i will tell you after backing into a car i was devastated regarding my new car damage - a honda civic sport lease- i am a woman and i know nothing about how much this repair would cost started out at 1650 and if they found anything else it could cost more 2nd estimate 1300 plus if they find anything the cost could increase. i went to one more place for estimate similar situation. when i went to caldwell collision- tommy gave me one price $800 nothing about if he finds something else it could cost more - the car came out perfect and nothing was detected at my dealership- honestly i have done the work on getting quotes and north jersey collision is the only place i would go & if you are in a jam this is the place to go to literally smooth out your problem. you will get exceptional service at a fair price. read more

What a terrible experience for my gf. I guess i am slightly to blame for not letting us be disrespected. Everyone was ok there besides the secretary. Apparantly being a customer and asking a simple question allows her to be EXTREMELY rude and talk to you like crap. Yes i flew off the handle and made it worse but they refused service after that. If you go to this place just expect bad customer service. Looks like the secretary cant handle the work load and takes it out on customers. Honestly sorry not sorry. They are jam packed anyway..take it somewhere where they know how to treat their customers. read more

Great shop. They fixed my bumper (dented from a hit and run) for free before they'd consider quoting me the cost of fixing it. Other shops in the area said it'd be $500-700 to fix and wouldn't think of just trying to pop out the dent. On top of it all, they literally would not let me pay them for their help. I chose this shop primarily based on Yelp reviews. I just picked up my car this morning and am very happy with the results. They are friendly and very easy to deal with. The workmanship was high quality and the car was completed ahead of schedule. My only complaint is that the inside of the car has a strong smell of paint. Since the car was finished on Friday and I didn't pick up until today, I think this should have been avoided. I work in a similar industry and do everything I can to prevent chemical exposure to my customers and their families. Despite the odor issue, I would highly recommend Caldwell Collision and would definitely use them for any future work. I just hope I won't have to! read more

My new Toyota Camry had front damage to the bumper, side panel, driver door, and hood. The owner of Caldwell Collision carefully explained all the required repairs and gave me an estimate on the cost and time to finish. The estimate was in line with the one given by my insurance adjuster. The car was delivered on time and now looks like new again. The repairs are first rate. Other people that I met at Enterprise rent a car while getting loaner also said the shop had done excellent work on their cars. I would use them again. read more

Shocked by how rudely I was treated. So I got into an accident yesterday and they are an Allstate approved shop. Called them and both owners were great...until today when the tow came. The muffler was hanging off so I requested a flatbed. Annoyed that wasn't what arrived. The tow guy shoved the muffler back in place. Mind you it hasn't yet been assessed. Since I drove it home from the accident, and had been told to inquire if they could make it drivable while waiting for parts. So on my second phone call ever to the shop I just asked Tommy if there was a way to drive it while they waited for parts as I didn't have rental coverage. And that's when he got pissy. Told me he didn't think they were the shop for me. There had been a lot of phone calls already (um 2 is a lot?). I told him I didn't understand. Ofcourse I wanted it fixed. The claim was in. I just wanted to know if i could drive it in the meantime. He told me ok bring it in and come by to sign the release. I did and as soon as I walked in the door he told me he didn't want to work on my car, the tow truck driver said I didn't want it fixed (um then why would I tow it and put in a claim???) get it off his lot with a tow or whatever. Then he lied to my father while holding the keys random saying I came in there and bad mouthed him. Um well I said "did you have a bad morning" and was told to get out. Where's the bad mouthing? Oh you mean after? Like now. After he lied? Wasn't going to but now yeah I'm going to yelp my experience. Really never need to be spoken to or lied about like that. It was a hassle, but so glad I went somewhere else instead. Where I'd had a great experience before. The other guy just laughed when I pulled up and said it's really not driveable and that's all I wanted to know. Left it at the other place with a good feeling. Yeah it'll take longer bc the adjuster has to come out but so glad I didn't get work done with these guys. read more

I recently has a terrible crash with my 2016 Nissan 370z into a deer at 65mph. I car was severely damaged ripping apart the bumper, the fender, hood, wheel well, light assembly, radiator brackets, etc. Car look totally destroyed. I brought my car specifically to them because they have ton great work in the past. They assured me they could fix the car and make it look like new. They were not kidding, the car came out spectacular and looks better now than before the accident. These guys are thorough, experienced and do terrific work, they even had the car done a week ahead of schedule. I cannot emphasize enough that this is the place to get your car repaired right. I am so pleased with the job they did that I purposely made a point to write a review to show my appreciation for their superior work.
