We picked up the apple pie after looking over the other items. The owner said they are in the early discussions of baking bread to include sourdough items. We can't wait for the fresh baked bread. As far as our apple pie, it's delicious! Apples are fresh with a bit sweet and sour tasting and with a fresh crisp bite not like that soft mushy texture like you get with store boughten pies baked who knows where and shipped in. The store is clean, bright, smells like a bakery and easily accessible with parking right out front.
