Unfortunately, it was the most expensive, and yet worst tasting cake we have ever had. I would have preferred a cake from the grocery store. The cake itself was extremely dense. It was difficult even to slice, and nowhere near moist. It appeared to have been baked several days before because it's texture was like that of an old, stale cake. The chocolate icing was thick and very stiff with a bitter after taste. It too seemed old. My entire family was very disappointed, as well. I don't know, perhaps Shana was having an off week. I was planning on trying the casseroles but have since changed my mind. It's not worth taking the chance, considering the cost. A few food trucks on site as well. Prices were reasonable friendly people and looks like pets allowed on a leash. When I asked a syrup vendor where they are getting their "Maple" syrup she repaid we make it. Interesting since there are no Maple trees in West Texas. As soon as I mentioned we are from Connecticut and Michigan and we know real Maple syrup she changed her tune and said "it's not real Maple syrup but all our other flavors are real". She did have assorted flavors like blueberry, strawberry and so on. Don't be afraid to ask questions when it comes to people selling food items. This was the only negative experience we had here. Happy shopping. BTW, if you are going to sell items please be honest about it.

The vendors were all very friendly and helpful. We purchased a delicious cantaloupe and some homemade peach jam. Many vendors also offered dried candies which I haven't seen before but apparently that's very popular these days!
