I've been a loyal Tiff's Treats customer for years and always place my orders online. Two years ago…read moreI was told at this location I can call in after placing the order and they can change out the cookies . And I regularly use the special instructions box to note cookie substitutions--something I've done successfully at other locations like Kessler Park and Ross without any problems . This time, I entered: "Can I trade out 4 of the oatmeal chocolate chip for 2 chocolate chip with pecan and 2 snickerdoodle." I've always been told that if I don't like the preset selection, I can call or leave a note and they had no problem changing the cookies . On 10/10/25 around 11:00 am When I arrived to pick up my order, I waited without any greeting or acknowledgment. When I politely asked if the substitution was possible, Amy responded very rudely { I will say again as if she didn't want to be there or was overwhelmed } and said, "That's not how it works--that's why it's online the way it is." I understand if policies changed, but the tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. If this location doesn't allow substitutions, I can respect that--but I cannot respect dismissive and rude customer service. I would rather drive farther to another Tiff's Treats than return to this location. Amy, please work on customer service. A simple explanation with kindness goes a long way.

Overall, I will say the cookies were amazing and the location was great! Which makes it so unfortunate that we had such an off experience with the staff! We got in line, and just our luck, we apparently were just before one of the "staff regulars". The attendant that was supposed to take our order completely disregarded that we were there and immediate began helping him. It wasn't until I spoke up letting them know that we had been standing there waiting patiently! It was briefly disappointing and I almost did not order, but ultimately did. I am glad I still got some amazing cookies! The birthday cake flavor is my fave! And regardless of the experience, I will most likely be returning (this time, as an online order lol)!

The cookies themselves were absolutely delicious. They were soft, moist, and packed with flavor, and the icing was rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. I also appreciated how fresh everything tasted. The cookies were a really generous size and surprisingly filling, making them feel like a truly indulgent dessert rather than just a quick snack. The Strawberry Milkshake flavor was especially enjoyable and tasted exactly like the name suggests. Overall, this was a great experience all around, from the easy ordering process to the quality of the cookies and the excellent customer service.
