Purchased a set of pearls from Daniel's Jewelers in The Antioch Mall for my wife last valentines, which was over 8 months ago! The bracelet out of the set I purchased needed to be altered, left it there to be altered, Covid happened, ok, 6 months later no response from Daniel's, no update, Daniel's Jewler's in Antioch closed down, and no one knows what happened to the bracelet that went in for alteration! Called customer service, NO HELP!!! A week later after contacting corporate, I get a call back from the previous store manager at the Antioch mall to explain what happened to the store and why it closed down and where I can find my bracelet, anyways, it's a long story! And the only reason I would be giving Daniel's a 4 star review is because of this amazing store manager Beth at the Vallejo location which followed up with me every week and finally helped resolve the situation and got me back the bracelet. By the way till today the bracelet hasn't been altered but Beth is calling me back this coming Thursday to confirm Alteration is complete and the bracelet is back at her store.
