Half of the buildings are soon to open. You'll look for lawn signs directing you to the coffee spot (and other businesses). We ordered the Spanish Latte and Mayan Mocha both iced regular sizes. The Spanish latte was yummy! The Mayan mocha really hits. You can taste the dark chocolate (I assume no less than 85% cocoa). The inside only has about 2-4 stools. Otherwise, there are two small tables outside with chairs. Very limited with seating so staying to drink is difficult. The staff were friendly, helpful, and sweet.

He took the time to explain the different coffees and walk me through their roasting process, which I really appreciated. I bought Colombian and Brazilian beans. I noticed the line was continuously about 6-8 people long, and the staff were not fazed at all, consistently friendly and helpful. I asked for a recommendation. They said the blue velvet was popular, and since I love matcha lattes, I decided to try it. Five minutes later and a beautifully layered subtly sweet drink was in my hand and I was comfortably seated in the corner on an upholstered low chair. A very hospitable, delicious experience!
