one of my favorite cafe's ever! literally amazing staff and menu items, every location i've been to has the best space and is great to hang out in!

Always a great spot for coffee but disappointed by the beverage and ice ratio. Felt like three sips and then I was done.

We have come here different times and have always enjoyed the drinks. It is a good place to chill, do work, provided with mamt seats options. It had been awhile since we came back and we decided to hang around for it.

Another less than ideal experience here (I should probably stop trying). I met my friend here for coffee on a Sunday morning. The store was relatively empty besides one large party which ordered ahead of us and there was only one person behind the register. I ordered tea and my friend ordered coffee. It took about ten minutes just for those two items. My friend asked for decaf coffee with oat milk. The coffee she got was neither decaf or prepared with oat milk. How do you miss the whole essence of the order? The guy offered to make it again (more waiting) and he let her keep both drinks at no extra cost, but it was a little frustrating that he missed the whole order. I still like this cafe though because it's spacious and comfortable and has outdoor seating. The tea and food offerings aren't even what I'm particularly drawn to, but I'm not sure it's really worth coming here.

Came here after dinner and got the banana and walnut honey toast. I shared with one other person and it was just the right amount for the both of us. The middle portion of the bread was a bit dry. I wish they added more sauce so the middle portion wouldn't have been as dry. Regardless, it was a good way to end a meal. There is ample seating so finding a spot shouldn't be too difficult.

This is a very cute cafe with great food and drink as well a sample seating. The aesthetic was very nice and seats very comfortable. It was busy when we went ,but the line moved fast and got our drinks quick. They have a nice selection of buns and pastries as well as coffees and other drinks. I got a hazelnut hot cocoa. There was a little jewelry shop inside as well and a lot of seating. It is very nice and a great place to meet up with people or do some work. Highly recommend!

First of all, the seats are VERY LOW. I believe the seats near the walls may be a bit taller --- but just fair caution, if anyone is above 5'9 --- the chairs take a bit of getting used to. Friends and I came to get some dessert after some good korean bbq. We got the Matcha Bingsoo and the Strawbanana Waffle (yes, that's how it was spelled.). After placing the order, the Bingsoo came out fairly quickly. The texture of the ice was literally shaved....it was so delicate. I loved the texture...the matcha taste went amazing with the red beans; I give it the ultimate asian dessert compliment: "NOT TOO SWEET". It was wonderful. The downer? Suprisingly, the waffle! If you like waffles, sure get it --- but it took a while and although it was crispy, boy --- was it tough to cut through to share! THE STRUGGLE WAS, INDEED, REAL. And a struggle to eat stawberries and bananas with chocolate sauce and whipped cream? I could pass on this struggle next time. My advice? Stick to the bingsoo and the drinks --- they offer a lot of coffee options! Great comfortable place to hang out with friends after work, or after school.

We got the Misugaru bingsoo and thought it was okay bc after the top layer of misugaru dust, almost all the rest of the shaved ice was flavorless. It was not until we dug into the very inner part that we found more misugaru powder mixed in with the shaved ice, which gave it more flavor.

Out of all places, I did not expect Fort Lee to have some of the best desserts I've ever had in my entire life. It was a little hot today so my family were all craving some sort of ice cream. Imagine our surprise when we came across a cafe that served bingsu! We decided to go with the Mango Bingsu as well as the Strawberryana Waffle. The Mango Bingsu had some really sweet and juicy mango pieces on top of a delicate bed of shaved milk ice + condensed milk. It was the perfect mix between refreshing and sweet! The waffle was freshly made to order, although a little harder than I would've liked. Nonetheless, very buttery and memorable. If I'm ever back in the Fort Lee area, you can bet I'll be beelining to Caffe Bene!

While deciding on what to order, the owner offered to make me a drink that was off the menu. How about a mixed one with strawberry, Matcha and coconut? Hey, if the boss is recommending it I'm all for it. My son got the ube and coconut. OMG, both drinks were so darn yummy. I am not an ube fan whatsoever, but my son insisted I take a sip. I have to say it was the best ube drink I have ever tried. The coconut mixed with the strawberry and matcha is a game changer. The teddy bear made of ice was so cute and makes for a cool IG pic. The owner was sweet enough to ask if we liked it. I gave her the thumbs up and said they were excellent and that we will be back. Oddly they also serve pho here, it's not a restaurant per se. We didn't have any so I can't comment. But definitely come for these yummy Vietnamese concoctions. Street meter parking only.

Whether you're with kids, on a family outing, hanging out with friends, or just looking to recharge solo, this spot is perfect for any occasion. The food is great, made fresh right before your eyes, and the prices are very reasonable. For my part, I had my beloved hazelnut latte, while my husband went for a classic, straight coffee. The kid opted for cold brew and a matcha bingsoo. If you've never had bingsoo, you're in for a treat! The presentation alone is a work of art, featuring a fish-shaped serving of matcha-filled ice cream, topped with matcha ice cream, red beans, mochi, nuts, and light, fluffy ice shavings. One word: sublime! The staff is friendly and great at making recommendations. They also know how to brew a perfect cup of coffee: strong, just the way we like it. The space is well-maintained, and parking is metered, so keep that in mind.

Grabby toy machines located near the community table. We ordered several coffees, one black (me), one with cream and sugar and a cold brew. Their coffee is good! And we ordered a Green Tea Match Bingsu and got a massive bowl of shaved ice milk infused with mochi, a huge dollop of sweet red bean, surrounded by almond slivers and top with Bungeoppang (Taiyaki), a Korean fish shaped pastry that was split opened, smeared with sweet red bean and filled with green tea ice cream. Was it good? If you like your deserts on the sweeter side, yes it was. The shaved ice milk is richer than others I've had. The red bean paste is richer and very sweet. The mochi that is infused into the shaved ice adds texture as well as additional sweetness. The green tea ice cream is well, greet tea ice cream. And the Bungeoppang elevates higher. Is it my jam? Maybe not. A spoonful or too was enough. For what it is, amazing. I hear they have a mean Mango Bingsu that's seasonal, so yeah I'll be back!
