They wasted my time and refused to give me an estimate on my 25 Honda Civic because Fix Auto on El…read moreCajon Blvd. had worked on it previously. Long story... After an accident, Fix auto "repaired" the car. It looked good when I picked it up but after a 15 mile drive home, the door and quarter panel had shifted. By the time I drove it back, the door was pinching the panel and dented it when I got out. After a 3 week battle with Fix, Geico said I can take it somewhere else to repair it correctly. I explained my situation to Mossy Collision and made the soonest appointment which was in 4 days. I took the day off from work and an hour before my appointment, they called me to tell me that its policy they don't work on cars after another shop has touched it. I bought the car at Mossy and they wait until an hour before to tell me don't bother bringing it in. I can understand a liability issue for someone else's work... However, If the repair facility is decent, what is the difference if the panel is dented from an accident or a crap repair? There are obviously underlying damages. Find them, and fix them. Start from scratch and charge accordingly. I'm not asking to only fix the panel, the car needs to be right.

After contacting my insurance company, they provided me with a list of approved repair shops. I chose Superior Auto Body because they're the only Tesla-certified shop in my area, and I was able to get an appointment that same morning. They performed an initial inspection and took my car in immediately. From start to finish, my point of contact was Jr., and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He kept me informed throughout the repair, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect every step of the way. About two weeks later, the repairs were complete, and the car looked fantastic. Like any quality paint job, I knew I'd need to bring it back after the paint had time to cure for the final finishing. I returned it two weeks later, and after three more days, the finish was absolutely perfect. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right--not just good enough. A special thank you to Jr. for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. If you need a body shop, especially for a Tesla, I highly recommend Superior Auto Body. A+ service from start to finish.
