When I later came back with a couple of small follow-up issues related to the repair, they immediately got to work and fixed them promptly without any hassle. The quote ended up being higher than the dealership's, but I chose to move forward because I value supporting small, local businesses. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication around when and how I would be able to pick up my car. Despite clearly explaining that I would be working until after their closing hours and attempting to pay upon drop-off. I was left without my car for the entire weekend, which added over $100 in unexpected rideshare costs. When I asked whether they would consider covering those rideshare expenses, given the circumstances, I received a very unprofessional and unpleasant email response from an employee named Brian. Additionally, while waiting to be picked up, I overheard staff engaging in gossipy conversation about another customer, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. Between the communication issues, added costs, and overall lack of professionalism, I won't be returning.
