When I first came into Daniel's jewelers to get my necklaces fixed, they were all super nice, great customer service .. Nellie was always helping me and would always get me good deals on stuff.. The other ladies working there Marife, Faye, and Rose are amazing as well .. They all would help me what I needed and would do extra for me to get what I wanted to buy. Daniel's Jewelers - Jewelry Near Me - Vallejo, California

Not so accomodating but more of intimidating. One of the sales person is not that knowledgable. I asked for a ring to quote me. And They NEVER call me back! read more

The Ladies at Daniel's Jewelers are Amazing!!! I received exceptional and outstanding service from the time I walked in the door until the time I made my final decision - purchase of a lovely bridal set. Marife is a superb Diamond Dream Maker. Marife was very knowledgeable about the diamond cut, color, clarity, and carat of the bridal sets that I expressed interest in. Marife's knowledge, patience, and exemplary customer service eased my mind through the process and helped me with making a wonderful choice. Tita, Store Manager, is magnificent. Tita went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my decision and shared her expertise with the cut and carat of the diamonds as well. Tita was also very knowledgeable about diamond protection and insurance. Would like to add that both Tita and Marife as well as Lory, Assistant Manager, were warm and welcoming. The ladies were also very humorous and had great personalities that kept me actively engaged through the process while making my purchase. All 3 ladies were very patient as well and stayed past the time of the closing of the store - they did not rush me at any moment and were kind. Thanks Ladies & Merry Christmas!!! I'm beyond excited for the bridal set for my Fiance. read more

Maefa and Tita were so friendly. Since I'm a seller I see a lot of selling tactics from a mile away so it can be a bit annoying when they try to upsell you. They didn't do too bad and had us cracking up. read more

My husband lost his wedding ring 10 years ago. Since we are renewing our vows to celebrate our Silver wedding anniversary, my husband decided to buy ring for both of us. We went to different places and Daniels one the jewelry store we went to in Vallejo. When my husband & I entered the store, we were greeted by not only one person but 3-4 people. The store manager, Beth was awesome. She wants us to be happy so she tried her best to give us a good deal that we can afford. What I like about Beth & the rest of the sales person there, its not a sales speech. They were really helping us. I also got lot of freebie. Very nice. If you are looking for jewelry Daniels in Vallejo have a lot of selection and people there will help you. read more

I went to this store specifically for a necklace I found online, unfortunately the item was unavailable but Imelda, the store associate was very helpful in assisting me to place the order and offered me some other deals that they have going on in the store which helped me decide a better deal. I was able to get a free an Apple iPad too. If it wasn't for Imelda's professional hard work, persistence and great customer service, I will just settle for an item without great discount on top of a free Apple iPad. Thanks Daniel's!! read more

Absolute ZERO stars if it were possible. Nice people but complete rip off of business ethics. They do NOT comply with Daniels Jewelers business policies. read more

I would like to give a special shoutout to Margie, Faye and Lory for providing a very pleasant experience for me during my visit. Although I had plans to purchase my item later this month in February, a few weeks back I was given options with their professional guidance and reassurance. So I decided to purchase my item sooner than expected! I enjoyed my time at this Daniel's location and I hope to work with these ladies in the future! read more

i'm having a horrible time here at the Jewerls they will not give my money back I had to come back. This is the worst experience of my life Jesus I don't like this. Why do I have to come back when i have the receipt ? so when do I come back? Where can I come get my $120. I have to wait for my money until Wednesday the people are telling me they have a 10 day moneyback guarantee and I have to wait to get my money back. I will never set foot in this store again, if someone gave me a gift card here, I would just throw it away. My wife lost a diamond on her engagement ring, I took it here and spoke with Lory, who was very friendly. They said the ring would be shipped out on Thursday and back next Thursday, I agreed. Thursday comes and they call and say that the ring has no prongs and if I would mind them gluing the diamond in, I said as long as it is secure that would be fine. The following Thursday comes (the original pick up day) comes and goes and I do not hear anything so i stop in there the following Monday or Tuesday and they said it didn't ship out when they said it would, well they said this after telling me it was returned to them and then shipped out the following Thursday (and then said they never said that when they just had less than a minute before) I asked when the ring would be done they said I would have it back Thursday (Today 3/3/2022) They called and I went to pick it up. Lory comes out from the back I ask how it turned out she said it was great as good as new. They proceeded to hand me the bag it was in and through the bag I could see where the diamond was replaced, i said this is horrible and I don't even have my glasses on. Lory and another lady working there looked at the ring and took it out of the bag and tells me that they cannot even see which one was replaced. I can hardly see without glasses, and I was not wearing them because of wearing a mask and can see it. I told them both that if they cannot see how bad it is to check their glasses. They said Well put your glasses on and it will look better. I said if it looks this bad when i cannot see I don't even want to put my glasses on to look at it. They said Well this is the best he could do. I then replied if this is his best, they need to contract out a new jeweler, I am sick to my stomach. I have to now take it somewhere else to repair their damage to the ring. I do not even know what to do at this moment, I took the ring home and immediately my wife was upset, without me even telling her the story, I guess both of us are blind. The ring is horrible looking now and I would have rather had the ring back unfixed and paid an examination fee if they could not fix it properly. Avoid this place at all costs read more

