They treat me like family! They are thorough with their service, very considerate with cost, and great people! V-C is family-owned, family run, and treats its customers like family. This is feedback for Ford Corp. Ford has made a mistake twice by discontinuing production of the Taurus, and their drop in sales is indicative of customer disappointment. The first time they stopped production of the Taurus, they replaced it with The Ford Five Hundred, which lasted only a few years, and they wisely brought back the Taurus. Now Ford went all in on EVs and no longer has a standard sedan. I will need to replace my current Taurus, which has 100,000 miles, and I am struggling with how to replace it with a new non-EV Ford sedan. I may have to settle for a hybrid SUV, which does not make me happy. I've been advised by friends to get a different brand of car, but I will not go to another dealer. I've explained why I will not do that, but at this point, it's a choice of which car is the least objectionable for me. Ford needs to listen to its customers.

Always helpful, always listens, guides us through the test drive, purchase, and teaching the systems on the car. Carl, the sales manager, is alway out front and accessible, not like other dealerships where you never see the mysterious "sales manager" the salesperson always has to clear things with. If the dealership wasn't great I would not have purchased five cars there. The entire process is low key and low pressure. From selecting a car, to the test drive, to approving the deal and sitting with finance, it is as pleasurable as a car buying can be.

It was kind of a dingy gray velour and, while the rest of the car was pristine, it had multiple stains and just looked dirty. That's where Mike and Blue Sky came in. The service and the price were amazing and my old car looks virtually brand new with an upgraded interior anyone would be proud to own. Just check out the pictures. I initially forgot about my appointment so I got there late but they were so understanding and still got me in! A few days later, I realized that I forgot some items in my car. They called me as soon as it was out of the wrap so I could come pick the items up which made my day! My car went in earlier this week and is already almost done. I will definitely be coming back to proline for any future needs. Thank you!!

When I picked up my car, it was clear they had cleaned it up. Never have I ever taken my car somewhere and picked it up looking better than when I brought it. What a great touch. Thanks guys!! At that point, LC was going to charge storage fees of $250/day if they did not do the work. I had to pay several thousand dollars to cover the insurance short fall to get my repaired car back. So, if your insurance company is unlikely to meet the LC estimate, take your car out of the shop (and pay the LC diagnosis cost) until you're sure your insurance company will cover the bill, or go to another body shop.

Even after moving away, we would often make the trip back just to have them inspect our car because we knew they would give us honest advice. A while back, a chain oil change shop told us we needed new brake pads. We came here for a second opinion, and they explained that the rust we were seeing was normal and would wear off with regular local driving. They were right. A year later, another shop again tried to sell us brake pads during an oil change. We immediately brought the car here, and after a thorough inspection, they told us the brakes still had about 2,000 miles left. That level of honesty is rare. Instead of recommending unnecessary repairs, they only suggest work that actually needs to be done. Their prices are fair, their workmanship is excellent, and most importantly, they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic, you can bring your car here with confidence. In an industry where it's hard to know who to trust, this shop has consistently proven that honesty still exists：）
