Same manager Ms Laketha went above and beyond any service I've ever received from a restaurant. Both times she addressed my concerns beyond my expectations. I visit ihop frequently and all ihop managers are good. However Ms Laketha demonstrated she is locked in on providing the best dining experience for her patrons. Visit the Cedar Hill IHOP. If you're lucky enough to get Ms Laketha you'll have a great dining experience.

They had a very disappointing meal here a couple of weeks ago, stating the food was lukewarm and they felt like they were not getting the weight they paid for. So, this evening they decided to try again just to give it a second try. Yes! They were definitely shorting on the weight because this time they measured it the minute they got home.