these ladies will lie in your face and then laugh in your face about it. terrible business practices and clear dishonesty. Joke of a jewelry store with a terrible, tacky selection. They tried to scam me out of $800 because I had a $500 gift card. When I went to exchange the necklace I got my girlfriend for one that was HIGHER PRICED, they literally told me the $500 was "gone" after the first purchase, and that if I gave them the $750 necklace i bought back, I would only get a $200 credit towards the new $1000 necklace I was going to buy. They lied, they tried to scam me in front of my face, and ruined my experience and the $500 giftcard I had saved for 8 years! Never ever going back and i'd recommend spending your money in a gum-ball machine for a ring before coming here read more

Excellent customer service, fast and efficient. Grace was amazing made sure I received every discount available.

So what I was trying to say about Daniels jewelers was that they are crooks and that they were trying to charge me $800 for $400 worth of jewelry and it was only silver so when I came in to make my last payment they act like they couldn't find the payment lady and then all of a sudden my payment was more so I stop messing with them they're good if you like cheap jewelry read more

This place is a joke. They scam you saying free gift and then they tack on a " registry" to get you. My wife got scammed by this place and i was infuriated so obviously I wanted her to return everything. There is signage everywhere saying returns within 90 days but yet have you sign off on faulty paperwork saying non refundable and don't explain the charges at all just the upfront cost. Similar to cheesy car sales man. The worst part the person that made the deal on THE MANAGER! . Not transparent at all. save yourself a headache and don't go there. read more

There's no option for zero star so I guess one star then, they're freaking scam stay away from this store. My husband and I we bought an earrings stud and they told us the diamond is certified with certification card and they did put everything in the paper bag. We came and checked the bag there's no certification card I called the place they said oh sorry and forgot they'll try to find it and call us back, next day came they called us back they said they made a mistake it's a premium diamond and there's no certification card but they said don't worry our diamonds are real. We tried to return it but it says no refund so I'm stuck with an earrings that I freaking hate, also 5-days after we bought the earrings they put out an ads for Mother's promo buy one get one what a freaking scam. read more

Overall Experience is 4 stars and it would have been zero stars if it wasn't for Beth store manager at this location. Purchased a set of pearls from Daniel's Jewelers in The Antioch Mall for my wife last valentines, which was over 8 months ago! The bracelet out of the set I purchased needed to be altered, left it there to be altered, Covid happened, ok, 6 months later no response from Daniel's, no update, Daniel's Jewler's in Antioch closed down, and no one knows what happened to the bracelet that went in for alteration! Called customer service, NO HELP!!! A week later after contacting corporate, I get a call back from the previous store manager at the Antioch mall to explain what happened to the store and why it closed down and where I can find my bracelet, anyways, it's a long story! And the only reason I would be giving Daniel's a 4 star review is because of this amazing store manager Beth at the Vallejo location which followed up with me every week and finally helped resolve the situation and got me back the bracelet. By the way till today the bracelet hasn't been altered but Beth is calling me back this coming Thursday to confirm Alteration is complete and the bracelet is back at her store. The only thank you goes out to you "Beth"! Not Daniel's, Not the Antioch location that they closed down! Not corporate! Not customer service over the phone! read more

I don't want to give them even 1 star but I have no choice. If you want to resize ring don't go there because you have to leave ring on Thursday and come back to get a ring next Thursday because they don't have people work in the store they have some guy to pick up the ring to do that and the price very high compare with De mares jewelry in Vallejo. My ring is platinum have to resize more 2 1/2 size its cost me $550 they said have to add more platinum and I said NO i don't want to do that very expensive for me and I want my ring back then I have to wait another week to get it waste my time 3 weeks.. then I take my ring to De mares he changed me $220 See how much different and take time to do it's just only 3 days. read more

Great price friendly staff!!! Thank you so much to rosy and imelda......honestly we are really satisfied for being sincere we promise to come back read more

