I recently bought a used boat and soon discovered it was taking on sea water near the stern drive. Took her to Cal Kona and they found my drive shaft bellows was torn which was allowing water to leak into the engine compartment. This leak also corroded my drive shaft, U joint and gimbal bearing. But Cal Kona fixed everything and now my stern drive is as good as new. Unfortunately, the drive shaft part had to be ordered from their parts supplier and shipment was delayed for about 4 weeks. This was primarily caused by covid-19 supply chain disruptions, so I in no way blame Cal Kona for the delay. Overall time to get my boat back was 6 weeks. I'm very pleased with Cal Kona and will use them again in the future.

The team stands behind their work and are very knowledgeable. They are great to work with especially for a new comer to boating.

So my older bro advised us to come here to pick up some Pac-man gear for the upcoming fight. He had…read morepurchased a shirt here ($28) and was going to return to buy another shirt. So we ended up going one evening and Champs had all sorts of gear - sweatshirts, jackets, sandals, shirts, track suits, and hats. I was disappointed with the women's wear. They only had 2 Pac-man shirts for women. They were the dry-fit material and I prefer 100% cotton. The shirts didn't fit right (and they ran a little small) so I opted not to buy one (saved me $28). I was feelin' the hat, but the brim was too big for my face! BOOO!!! Meanwhile, Chris went crazy and bought a sweater, shirt and hat. The staff was nice, but continued to try to "add" more items to the sale. HAHAHA Nice try, guy!!! Go PAC-MAN!!!

I went in here yesterday desperately trying to find a Christmas present for my boyfriend, I found…read morean awesome lebron james shirt (who my boyfriend loves) so I bought it not realizing I went home with the wrong size! I called this morning and the guy I spoke to told me he'd put the right size on hold for me since I planned on coming in when I got off work. Things came up at work where I couldn't go in to exchange the shirt so I called them back and asked if they could extend it just until tomorrow since I planned on going back. This is where the problem started. I spoke to a guy who told me he wouldn't extend it because they don't even do holds. I had to go so I said I'd call back and when I did call back I immediately asked for a manager. She gave me the same response and I explained it was a Christmas present and that I JUST needed the size (which was also the last one). I also explained that I live far away and it's hard for me to get over there in which she responded "well I commute from san diego so I think you'll be fine..." It ended up with her telling me she'd put it back on the floor after they closed and I might want to be there at 7 am on Christmas eve so I could get it...Christmas eve is my only day off from work besides Christmas, I really would rather not wake up before the sun to trade a shirt. Honestly, I work retail to so I understand the stress of the holidays but their customer service is probably the worst I've ever had. Not only that but the first guy I spoke to never told me their hold policy to begin with so had I known that I wouldn't have even bothered.
