So when I called Carters they informed me that they indeed make them fresh I was so excited. It was a last minuet order and they still managed to accommodate me, I was so thankful because I was ordering all the way from California. They had them delivered on my Dads birthday .. he was just over the Moon. Both of my parents couldn't believe they were sugar free.. THEY WERE DELICIOUS!!!! I just wanted to give the shop a huge thank you for such great customer service and for making these cupcakes so delicious..

We picked up the apple pie after looking over the other items. The owner said they are in the early discussions of baking bread to include sourdough items. We can't wait for the fresh baked bread. As far as our apple pie, it's delicious! Apples are fresh with a bit sweet and sour tasting and with a fresh crisp bite not like that soft mushy texture like you get with store boughten pies baked who knows where and shipped in. The store is clean, bright, smells like a bakery and easily accessible with parking right out front.

The main reason I stopped in here earlier this year was to discuss my ideas for my wedding cakes. I had gone to one other place, but didn't feel that the other once was really listening to me, or needed or wanted my business. The minute I started talking about my idea if multiple cakes and different cookies and bars or our wedding table, she knew exactly what I wanted and seemed just as excited as I was about the creation. I just had my wedding a few weeks ago, delivery was on time, and my 6 cakes could not have been more perfect looking and rated Devine! The cookies were adorable as were the lemon bars and magic bars. We had SO many compliments, I could not have been happier. I will use Coco's for all of my baking needs in the future! They are incredibly friendly and affordable, and most of all, the goods are very tasty!!

When I picked them up the presentation was sloppy (looked like a five year old had made and decorated them) and tasted horrible. No one wanted to eat more than one. She also left them out at room temperature and the cream cheese icing was melting off of the cupcakes. When I talked to her about it the next day, she hollered and yelled at me over the phone. Then called back and said it was because she had had a busy week. No one deserves that type of treatment or product. I will be taking my business to other bakeries in the area.

The email says print or show this email on your mobile device to redeem your free birthday bundtlet. But I was told that they would not unless I have the app on my phone and signed up for Rewards. It does not say that on the email anywhere so be prepared to put yet another app on your phone. The employee, and I think the manager, were pretty ugly about it. You think they would tell you and say "We'll honor it this one time." If they had done that I probably would have downloaded the app, but now I will no longer do business there. Also, while I was there, the young woman who acted like she was the manager appeared very ageist towards an older employee, talking down to her in public in front of customers.

He helped us pick a few things off the menu, and everything we got was really good. The food came out fresh and the atmosphere had a nice, relaxed vibe. The only downside was the drinks took about 15 minutes to come out. Matthew apologized and let us know there was only one bartender working, so we understood. It was a little longer than we expected, but when they finally came out they were made perfectly. I had a margarita on the rocks and my sister had a Passion Cosmo, and we both liked them. Overall, we had a really good experience and would definitely come back the next time we're in town.
