Imagine my surprise when I dropped off my rental and arrived to find my truck completely taken apart and not ready at all. No one called or updated me to let me know there was a delay. When I asked why I wasn't contacted, I got no response. Not to mention I dropped off my truck Monday the 19th! This was a huge waste of my time and honestly felt disrespectful. I had to scramble last minute to find transportation to work and handle my day. To make matters worse, when I finally picked up the truck, the check engine light was on -- something we had already discussed previously. PLUS my car is STILL leaking oil the main thing I bought it in for and paid for soooooo they had it for FOUR days and charged me and fixed NOTHING. He took me to see my car and it looked beautiful. However, it was not ready yet as they are waiting for Geico to decide how to go forward with the A/C radiator replacement. A used one was installed, but it leaks freon, so a decision awaits whether to install a new one or another used one. I'm not sure if the radar for adoptive cruise control has been calibrated yet.
