Other colleagues had similar comments that overall the food was well prepared but lacked anything really memorable. The real shining star of the evening was the dessert! The carrot cake was absolutely delicious! I'd go back just for that! It was moist and flavorful, chock full of raisins, carrots and nuts. Portions are huge, and the specials (we all had a various special) were delicious. The eggplant appetizer was also huge and lights out. The service is friendly and attentive.
