An elderly man who did not have insurance, license or registration backed up into my car and caused quite a bit of damage. Went through my insurance which had recommended caliber collision along with multiple options. The Caliber in Norco was awful and the reception was very rude, didn't have any opening to even take a 5min look on my car and requested a bunch of stuff... I chose this one in Corona even though it was much further because they are fast, courteous and gave me an immediate estimate when I called and allowed me to come in the same day! I went through my insurance and they finished the job faster than expected and did a very good job. I have gotten my car back and am very happy with the work. read more

Caliber in corona has great customer service and keep you in the know about your vehicle. My 2017 Tacoma was painted and put back together beautifully can't even tell it was in an accident. They had my truck done the day they quoted me and was a quick process picking it up. First of all I wanted to warn everyone who is using insurance to fix their car. This place just a month ago quite me for 7800 to fix my car . They wanted to charge me $5300 for parts that they had plan to buy them all used from other cars that been involved in the accident and charge you arms and legs for it. They literally wanted to make money of so many unnecessary parts that they didn't even needed to change . I finished my car today and guess what I only spend $1800 on parts and $800 for paint and installation. My total came up to $2600 . NOT FREAKING $7800 . Definitely a rip of place . Buy your own parts from other places and have them to work on it. Plus make sure they don't steal from the hours . They put so much labor hours on my insurance estimate , just because they wanted to make a huge chunk money of my insurance. Update : absolutely you guys came up with that price . You guys were the one who wanted to fix my car for that amount not my insurance. I do have a estimate from you guys as well with your company name on it says that you guys will charge me 7800 for 2700 repair . You guys use parts from junkyards and charge people 5 or 6 times more expensive than normal. read more

My experience with this shop started off great . I called to book an appointment for an estimate and was given a next day appointment . I came in to my appointment and the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly she directed me to their complimentary coffee and water they have for customers .The waiting area is comfortable and clean . Javier the GM also came to introduce himself and made sure that all was going well .They were so punctual to see me at exactly the time of my appointment . Got the chance to work with Brian around March 2018. I already had some experience working with Caliber Collision in Ontario and they were amazing! This branch isn't any different. They took good care of me and my baby. Very good customer service and very reliable. Often I would call and miss Brian so I would leave a message. He would diligently return my call as soon as he was done rounding or helping another client. Communication was very good, they always kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. I felt comfortable working with Brian and didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of in the business. This place is amazing, I came here looking for an estimate for some minor damage I had on my back bumper (license plate damage and a nail hole on back bumper). Within 10 minutes from arriving, I had my car checked out with Ricky and he gave me a few options I can choose from for repairs. Very fast and courteous service. They have repaired several of my cars and did a great job. But this time they seemed to forget who the customer is ??? I had my car towed there at my request. I was promised updates as needed. I went over there and authorized them to work with my ins co to do a COMPLETE estimate of the damage. There was damage to the driver side of the car, but there was also damage to the rear passenger side of the car ? They sent the estimate to my ins co but never contacted me so when I went over there , I was told that they didn't even look at the damage in the rear because they only do what the ins co says ???? I'm sorry but the ins co works for me also ! Needless to say , my car was considered a total loss but to this day I still have no idea what the damage was ? When I called to get an update the girl answering the phone got rude, kept talking over me when I tried to ask questions and when I started losing my patience, she hung up on me , which was fine. I called my ins co and told them that I didn't want Caliber touching my car again ! Still waiting for the total loss adjuster to give me the replacement amount ? When i got into my accident, i was very nervous and not sure what to do and they walked me through every process. The lady up front was so sweet and helpful. I had a gentleman named Jesse work on my vehicle and he provided texting updates and pick up dates. For starters, I wish I could give zero stars. Caliber collisions customer service and work quality is mediocre to say the least. My car was hit by a sewer dish plate and it had to have a bumper and some internals replaced. They had the car for over a month when I first brought it in, and then had the nerve to hand it back to me not even in finished condition. They half assed the paint job on the bumper, and they didn't even fix the fog lamps - they simply put random screws to hold it in. When I confronted them about it, one advisor argued with me that their not the right fog lamps, he says they're supposed to have LED facelift lights, however mine is pre-face lift so it didn't come with those. In that case I said why'd you even put them on if you think they're the wrong ones?? (They were the correct ones they just don't know what they're doing). So ultimately the manager wanted to make things right and have me bring my car back in so they could fix it. Going forward two more weeks, I was told they fixed everything. When I show up it's even worse than before! Where they had tried to paint the bumper mistakes, it came out with brown spots. And the fog lamps have these huge gaps that point inward! Absolutely worst experience I've ever had in customer experience. AND THESE GUYS ARE MERCEDES QUALIFIED! Can you believe that? read more

I took my 2013 Camaro into Caliber for work after being rear ended. As soon as I walked through the door, the staff was professional and friendly, and Made the entire process easier than I expected. They immediately took over negotiating with the insurance company which was helpful, since the actual repairs needed were significantly more involved than what the insurance adjuster had recommended. I received updates every couple of days, both as automated texts and in the form of personal calls from Jesse, who was handling my case. My vehicle was actually finished early, and when I went to pick it up, I found that in addition to the required repairs, they had also done additional repair work on my trunk, and detailed the interior of my car. I unfortunately don't write enough reviews however our experience was above and beyond what we expected. We took our 2015 Mazda 6 in after my wife was recently rear-ended. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly welcome. Our Service Advisor Antonette explained the process to us and walked us through from start to finish. When going through the process we expected to be handed off to multiple advisors but it was nice to hand our keys to Antonette and received them back from her after all repairs were done. By far the best experience I've had with any body shop! Staff was very friendly over the phone when scheduling my appointment... when I arrived, was met without much of a wait and almost immediately got started on estimate. There was an issue with my rental reservation at Enterprise but staff contacted my insurance company and they immediately booked another reservation and even drove me to pick up my rental! I met Brian at Caliber Collision by "accident"... Let me start at the beginning, it was an early morning like any other day listening to "Always Crashing in the Same Car" at a stop light in Corona and what do you know??? (rhetorical question), I was rear-ended by an elderly person who during the entire time (before and even after the accident had their cell phone in hand; if you asked how do I know this? Great question, let me explain, the light turned green I was the 2nd car from the stop light and being above average driver I always let the person in front of me have a few seconds head start due to the fact that I don't want to be that "d-bag" who tailgates another driver. As I was counting down the milliseconds to where I can start moving forward, I was asking myself a very simple question of one who is looking in the rearview mirror, "I really hope this person slows down?). It truly is a bit humorous how people look at you when they crash into you. If I had to guess what their expression would ask, it would be the following, "WHY WOULD YOU STOP AT A LIGHT AND LET ME HIT YOU?". I couldn't resist the temptation to ask them the question, or, rather make a declarative statement, "let me guess on your cell phone(?.) Their reply actually made me laugh a little. They politely with forbearance mixed with awkwardness explained that they were not on their cell phone but rather just holding it which now brings me to how I met Brian at Caliber Collision. From the first moment I met Brian at CC the conversation was very professional and throughout the entire time I picked up my vehicle. Furthermore, the vehicle was done ahead of schedule, and during the time in-between he also gave me updates on how the vehicle is coming along. While I walked my dog at Promenade Park my car was broken into. They smashed a side window and did body damage as well. I called my insurance who provided me with some preferred shops. Having great prior experience years ago at another location I chose Caliber Collision. I was able to get my vehicle into the shop right away. Jesse Perez was my estimator. He was very thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. Jesse and everyone were professional, kind, and helpful.
