well and could fail in a short-period of time. Jake called me with all of the details in a timely fashion. Since the clear bra could not be done, Jake said he would still do the touch up work and the PDR and return the vehicle. Unfortunately, the dent could not be repaired due to the location of the dent. Caliber could have drilled in to the door but that would not have been an optimal repair and Jake was very upfront about that and stated they do not do that type of work. Jake took time out of his busy schedule to walk me through the entire situation as well as touch up the paint chips. Not only that, but he ran the vehicle through the detail shop and had it washed and vacuumed - nothing I had requested or expected - especially for work that was never performed, to no fault of their own. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I noticed a scratch (that Caliber did not do) and Jake came outside to take a look. While out there, he inspected my ENTIRE vehicle and pointed out multiple areas where the vehicle had been re-sprayed or where parts potentially had been replaced - I had not noticed any of it, but he picked up with his trained eye. As you can imagine, I was in shock as I had just purchased the vehicle used from a dealer in town. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I had a thorough multi-point inspection done by an independent dealer and none of what Jake found was brought to my attention by the dealer. While the shop was unable to do all of the work we initially priced out and make any money on the transaction, Jake still went above and beyond my expectations to deliver superior customer service. He was open, honest and very trustworthy - something that is EXTREMELY rare in the car business. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Jake and Caliber for any of your auto body repair needs. read more

I recently got in a hit and run accident and was referred to caliber. When I went in for my estimate I was under the impression that I would leave my car there and it would be fixed. The front desk notified me that since my car is safe to drive that was not the case. I called my insurance company to confirm that was the case and that I could cancel my rental car and left to work. I received a call later that day asking if I still wanted to go with caliber and I said yes. I was told they would order the parts and let me know when they got in so I could bring my car back. A week and a half later I called back to follow-up on the status of my parts and was informed that had not been ordered yet. To my disappointment I ask why and ask when I can get scheduled. The woman at the front desk told me September 25th is their next appointment so I ask if I can call back after I check my schedule. When I call back jerry/terry told me I cannot schedule with them and that I need to find another company to go to. I have never dealt with such a rude company. I can't believe they treat people this way. read more

They went above and beyond! I got a few thousand dollars worth of front end repairs back in August after a hit-and-run driver swiped me while I was at a complete stop (I agree with the comments about bad Denver drivers). Everything went fine with the repairs; they kept me updated and my front end was as good as new. Then a couple days ago both of my headlights went out. I took it back into Caliber Collision because I thought they had replaced my headlights as part of the repairs, but I was wrong--they had not needed to replace the headlights as part of the repairs. But CC replaced both of my headlights anyway, at no charge! That is some exceptional customer service right there and I won't hesitate to use CC again (although I hope to never be in an accident again of course). read more

I had a recent fender bender that apparently occurred to my unattended parked older Honda Accord. I did some heavy research around town to try to land a most excellent body shop. I had read reviews that the nearby Addison Body Shop was quite good, but trying to get in an estimate there was like trying to get a doctor's appointment for a paper cut... it just wasn't happening. Fortunately, someone there recommended Global. I wandered in there unannounced, got a prompt estimate by a very helpful estimator (named Greg), who answered all of my questions about the repair process. Their estimate was even about a hundred dollars lower than other shops around town. The shop itself is immaculate, and everyone there is extremely professional and helpful. My car's fender was replaced by an aftermarket one that fits perfectly. The paint was matched precisely so that you can't even tell that a repair had been done. There was no need to spend about two hundred dollars more to blend the paint to the nearby door (as another shop across town tried to insist that I'd need to do for a proper repair). The entire repair was done inside of the 3 days estimated (brought it in late Tuesday morning, got it back late Thursday afternoon). My car was detailed for free, and was spotless inside and out upon completion. Global works on all kinds of cars including very fancy cars such as Jaguar and Ferrari. They even have an Enterprise Rental car booth right inside their main area just across from Global's receptionist booth. I'd strongly recommend hiring this shop in the unfortunate event that body work is needed for your car. read more

I will NEVER bring a vehicle again, their customer service is absolutely horrible! If you have All State as your insurance provider, stay away! Terry, who will be your point of contact, is rude, talks over you, cuts you off, and doesn't keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. My bumper came unhinged when I lightly drove over a parking block. At the first body shop I visited, it took 10 minutes to get someone's attention at the front desk and they said no one was available to even take a quick look. Then I went to Caliber. Jake and his team jumped all over it and fixed the bumper in 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the service and will always view these guys as our first choice going forward. Thanks, Jake! read more

This used to be Global Collision. The important thing is that the same people are there. I went in yesterday with a lot of paint damage to my front fender. I asked for Jake Shaw, who I have worked with for many years on family and company vehicles. Jake recognized me immediately, shared the good news of the transition to Caliber Collision, and took a look at my car. I figured this would be many hundreds of dollars to repair - that I would get an estimate and come back. Instead, Jake asked me to give him a little while. 20 minutes later it came back almost like new - and no charge. Am I impressed? Big time! 4 years ago, this company put a BMW back together for me that I don't think anyone else could have managed. They have also done myriad other body repairs for my family and company - all on time, on budget and first class. There is no other choice. read more

When I got into my car accident, I thought I'd just need the front end body damage replaced. My insurance company (Allstate) referred me here because I only lived a couple miles away. I had spoken with Sean (maybe a manager?) who was very friendly and willing to work with my schedule to show me the damage on my car. I was bummed that I had to keep calling them and harassing them to have Sean call me back, but once he did he was happy to help me out. He showed me the damage on my car and explained what needs replacing, the costs of the replacements and even gave me his professional opinion on what I should do about it. Unfortunately, I had buckled a part of my frame and wound up totaling my car. I called their office the day I had totaled my car through my insurance and had asked Sean to take the license plates off my car for me to come pick them up. When I arrived, he had given me my plates and I asked to look at my car to double check that I had gotten everything out of it. But he informed me that they had already towed it to the salvage yard and that I'd have to go there if I wanted to look inside my car. I was a little upset because I was told I'd have to sign off on it before they were allowed to do that, but I guess "oral verification" was suitable for them. My car sat in their lot for 3 weeks before everything was said and done, which was probably the most frustrating part about the whole situation. I don't know if I'd refer people here, but I can't say that I'd send them away either. My biggest piece of advice is to be persistent or you'll be waiting forever to get your matters resolved. read more

My husband has had more than a few issues with his new car...and more than a few issues with previous repairs done elsewhere. So when he called me at work to tell me that a gust of wind slammed his door open and managed to get it so misaligned that the door no longer closed correctly, I thought I knew what was in our future: fighting with repair shops, insurance issues, major money down the drain, days with only one car. I was shocked when he called me yesterday to tell me that the guys at Global Collision were incredibly professional and friendly, took a look and fixed it while he waited. Plus we didn't end up having to pay $500 toward our deductible. Whew! He's a huge critic of car-related customer service and he gives this place five stars--if you knew him, you'd be impressed! read more
