Service First (Champions & Louetta) is my favorite place to go for anything car related! This morning, they greeted me by name as I was walking in from the parking lot. They offered to get my coffee, instead of just showing me where the self-service is. They are quick, cleanly, precise and polite. Who would have known that 5 hours later, they'd be coming to my rescue in a BIG WAY! They sent 3 cars/tow service to take care of us! 1 car & gentleman to get us home, and 1 car/gentleman to stay with my car in the WalMart parking lot until their tow service could get there and hook it up. When our kind and extraordinary driver drove us home (30 minutes away), we all had casual and pleasant conversation the whole time. The kids invited him inside when we got home, so he could see the girls' bunnies. He kindly obliged and ooh-ed and ah-ed over the bunnies, thrilling the girls. Meanwhile, worried that starting the car might do further damage, the Service First manager and technicians pushed the car from the wrecker and into the service garage so they could get a good look at it. From out of state, took my vehicle to caliber to have a rear slide window repaired, tires rotated and pressure sensor repaired, and a vacuum hose replaced as well as brakes done. Tyler took care of everything for me and assured me I was in good hands. Left my vehicle with them, once repaired Tyler called me to pick my truck up. Everything was perfect when I left, the next day the tire pressure sensor error came on again and I heard a hissing noise under the hood. I immediately called Tyler he said no problem bring the vehicle back ASAP and we will take care of everything. When I pulled up Tyler was there to take the vehicle and see what was wrong. Tyler said another vacuum hose had broke and the pressure sensor just needed to be reprogrammed. Caliber was quick to stand behind there work and took care of everything!! I can't say enough about the people at caliber! A great group of people that are there to help you, not take advantage of you!! I just want to say, I had a wonderful time getting my car service at Caliber Auto Care today . First I was greeted by Aye , who assisted me with getting my car service., She was so professional and caring. I was offered a variety of refreshing snacks it which I truly enjoy. The atmosphere the music was so relaxing I did not want to leave. Secondly, the mechanic Jarrett. Came in to explain everything I needed done on my car. He was so patient with me and answered every question that I have, He is such a wonderful person with a great personality which is needed when working in customer service. I felt confident on his recommendation on getting my car service I will bring it back. Jackie was so nice. Assisting me with some technical issues with my phone so that I could let Caliber Auto Care know what A great experience I had today. I rarely leave reviews, but Caliber Auto Care is truly deserving of a glowing endorsement. I've been a customer of Caliber for years--in fact, I remember when they were still "Service First". For the first few years, I mainly had routine maintenance done at Caliber (oil changes, inspections, etc.) but in the last year or so, my car's mileage and age have brought me in for more extensive repairs and service. I can always trust the recommendations that I receive from the Caliber team--they won't push you to purchase anything that you don't truly need. With their thoughtful approach, I've never felt pressured to purchase something "just because". The best part? If I'm not prepared to go through with a particular service, they'll give me a realistic timeline of when I need to act. I have mostly worked with Joe, and he has always gone above and beyond to make my experience a positive one, but the whole team is incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. I have been going to dealerships for my routine maintenance and repairs for years because that is what I was raised was the "right" thing for your vehicle. Dad always said take it where you bought it cause they know it best. I was running errands on a Saturday afternoon and noticed my car was struggling to accelerate. After a few more miles of this issue the check engine light turned on. I was no where near a dealership and did not want to pay a tow so I stopped into Caliber Auto Care. No disrespect to my Pops, but I am glad that I did. The staff there was amazingly welcoming and helpful. They took notes of everything I was experiencing and got a technician on my car right away. They were even able to offer me a ride home while they did the repair on my car. I had my car back good as new by Monday afternoon as opposed to a week later like a typical dealership repair would have taken. I've been coming to this location for years, will continue coming back and will not take my car anywhere else! I came in yesterday for a much needed and past due service on my car. All the staff I've had the pleasure of meeting have always been friendly and honest but I would like to specifically mention the service advisor who helped me yesterday, Chad. Nobody enjoys getting their car serviced but he made the time during pick up and drop off not feel so much like a chore. Chad is friendly, got a few laughs out of me, which is hard anytime before noon and I appreciated his honestly about what services I truly needed that day and which ones are coming up but not needed now. I never feel upsold here or like a number. Extremely personable staff and clean and inviting lobby with refreshments if you choose to wait for your vehicle. I'm a returning customer of Caliber Auto Care (Champions). My previous advisor no longer works at that location, and I've had the pleasure of working with Devin during my past two visits. Devin is accommodating and relatable and sends me courtesy texts/calls to update me about the status of my vehicle. I choose to go to CAC (Champions) over my vehicle dealership any day because their prices are much better, their service quality is better, and the technicians take their time with the job. I like that they have a kid play area in the lobby while we wait, complimentary Starbucks and refreshments, and shuttle service. I enjoy getting the promo emails and lucking up on complimentary car wash after my service. I've recommended CAC to my colleagues and will continue using them for all my vehicle services. read more

