Super cute vibe- love the drinks and food but I need to say- I've been here 3 times and everything is SO expensive- I just paid 9.75 for a large hazelnut coffee with oat milk.. and 8.75 for a slice of avocado toast. Very interesting- not sure how they justify the prices.. On top of the high prices- you will find yourself waiting a VERY Long time for anything you order- no matter what it is. Every time I come here I end up waiting for over 15 minutes for a coffee and snack. Crazy. Marvin and I found this cute little coffee shop on our way home from visiting wedding venues in the area. I was craving a cup of matcha and this place blew me away. I am exceptionally picky with my matcha and this was one of the best cups I have ever had. It was very creamy and flavorful without going over the top. The sweetness was perfect and it was not too grassy tasting (matcha drinkers know exactly what I am talking about!). The lights that decorated the outside was very pleasing to the eye and outlined this adorable little shop. They also decorated the interior with adorable plants that I went about looking at while waiting for my drink. I can see myself coming back here at another time and maybe sitting down to do some work in the future while sipping my very much above average matcha latte. read more

Been to this new spot a few times now and can say I really enjoy coming here! There coffees fantastic and prices are what you'd expect, what I enjoy most is there sandwiches that come with a side of potato chips. We were greeted by Rimpal who was vibrant and friendly. My fiancé ordered the cheese melt with no bacon and a large coffee. I ordered the salmon avocado open toast (saw a lot of yelpers getting it). Rimpal said she'll make my fiancé's cheese melt from scratch since he didn't want bacon and recommended a delight loose leaf tea called Assam My salmon avocado open toast was incredible. I loved every second of eating it. My fiancé wasn't a huge fan of his cheese melt. He says it was a basic grilled cheese sandwich we could've made at home. He said he would come back to try the chicken mushroom crepes that they didn't have at the time. The ambience of this place is super cute for ig pics (took some boomerangs while here). I usually leave good reviews, but this one i unfortunately cannot. The vibe and presentation is nice. An the pastries were delicious. But we had to wait fifteen minutes for our drinks. The barista decided to take orders instead of finishing our drinks first. You should take care of your customers orders first especially we were the only in there at the time. I believe you should finish the task at hand first and tell the other customers you will be with them in a moment. read more

I was looking for a cafe that had a good space to do work and so glad I found this spot! Super cute cafe with seating space and wifi- also great to stop by and grab coffee with a friend! I visited CafeInn the other day to study with a friend after being drawn by the pretty looking drinks and the cakes pictured in other reviews. (I had even said, "Lady M and Junior's? I didn't know any cafe on Long Island carried those!") When we got there, we were a little disappointed that they only had French macarons available for dessert, but I guess it's really just subject to day-to-day availability. We each got a savory snack and a drink. I got the ham & swiss cheese croissant, which was standard but still flaky and delicious. I also got the butterfly pea lemonade, which was very visually appealing but honestly isn't one I would order again. We liked that the cafe was spacious and had a lot of large tables for working. We also liked that they had their own parking lot and a clean bathroom available. Overall, CafeInn is a great option for studying/working if you need a change of scene. read more

So good! Cant believe I've never been before. This cute cafe opened recently right by my place and I'm obsessed. The drinks are so good and the food is pretty good too. I love the iced hibiscus mango passion drink as well as the royal milk tea latte! 100% would recommend. The baked goods are also super fresh and amazing. The banana walnut muffin is to die for. Super cute inside and a very chill, quiet vibe. Good for doing some work or just chatting with a friend. Would def recommend for grabbing a quick drink or healthy bite to eat. read more

Went for a morning break coffee and snack. Nice spot! I got a mini raisin scone because they didn't have any other breakfast egg options I was looking for. They did have avocado toast and such. My husband had a ham and cheese croissant. Nice modest portion. I ordered cappuccino with oat milk and my husband had a reg cappuccino. They were sprinkled with cinnamon. I wish the coffee was stronger. The girls were super sweet behind the counter and put a table and chairs outside on the cute curb for us to sit. As this place is a nice place to relax chill with friends or study for a midterm while having an ice coffee or drink. The service needs improvement. I love supporting small bussines but when you order and pay upfront waiting a long period of time for your order that they did not make. There wasn't a lot of people. Only 2 people order after me and I still didn't get my almond croissant while the people after me got their meal ( the Swiss sandwich and a chicken sandwich) I had to remind the lady who was helping out not even a barista. Waiting, they called out the croissant but throw down my croissant on the counter where the cashier was . I saw all orders they give to customers are at the side back where supposedly all orders from drinks to sandwiches are. All customers got their orders with no issues. I felt un-welcomed . By the stares to a different service I'm getting treated. This place needs hospitality. I had to remind them my order. There were 2 baristas. read more

This cafe is a great place to study, read, get work done, or catch up with friends. The drinks are decent but the customer service is where they really shine. Every barista is kind and friendly. However, Cafeinn has a serious fruit fly/pest problem. Every single time I have come here I have had to swat away tiny flys from my drinks and food. Its an incredible nuisance that ruins an otherwise decent place. read more

What a lovely little café! The barista was very friendly and their food felt fresh. I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and was very content. Usually quick breakfast sandwiches from larger chains can feel a bit greasy, but this felt lighter than what you'd normally expect which was fantastic. They're located on Jericho Turnpike which isn't exactly what you'd anticipate for a quaint little café, but the interior was beautiful. Lovely little cafe with the friendliest staff! The decor is beautiful and I've enjoyed everything I've ordered (coffees, lattes, sandwiches, smoothies). I also enjoy bringing my work here as I love the ambience. In light of COVID-19, staff always wears masks and I frequently see them cleaning which is very reassuring. They also have their own little parking lot so no need to deal with meters etc. CafeInn is definitely a wonderful addition to the neighborhood! read more

Great coffee shop in Jericho. I come here often for studying and enjoying some delicious coffee. They have plenty of space for you to sit at too. There is a parking lot, so you don't have to go looking for space. I haven't tried their food, but their coffee and other drinks are pretty good. The price is pretty average compared to other coffee shops these days. Definitely recommend Cafeinn! read more

Really really delicious coffee with a cute atmosphere. My only complaint is how overpriced it is. I got iced mocha with oat milk (left) and was charged for the milk, but also for the "mocha" flavoring! $7 for a small coffee is A LOT. Really nice spot. Beautiful store. Great vibe. Nice concept. My wife and I went for the first time today. She got a hibiscus iced tea which she said was delicious. I got just regular brewed coffee black. I guess they don't sell a lot of it so it probably wasn't fresh. So they were nice enough to make a fresh pot for me without me having to ask. Unfortunately their brewed coffee is not very good. As is often the case with coffee bars, too much attention is paid to espresso and espresso related drinks and not enough to the quality of the regular coffee. Please don't misunderstand, this review is not meant to be a knock on the business. They did everything right. Except for the fact that they scimped when it came to choosing a coffee as their house roast. I know they are a new business and I wish them much success.
