Caffé Pacori is my absolute favorite coffee roaster and Caffé in town. Everything from the vibe of the space to the folks who run the show is wonderful! The owner is incredibly fun and kind and the rest of the staff are super duper as well! The coffee is PERFECT and there's a great variety of roasts that you won't find anywhere else, or the fun ideas like cereal milk lattes! I feel like a kid when I come in here - I get to enjoy my "adult" tastes like delicious coffee, while simultaneously getting to feed the kid in me with pop tarts and video games. Coffee Pacori may be the most unique coffee shop I've ever been to. Free arcade games (some are broken) and some classic coffee flavors. If you are looking for food I would look past this place as they don't have much beyond plain bagels and snack food. I had a hard time figuring out before I went there if it was a place you could actually order a coffee drink and yes, yes it is. Had a nice convo with one of the employees and thoroughly enjoyed the retro vibe, and the dimly lit rooms with video games and TVs. I played a free round of skee ball (pushed a button and out came the balls) and appreciated the relaxing, yet wacky bathroom decor. Too bad their hours are kind of limited, but if you find yourself in the neighborhood (or have a hankering for this place as a "destination" -- which it is) do check it out. read more

This place is off the hook! So cool- I'm glad I got to check out their shop. I loved the whole experience. It was a fun place to meet and catch-up with an old friend. I didn't check out the arcade area that much- I believe they were free to use, but I tried one Arcade Game and it wasn't that intuitive to me. So we didn't play around with it too much, but we sat over by the area where the vintage cartoons were playing and we chatted and caught up there! I enjoyed seeing "Pound Puppies" on the big screen, I didn't recognize all the cartoons, but the ones I did were fun! And, I remembered some of the commercials in-between even! And, we were joking around with Eric Pierce- the founder and who was behind the counter.Making a joke about liking them "A Latte" but they had really good service and everything was communicated with me. I bought a bag of coffee beans to take home, and sometimes out of the process I get nervous of missing a cue- but everything went smoothly and was delicious. I am excited to try this place, and I can't wait to go back! And, I would say this is the type of shop that focuses on Coffee, and the taste and experience of drinking their coffee. I think they have a popcorn machine- that looks fun (I didn't check it out) and they have Monster cookies available to buy. But when I was there, they happened to have an independent vendor as a pop-up bakery corner to buy some treats. But, that isn't always the plan and is a separate entity, so basically go there to focus on coffee! read more

This is hands down my favorite coffee bean supplier. We prefer a 1/2 n' 1/2 mixture of regular and decaf for our morning cappuccino. I've tried a few blends from here and thus far my preference is 1/2 light to medium SW decaf with 1/2 Italian. Oh my , a great all around blend for a cap, an Americano or latte. Adam weighs it out and then has some machine that mixes them up. Plus, they just got a new espresso machine that is making their barista/o very very happy. Check them out! read more

Y'all they play Saturday morning cartoons, have the best bathroom in Eugene, more eighties pop culture than I've ever seen in one place while still maintaining a comfortable space, and I could enjoy my coffee and ski ball at the same time. Classic video games to play Everywhere, and an obvious love for supporting local artists. Wood fired roasters of fine strong coffee, the friendliest barista ever, and I could bring my son here to make instant five minute friends. Come for the nostalgia or the short attention span theater or the excellent coffee (high praise from this WA grrl), but get in here. I am kind of at a loss as to where to begin. Can we give 6 stars? Let's go to the beginning. Ona recent motorcycle trip with family, we stopped at an amazing cafe in Goldendale, WA: Blue Sage Cafe. I cannot say enough good things about the Blue Sage Café. From the food, to the service, to the ambience, everything was amazing! Please read my review about the Blue Sage Café in Goldendale, WA to learn more. During our breakfast, we enjoyed the most amazing cups of coffee we have ever tasted. We asked where they got their coffee and we were pointed to Caffé Pacori. The day we returned home from the trip, I ordered coffee. When I received my box and opened it, I thought a mistake had been made on my order as there were two half-full extra bags in my order. When I looked at the receipt, there was a comment stating because of my review on the Blue Sage Café, and especially my comments about their coffee, they wanted me to try their espresso roast which is what they use a Blue Sage Café. That brings me to my review of Caffe Pacori. I have tasted their Wood Roasted Sumatra (whole beans and ground myself), Wood Roasted Sumatra (coarse ground from them), and their Wood Roasted Black Crest (which they use at Blue Sage Cafe). From cold brew, to percolator, to refillable K-Cup, I have put these coffees through their paces. I am a HUGE fan of both coffees. My preferred method is cold brew while the rest of family prefers the percolator. The Black Crest has an intense, full, luscious flavor and texture. It coats your tongue with a strong, bracing, very forward earthiness, followed by a mellow, almost carmelly, finish. For me, this is the been bean and roast I prefer for my cold brews. It retains a great deal of its flavor profile which is important in a cold brew. In fact, it has been my favorite all around coffee because I prefer a fuller mouth feel and that great earthiness found in this bean and roast. That being said, the Sumatra bean is more refined and luxurious in both its flavor and texture. While it also coats your tongue, it does so in a warming, almost caressing manner. I find it to be less intense than the Black Crest yet every bit as delicious. Next time I order the Sumatra, I am going to have them grind it for me as I preferred their grinding to the grind I had on my machine. For cold brews, the Sumatra is perfect if you're going to add a light pour of cream (I prefer heavy cream) or a very, very light sweetener. Too much cream or too much sweetener and you would completely lose the flavor of this wonderful roast. The bottom line for me, is that I will reorder from Caffé Pacori. Their customer service, the quality of the roast, the flavor and texture in the coffee as an end product is among the best I have ever tasted. From France, to Italy, to Brazil, to Ecuador, to right here in the United States, this is among my top three coffees - bar none. Please, support this amazing place and their staff! Kudos! read more