I have been in houston goin on 5 years now, but a total of 8 yrs altogether. I have always taken my car to caliber auto care, I truly believe that my car runs so well is because of the service they provide to my car. I was just there May 2, 2023 for an inspection and it needed work to pass the inspection, needless to say that Chad Owens came out spoke to me about what I needed to pass and well, he was very transparent in what I needed. The first time I went to caliber, it wasn't called that but my husband and I were on our way out of town and the oil light came on. This was several years ago and we pulled into the first place we saw. We told the young man we were on our way out of town and he said let me check it out for you... He said there was very little oil in it. He said: "Just sit tight for a minute." He quickly returned and proceeded to put oil in the car...He said, "I put enough In there for your trip. Be careful and have a safe trip." He would not take a dime. Fast forward several years: I've had a lot of major work there and I take our Suburban there every year for inspections and they never try to upsale you. Very comfortable and warm. At first they were nice and the prices were reasonable too. But recently they are getting rude specially the front desk person in a brown beard who has a bad habit of interupt everyone's conversation, without asking. Jump in the middle from no where.... They start charging $4.29 for shop supplies!! Seems that all customers had to pay for what they supposed to buy for their own shop. Basically they charged $4 for giving a water bottle.... seriously! I would not recommend anyone they made me change my car Cabin Filter although it was good and cleaned. Actually they lost one of their good customer (with three vehicles, go their all the time) just for their negligence & charging X amount of extra money every time. read more

I came in for a 40K mile maintenance check and oil change. I have used this location a couple times before and Chad Owens, at the desk, remembered who I was, which is always nice that they take the time to remember you. After reviewing the Jeep maintenance guide, he suggested that they can do a free Trip Check which covers everything I needed! How awesome is this that they are looking out for their customers to save them money?! All I had to pay for was the oil change. Things like this makes me a customer for life! I had a State Inspection service, the technician had told me the waiting time will be hour to hour and a half, I told the tech is ok I will wait. I went to the lobby looking around the surroundings and I was so impressed. I would like to say this location is very clean and spot less, the staff members are all friendly which is including the manager. Then 20 minutes later the technician handed me the key and said your vehicle ready! I was like,,, wow!!!! what a fast service I was so impressed. It's so refreshing to have this type of experience in an indutry that has historically been seen in a negative light. Each team member greets me, makes eye contact, and engages in friendly conversation. When they go over the status of my vehicle, they present the photos, gently educate me, make recommendations, and are NOT pushy, which I also appreciate. Best auto experience I've ever had. I typically take my car here for maintenance, and when I called to say my car wouldn't start, Caliber sent help to my house! Terry and Clay showed up and diagnosed the issue quickly. Then they even went to go get the new battery I needed for me, brought it back, and installed it for me. All I had to do was call Caliber, and the issue was resolved within an hour of their arrival. My car has been starting and working fine ever since. A noise was coming from underneath my front bumper. I took it to Caliber at 7925 Louetta Road. They determined that a piece of protective plastic had come loose. They put it back where it came from and added a couple of screws. A week later it came loose again. I returned to Caliber again (I was a walk-in on Friday afternoon) and SAM took great care to fix it solidly by trimming part of it and securing it with bolts. I've been going to Service First for several years (7+) The customer service and quality of work are excellent! They've worked on several vehicles that we've owned i.e. jeep, Mercedes, BMW. They're honest and very accommodating (shuttle to work, deliver my car when it's ready!) They've handled major car issues but I've also stopped by for quick tire checks or a bulb change and they take care of it free of charge. My Tahoe is old and I love her. I went in for a State Inspection and was told that she wouldn't pass unless I had some things done too her. I had her put up to passing standards and came back the next day. SHE PASSED however, the Location I was at the State Machine thingamajig wasn't working.