I went hear trying to find something nice, I left with something amazing.. they do have a registry gift deal I am aware of this so after spending over 500.00 I simply asked about the gifts and was given more than I expected, so I also bought a gold chain which I love and received another 200.00 value gift. So I actually left with 600.00 in gifts alone. So for those who had a bad experience I'm sorry but mine was great. That being said good jewelry is expensive, this is not a pawn shop or mall jewelry store, but they have great deals and try to work WITHIN THEIR MEANS to get you a price you can afford, I believe people who don't have a good experience here are the ones expecting deals they can't get.. if u take the time to build a relationship with the people there then more opportunities for deals will possibly come your way. Jewelry is a investment so don't sell yourself short, they have jewelry that will hold or increase in value. The manager Beth is great, honest, up front and could probably sell water to a whale she is that good . They are that good!!!! give them a try u won't be disappointed. Jewelry stores are like mechanics it's hard to find a good honest one. Trust me. read more

Purchased a ring from here paid 3k cash, jeweler was not in store to size ring. Manager told me she would provide me with a ring guard and I could bring the ring back for free sizing on Thursday when the jeweler was there. I came back on wed to drop it off. The ring was a 7 and I needed a size 6. The manager told me I could pay 70 45 per size after she told me it was free. If I would have know that I wouldn't have drove all the way to Vallejo. I could have gotten it sized closer to home. This store lost a good customer over 70 and a lie! Go to stores that keep there word and value customer relationships. read more

I wish I could give no stars, but I can't. I just left looking for a gift for my nephews birthday. They had tons of employees working and snacks set up for some reason. Three of them clearly saw me looking at all the cases for Something but not one of the 3 or more employees who weren't working with someone asked me if they could help me. I work too hard for my money to spend it in a place that doesn't feel I'm worth assisting. So I will move on and won't be back. Terrible customer service. read more

I went to Daniels Jewelers on February 10th, because my Anniversary and Valentines Day are lumped together. When I entered the store, the first thing I noticed was a Security Guard that was armed. I immediately smiled, because of all the smash and grabs that are taking place, it just provided an added bit of protection for the customer. I also thanked him for being present. When I started to look for jewelry, I was greeted by Mike. He was a new Salesperson whose been there for 3 months. There were also two other ladies behind the cou yet, one of whom I discovered was Beth. (Store Manager). I gave Mike a description of what I wanted and he patiently (I mean patiently) spe t time with me sorting through possibilities. For example, necklaces, earring and rings. Making a selection was difficult, because my wife does not like jewelry that "gawdy" in appearance. She likes nice, but simple pieces. Since I've been in sales for over 20 years, and I know how it feels to spend an abundant time with a customers, while more enter and exit, I felt compelled to let Mike know that I'm buying from him. After an hour and a half, I made a decision to purchase a ring that I was 50/50 on. As I reviewed the ring with Mike for pricing, I decided to take a 3rd lap around d the store. It was the best decision, because Mike showed me a tennis bracelet that went well with the earrings I had previously saw. Once I made my final selection, Mike got Beth involved to package both items together for the best out the door price, including tax. Beth (Store Manager) and especially Mike took excellent care of me. Most importantly, my wife was very pleased with both selections. There was no confusion about pricing, certification or types of stones being purchased. I had tons of questions and all were answered. The exchange policy was clearly explained, because it was a great deal on a sale item. Okay to exchange if unhappy within 90 days, but no refunds. I highly recommend this business. read more

Do not shop here.... their Jewelry is horribly made! A week after we purchased my wedding ring a diamond fell out...A WEEK!!! When I called to tell them they made it seem like there was nothing they could do...but it was only a week... so I went In and spent an hour talking to the manager, she finally agreed to give me another one but then it took forever for the girl to figure out how to fix it in the computer.... fast forward to 6 months later and I lost ANOTHER diamond.... 2 diamonds in a year?!?!? I just called to see if we had purchased the protection plan and the lady was extremely hard to talk to and had no idea what I was asking. For some reason eventhough she was looking in my account I needed to know the EXACT date I purchased the ring..... do NOT purchase jewelry from here...its definitely not worth it! read more

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I had purchased an Aquamarine ring from the Fairfield location for my mom's 53rd birthday and it was too big. She also said she'd rather have these earrings she's been eyeing from a different store. We walk in asking if we can get a refund and the woman, LORI, basically refused to give us a refund because it will "effect their sales" and to return it to the Fairfield location "out of respect". I've worked in sales so I understand but this specific location is so much closer to our house. ALSO YOU CAN NOT deny a customer's right to refund whether or not they purchased at your location or not! She also kept insisting my mom to open a credit line even after refusing to refund for us. Excuse me? Talk about absolute poor customer service!!! Def coming back in the morning in hopes LORI is not there and to be provided with proper customer service from someone else. Deeply disappointed and upset. read more
