This vendor did take my order 10 days prior to the date I needed which was great! But the morning…read moreI was supposed to pick up my cake luckily I checked my email and noticed I received a email from her at 5 AM asking to pick my cake up at a later time. Which threw my schedule off but I adjusted. She also, failed to inform me the cake wouldnt look like the picture I sent her. She did not discuss any details of what she couldn't do so I assumed she would be able to complete pretty close to what I sent. Not perfect, but close! The cake I sent(picture) had fondue but the cake I received was a basic sheet cake.. . Which she said was not over charged but cost $150! Which is probably the reason I recieved the email at 5am because a basic sheet cake only takes a few hours and my pick up changed from 9am to 11am, which I waited patiently in my car for 20mins because she needed a few minutes. Also, my 6 yr old son expressed he wanted toppers on his birthday cake(which was also in the picture I sent) but when I got the cake there was no toppers! And the first thing he said after singing happy birthday was "mom I thought I was going to get toys on my cake(toppers)? When I asked the vendor about the toppers after I picked it up she said there was not enough time. Maybe so, but she should have expressed that before taking my order. Maybe I could've ordered my own toppers. All the other vendors I checked with was less expensive but they informed me that I would have to provide my own toppers. If I would've known there would be no toppers I would've probably went with a less expensive vendor and saved $50. I did express this to the vendor and her best offer was if I order with her again I would get 12 dozen free treats. ‍ Not only that, I was for sure the cake would be good esp since I read good reviews, but I was disappointed there too, sadly. The cake did taste good but for some strange reason the top part of the cake(it was 2 layer) was hard. Kids dont care about cake as long as it is sweet but adults can tell! The bottom layer was super moist. Not sure what happened there. If you decide to go with this vendor be sure to go over every detail. The cake was nice but not what I asked for, and I feel like I was overcharged. Next cake is def coming from Sam's. I just took a L on this one.

Ordering was quick and easy, I came in with photos and was able to text them to the baker which was convenient. DEFINITELY AVOID for custom orders. Haley was nice enough on the phone, and i was excited to find a…read moreplace that could do a gold cake without using fondant (especially since young kids don't really seem to like the taste). I had to make a couple of follow up calls for a sketch of the gold brick shaped cake my God daughter wanted for her golden birthday, and so they would take my credit card info to complete the order because communication was lacking. I paid ahead because I'd be out of town until Sunday and someone else would have to go to collect the $70 cake to feed 15-20 people on Saturday before they closed. Unfortunately when they collected, it looked more like a standard rectangle than the brick she sketched out, the words were poorly done - some illegible and they were inconsistent heights. It looked like an elementary aged kid had wrote the letters and we ended up buying sprinkles to try and disguise the poorly written, very amateur words. The person picking up the cake couldn't get ahold of me when they did because I was on a plane, and when I called back to express my disappointment I had to leave a message because they were closed. 1 week later and still no phone call back. The ONLY thing that makes this a LITTLE less annoying is that the cake at least tasted good - snickerdoodle and chocolate. I would avoid unless you're buying something they already made, because the skill and customer service level was lacking, and clearly they don't care to make things right when they underdeliver.

I really wanted to enjoy my first visit because I had heard good things about this place. When I…read morecame in, I explained that it was my first time and asked what cheesecake they would recommend for someone trying them for the first time. I was asked what I felt like eating, and when I said I wasn't sure and was really just looking for a recommendation, the response was, "Well, if you don't know what you want, how do I know what you want?" I felt a little taken aback by that. I wasn't expecting anyone to know my personal taste--I was simply hoping to hear what their most popular or signature cheesecake was. I decided on the blackberry cheesecake. This is completely a matter of personal preference, but it wasn't what I expected from a homemade-style blackberry cheesecake. The texture and flavor reminded me more of an instant or prepared cheesecake-style dessert than the rich, slightly tangy cream-cheese flavor I personally associate with cheesecake. I also couldn't really detect much blackberry flavor or fruit in it. I don't necessarily need blackberry seeds, but I would have enjoyed some blackberry pulp, small pieces, or a stronger real-fruit flavor. There was also a piped topping on the cheesecake that I expected to taste like whipped cream, but to me it tasted more like a prepared frosting. Again, that's simply how it tasted to me and others may absolutely prefer this sweeter, smoother style. My biggest disappointment was really the overall first-time experience. When someone says they've never been to a business before and asks for a recommendation, I think that's a great opportunity to introduce them to what you're most proud of or what customers order most often. I understand that taste is very subjective, and judging by the people who enjoy this business, their cheesecake clearly has an audience. It just wasn't the homemade, cream-cheese-forward, real-fruit style of cheesecake I was expecting, and the customer-service interaction unfortunately didn't make my first visit feel particularly welcoming.

The Biscoff cheesecake is pure indulgence from the first bite. It has a rich, velvety texture that…read moremelts smoothly, balanced by the warm, spiced caramel notes of the Biscoff spread. The cookie crust adds just the right amount of crunch and a slightly toasted sweetness that complements the creamy filling without overpowering it. It's decadent but not overly heavy, making it dangerously easy to keep going back for another slice. The tres leches cake, on the other hand, offers a completely different but equally satisfying experience. It's light, airy, and incredibly moist, soaked in a blend of three milks that give it a delicate sweetness without feeling soggy. Each bite is soft and almost cloud-like, with a subtle vanilla flavor that pairs beautifully with the whipped topping. It's refreshing rather than rich, making it the perfect dessert when you want something sweet but not overwhelming.
