What a concept! Giant cookies to go on a rotating weekly menu and finally in a strip mall that I frequent. Open about a month, we thought we would check out Crumbl. I was all for getting just one cookie for $4 and sharing it; but my husband wanted the 4 pack for $12 and some change. They have a cramped entryway with a couple of ordering computers to the right in Cedar Hill's Crumbl. You can skip them and go straight to the human with the cookie display - chocolate chip is always a choice - who can walk you through the procedure. She was very friendly and informative. The generally open kitchen was all a buzz on this busy Friday evening. Crumbl caters, too, with a smaller size cookie and I saw a lot of personnel. We made our choices, waited only briefly and were on our way with a long warm pink box. We decided to have the chocolate lava cookie before we left the parking lot and it turned out to be the best cookie of the four. Brownie like with a truly molten middle, I loved it. At home, I loved the others not so much. You can watch Crumbl's online video and see better cooked cookies. The cheesecake frosted Teddy Graham with its adorable little bears was the least cooked. The flat Peanut Butter had no reason not to be done nor did the Milk Chocolate Chip for that matter. Perhaps this team isn't ready for their brisk business, but these really big cookies need to be cooked! No raw dough for me please! read more

These cookies are good! I was not prepared for the price, or the weight of them all. The box is too flimsy. I had to carry these cookies like a new born baby. Very friendly staff! And they have ice cream at this location unlike the ones across Joe Pool Lake. The ordering process was so smooth, we got our cookies in no time. I'm overly glad I got to try this place . Heard and seen many mentioning them on a lot of the social media outlets, so when I learned they opened a location near by , I just had to try it. I'm not really big on sweets but their cookies and treats are very yummy and creative /unique. I highly recommend this business. We got 3 different cookies and paid just a little over $11. All were well worth it. We will definitely be returning soon . read more

Wish there was a way to see online what flavors are actually available before you go in. I drove over there to get an apple pie cookie, only to find out that they were sold out? Some delicious cookies made here! Located right next to the Marshalls and a The Joint. Location is small but service was provided quickly. Customer service however didn't really seem knowledgeable of the cookies or flavors but still helpful. There are always a seasonal cookies on the menu for variety and usually delicious. I checked out the cake batter cookies on this visit and it didn't disappoint. Goo amount of icing and you can taste the rich flavor. Great size and come boxed up. What is not to like about Crumbl Cookies?! They're all so good but the salted caramel was OMG the best blend of saltiness and sweetness! The service is great here. I'm a huge fan on crumbl and I was so excited when they made their way to cedar hill. Even more excited when they landed on Uber eats. Cookies are decent and rich and the flavors rotate frequently. These are the real deal buttah based cookies meant for sharing. The large size is for presentation. I tend to enjoy the vanilla based flavors over the chocolate, but both very good. Surprisingly least favorite is the childcare chip. Several mention the cookie being raw in the center but they're just dense. If you like a drier cookie just nuke it in the microwave a few seconds. I've had major success with the shelf life of these cookies and they freeze well. read more

Yummy cookies! Crumbl has delicious cookies and plenty of flavors to choose from. I found oyr that their menu rotaes so youre bound to find a new cookie weekly. We tried a new flavor which i think was (carrot cake) SUPERB!!! They also have ice cream too. This Cedar Hill location just had their Grand Opening! They were busy but the service was excellent. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner and have a conversation with him about this location. He's employed plenty of young people in the community and is committed to helping them succeed. Placed a order online and it didn't give any options for singles,so I ordered a 4 pack called the store to see if I could get them wrapped or separated she stated no didn't even try to accommodate me her solution was a refund!!! Abd of course I will have to wait 5 days I will never order from here again the Customer service is horrible now since I needed the cookies separated i basically spent 30 dollars on freaking cookies!!!! read more

Review based on Cedar Hill visit on May 7. Would prefer to have smaller cookies available than having to get the large ones. Smaller ones are only available for catering. $33 for a dozen of cookies is pretty pricey. Cookies a really sweet. Pink velvet cookies were soft and heavy, it broke apart trying to pick it up. Makes a big mess! Would not recommend for kids party unless you plan to cut them in smaller pieces. Think I will stick with Tiff's Treats! They are cheaper and deliver! read more

The cake I sent(picture) had fondue but the cake I received was a basic sheet cake.. . Which she said was not over charged but cost $150! Which is probably the reason I recieved the email at 5am because a basic sheet cake only takes a few hours and my pick up changed from 9am to 11am, which I waited patiently in my car for 20mins because she needed a few minutes. Also, my 6 yr old son expressed he wanted toppers on his birthday cake(which was also in the picture I sent) but when I got the cake there was no toppers! And the first thing he said after singing happy birthday was "mom I thought I was going to get toys on my cake(toppers)? When I asked the vendor about the toppers after I picked it up she said there was not enough time. Maybe so, but she should have expressed that before taking my order. Maybe I could've ordered my own toppers. All the other vendors I checked with was less expensive but they informed me that I would have to provide my own toppers. If I would've known there would be no toppers I would've probably went with a less expensive vendor and saved $50. I did express this to the vendor and her best offer was if I order with her again I would get 12 dozen free treats. ‍ Not only that, I was for sure the cake would be good esp since I read good reviews, but I was disappointed there too, sadly. The cake did taste good but for some strange reason the top part of the cake(it was 2 layer) was hard. Kids dont care about cake as long as it is sweet but adults can tell! The bottom layer was super moist. Not sure what happened there. If you decide to go with this vendor be sure to go over every detail. The cake was nice but not what I asked for, and I feel like I was overcharged. Next cake is def coming from Sam's. I just took a L on this one.

And they have all of the flavors. I got a strawberry with creole cream (condensed milk) and it just took everything to the next level. Highly recommend! And the staff is soo friendly and they all have really strong New Orleans accents which I love! My only complaint was that my strawberry didn't really have a strawberry flavor. It was just sweet and red. But it was still cool and refreshing which I needed on a 100-plus degree Texas summer day! Will definitely be back to try some other flavors soon!
