Recently, I ordered an ice cream cake made for my boss's birthday party. It exceeded my highest expectations in presentation, taste, and was incredibly well decorated. Very classy job, Rick! I've also observed the manager, Rick, training young employees. You can tell he must be a great father/mentor as he was very patient and understanding while showing them the ropes. Always professional, kind to them, and showed them how to perform their jobs with excellence. It is my hope that this location remains in business for many years to come, because visiting it is a very enjoyable experience. :)

They have a large menu with a ton of ice cream and popsicles and other fun snacks. I ended up ordering a small Elote and a fresas con Crema m. unfortunately I was disappointed in both of the things that I got and ended up throwing both away after eating maybe half or less. With the Elote, it didn't have any butter or mayo mixed in with the corn. It was basically just like dry corn with the cheese and hot Cheetos on top. the fresas con crema, the cream was just really thin and it was just like pure liquid. I wanted it to be a thicker consistency and the strawberries were not very fresh or sweet. Overall, even though I was disappointed with what I got, they were busy. Everyone else seemed to like what they ordered and they had enough other stuff on the menu that I would try something else from there if I was in the area again.

Two years ago…read moreI was told at this location I can call in after placing the order and they can change out the cookies . And I regularly use the special instructions box to note cookie substitutions--something I've done successfully at other locations like Kessler Park and Ross without any problems . This time, I entered: "Can I trade out 4 of the oatmeal chocolate chip for 2 chocolate chip with pecan and 2 snickerdoodle." I've always been told that if I don't like the preset selection, I can call or leave a note and they had no problem changing the cookies . On 10/10/25 around 11:00 am When I arrived to pick up my order, I waited without any greeting or acknowledgment. When I politely asked if the substitution was possible, Amy responded very rudely { I will say again as if she didn't want to be there or was overwhelmed } and said, "That's not how it works--that's why it's online the way it is." I understand if policies changed, but the tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. If this location doesn't allow substitutions, I can respect that--but I cannot respect dismissive and rude customer service. I would rather drive farther to another Tiff's Treats than return to this location. Amy, please work on customer service. A simple explanation with kindness goes a long way.
