This quaint little coffee shack sits in the parking lot of the gas station I used to fill-up at as a young driver years ago. It's the perfect compliment to the Alpine area. It's an easy on and off to the freeway and the iced coffee was tasty and refreshing. A return trip is in order. read more

B.Y.O.I. Bring Your Own Ice. This place charges 50 cents for ice. When a person realizes that are paying more than the listed price, the baristas mention that ice is a 50 cent extra item that is listed on the menu. Sadly, this is not a joke. Their friendliness and caramel machiato was actually good; it is unfortunate that they are into pricing shenanigans. read more

Best little coffee house in east county!

I'm addicted to the chai tea latte here. My husband really enjoys the iced coffee, he said it has nice flavor and can be enjoyed black.

This used to be my favorite thing about starting my day. The girls are fast and remember your order. But for some reason, one of them has always been rude to me. When she refused to open the window to help me in 105 degree weather....I waited for 4-5 minutes and realized she just is going to ignore me. So I brought it to the owners attention a few weeks later to see if I had ever done anything unacceptable or what?? The owner went in and immediately told the two other workers.... Now their all rude to me. They literally hate me, and say as little as possible to me when I come thru. They lost well over $1,600 a year and $400 in tips due to this pack mentality and lack of good leadership. I was coming at least 4-5 times a week. No more. read more

Cute little place just off the freeway by the Shell gas station. The lady inside was very friendly and nice and also quick with service. I walked up instead of the drive-thru so I could stretch my legs since passing through in middle of road trip and she juggled me and the three cars that were the drive-thru with no problems at all. Their iced chai is so so good! Love this place. The drive through wait times suck sometimes but usually faster than Starbucks drive through. The girls that work there are very laid back and friendly. read more

I love this little drive-though coffee hut. It's the perfect place to stop after a run through cuyamaca rancho. They use Mudd Works beans, which are pretty tasty. The staff is friendly, too. read more

As someone whose worked in customer service for 15 years - I say that she's in the wrong business. I go here multiple times a week but think I am finally fed up with this girl. She ruins my mornings and starting the day off pleasantly is more important to me than good coffee. read more

If you like water down diarrhea in a cup then this place is for you. I'd say a 3 year old knows how to make a better mocha then this place.

The service is wonderful, but the drinks are a little pricey, but considering what Starbucks charges it isn't that terrible, and you have the convenience of the drive-thru. read more

Where do I start? On top of the delicious quality coffee I know I can always count on at this establishment, now I have a favorite barista. Therrisa, is not only personable and sweet, she's also efficient and talented. She knows my usual and has great product knowledge to recommend new drinks I fall in love with. This has been a favorite coffee joint for me but has quickly become my number one go to place thanks to her. Kudos to the boss that hired her. She's a keeper and as long as she's there you can always count on me in the short lines, long lines, and at the window to see her calmly and easily get through everyone. Best coffee shop in east county! The blended white mochas are by far better than Starbucks. I prefer this place way before any starbucks drink. The line is never too long and you can also use the walk up window to order. The prices are great and my drinks are always exactly how I want them. Adesso is simply the best!! read more

What used to be an efficient, delicious coffee drive-through, that offered courteous service and pride in ownership has turned into a playground for young girls who could care less about customer service or quality (and I know for a fact, that they make excellent tips). It took nearly a half hour to order and receive a beverage this morning because, apparently, it was not an option for one of the 'baristas' to approach the line of four or five vehicles to take their order, as was the practice when it was being managed by someone who cared. As I began to sip the concoction as I entered the freeway, it wasn't even what I ordered! I ordered a vanilla soy chai latte and received a coffee drink! What a waste of 30 or so minutes (yes it took that long!). read more

Best coffee ever! They have amazing service. If you ever feel like trying something new I get the coconut frap. Omg it's amazing. My dad has almost tried the whole menu by getting something new every time and he loves it. We use to be "Starbucks only" but I would drive past multiple Starbucks to come here!!! read more

Excellent coffee! This place has a drive through window where we were quickly greeted and served. We had the Mexican Mocha and a cheese danish. Both were great. We're definitely coming back when we head up to San Diego. read more
