Sabreen and Gerren were super helpful, friendly and fair. I'd definitely only go here when dealing with a pawnshop in Vallejo.

The security guard was very friendly, but customer service sucks! These people made me wait a long time, and there was only two customers in the store. I liked the deals they had, but I won't shop there. I demand at least half way decent customer service. This place didn't seem very friendly. It is pretty sad when the security guard had to pick up the slack for the store employees or owner. read more

Very professional , convenient and efficient . Everytime I go there I encounter a friendly greeting.

THEY ARE THE BEST!! after a frustrating couple of days being turned away at various "pawn shops", i decided to try one last place. im SO glad i did, i am a customer for life. i came in today with a small bin full of miscellaneous jewelry, nothing crazy fancy- and a lot of pieces that needed to be tested. the entire team was SO warm and friendly when they welcomed me in. but i have to say, sabrine was the star of the show. she told me how much she loved looking through collections like that and got to work. as she sorted through my items, i looked at all the beautiful (and very reasonably priced) items they had for sale, so many amazing treasures!! early on in my transaction, sabrine asked me about the gold colored pieces i had, and i told her that someone at a different pawn shop the other day said there was not any gold. sabrine offered to re test them, and told me she found a couple pieces of gold. THAT was a huge trust-earning moment for me, she could have easily pocketed them as copper/brass, but was very honest. she checked in with me throughout the process, but i was content browsing and chatting with the other employees/customers, everyone was truly so nice. when sabrine told me my offer, i was so, so, so happy i almost cried- it was amazing and SO fair. sabrine was SO thorough, yet efficient with the help of other team members. she sorted through hundreds of pieces of jewelry in about an hour, and i walked out with more cash than i anticipated. THANK YOU SABRINE & granters!!!!!! read more

This place have great service beautiful merchandise I have purchased rings from them in the the customer service is outstanding

It depends on who go to, I tried to sell my wedding ring with 9+ black diamonds and I got quoted 8 bucks, I went to Berkeley and got 9800. Make sure you don't go to the guy who clearly will scam you read more

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude security as well. It seems like the guy on the floor is related to the security so it makes sense they have the same attitude. Asking for $136 gram for 10k gold is outrageous as well. It's a pawn shop not a Hutch's or Highline read more

My daughter was getting married on 4/2 so I had to find a wedding band for her, fast. I was so angry because I literally wasted gas driving from Vallejo to Pleasant Hill only to find Granters not to far from where I got a pedicure. Anyway came here and was helped by Rose who was a complete angel. I looked around and tried a few things and she helped me find the perfect band for my daughter. It was as if it was made for her engagement ring! Thank you Rose!!! I'll be back! read more

I never thought I'd say "I Love This Pawn Shop", but I legit do! Everytime I come I get stellar, fair, and personable service from Rose & G! Even the security guard Justin is hella cool. I think they have a good selection for a small store, they can sometimes offer discounts, and they have sales and a good layaway program. I also appreciate being able to track my items and pay for them on a mobile app. I've been able to get some great deals on jewelry, electronics, and even items for my new house. I lost my job unexpectedly but still had needs. I appreciate being able to have those needs met here. Thank you Rose & G! You know I'm gonna see ya soon. read more
