Adesso is a lovely place! The coffee is delicious as well as their fresh pastries. The girls are sweet and professional. They know my name and my usual order. Small and quaint drive thru coffee place located next to a gas station. Its so small you might just drive past it and never notice it. They serve great lattes especially the seasonal flavors. I just stopped here for gas at the nearby station and on impulse grabbed an iced, blended mocha... seriously, not exaggerating, THE BEST ONE I think I've EVER had. I live over 3 hours away in Los Angeles and dream about driving down for another. If I ever head down to SD I'll stop by again. Seriously. I don't know what you put in it, but ... yum. My mom had an also delicious egg nog latte. The barista was super friendly and accommodating to my weird requests. Working in an independently owned coffee shop really makes you a coffee snob. That being said, I don't like other local coffee shops (ie, starbucks) because they just aren't the same. These beans are fresh, their service is excellent, and they always treat my dog when I drive through too! Could you ask for more? Their white mocha is something to get excited about! read more

This lovely little coffee shop is my new favorite. My mornings always include a stop for coffee, I used to stop at Starbucks every morning until I tried Adesso. This place is 100% better then any corporate coffee place. I always get a 5 shot iced caramel macchiato and it is by far the best macchiato I have ever had. I've also tried the hammerhead and that was tasty too. Sometimes there is quite a few cars in line but I really don't think it's anything to complain about. All the girls are very nice and have excellent customer service. They see me pull up and have my coffee ready, that is just perfect!! I'll definitely be a return customer for a long time. Love the coffee and been coming here almost every week for a year. However, I noticed they have a punch card, some sort of a loyalty award card for a free coffee maybe? Anyway, they only give it to certain customers, not sure why when if you give it to more people, you'll have them come back more to get the reward. I go there so often that they already know what I want every time BUT not one once I was offered this card. In the last 2 weeks, I saw them give it away 3 times at the drive thru and once at their walk up window. I have seen them give the cards before but It was not until this week that it really bothered me. I just felt maybe it's a racial thing because I've noticed all of those that were given are mostly white females and males. It's sad too because I don't normally complain but it's unfortunate because I go to to this place too often also that I hope no one feels the same way as I do. Otherwise, the staff members are nice and their cold and hot drinks are yummy. I will continue to come to this place but I hope they treat everyone the same and that no one should feel less than others. read more

I really wish I could give this small business more stars! I enjoy getting coffee here when I'm in town. It use to be amazing, but lately the coffee has been just "ok." I always order a latte. Lately they have been so heavy with syrup that they are way too sweet! The barista's are friendly though and the ease of the drive-thru is just what I'm looking for. Stop going to your local Starbucks and come here! The mocha frap is my usual and I sometimes splurge on a tasty treat they have available right when you drive up. I love the convenience of the drive up. Its always easy to pull up get my coffee and go. Sweet staff, easy to get to, and they never disappoint. read more

I really enjoy this coffee shop. It's a drive thru that is right off the freeway which is so convenient. The coffee is pretty good. I enjoy most of the drinks more than Starbucks.
