There was a bit of a line but it went reasonably quickly. Upon entry, you grab a tray and tongs, then make your way down the line of self-serve enclosed glass cases with shelves of fresh good. We chose a savory breakfast sandwich, an Almond Croissant and another sweet pastry. In line, the offered to heat our sandwich which we allowed. Then we ordered coffees, paid and sat down. A few minutes later, we walked back up to collect our coffees. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, though the ham and cheese in the center of the sandwich was untouched by the heating process. Next time, we'll ask for a longer heating cycle. The pastries were good. Not as good as made that morning in Paris, but better than most places we've been in the US. We also took some dessert pastries home for later that same night. My wife's was sort of ho-hum but mine was fabulous. I had what I guess would be a cro-nut?? Sort of like a doughnut that was made in layers of pastry, then cut out with a donut cutter. It had a filling in the center and had a sugary coating. SO GOOD! We'll be back to Paris Baguette and we'll try other items and for sure, we'll ask for our heated items to be heated a bit longer.

Instead of asking me for the sizes she asked me for the scoops (which isn't necessarily how they indicate it on their menu). Assuming that their smallest is one scoop that's what I ordered. We received our ice cream and you could definitely tell that they were trying to give us the smallest amount of ice cream possible. Paying almost $10 for those two we went back to see what they actually gave us and they responded with saying they gave us a kid ice cream cone but clearly charged us more than just a kid's ice cream cone. This was based on bad communication on their part but also a decrease in service on their part.
