Cafe Wylde is wonderful! They have a mix of food, juices and smoothies, and everything on the menu is really great. I love their smoothies and have tried quite a few from their menu, but their food is also delicious. Some friends and I tried the tacos which were amazing, and we really wanted to try the jackfruit chili. Their vegan cheesecakes look amazing and we'll definitely be trying these next time we're in! They do a great job here, and the atmosphere is really adorable and fun. There's very limited seating but I think they do to-go as well. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area, even if you're not vegan! read more

I really enjoyed the food and my experience at Cafe Wylde. It was my first time, but I look forward to returning. I had the Bukhan Bowl, which was super healthy, flavorful, and filling. They have lots of super foods that leave you feeling good.. I had a Goji shot and a E3 Live shot for tons of vitamins and antioxidants. I couldn't leave without getting a piece of raspberry lemonade cheesecake (made from cashews, yum!) to go. I also thought the prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of product. I came in before the pandemic and ordered the bowl: it had quinoa, sea kelp, a bunch of veggies and was topped with a tahini sauce and it was amazing! I think I found my favorites: The Bowl and the Jackfruit sandwich. I also had some cheesecake I ordered the chai and a cookies n cream type. Even though I love chai tea I didn't care for the chai cheesecake. All in all, another great visit and I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area. Best vegan restaurant in Everett. I came here last week and experienced jackfruit for the first time. Mind blown. Flavors went well together (Bukhan Bowl). Driving to Anacortes we stopped in Everett for lunch. Found this all vegan restaurant on our app without even looking at the reviews. Thank goodness the place was fantastic. Hubby decided to get that day's lunch special the Havana Bowl. I ordered the bbq jackfruit sandwich that came with a side salad. Once again, hubby made the better choice. The Havana Bowl blew us away in flavor. The wait staff recommended it and I should have took her advice because I was eating too much of hubby's order. My bbq jackfruit was great tasting. It tasted better than my homemade bbq jackfruit and I pride myself on being a good cook. I can admit when I have been defeated. Anyhow, due to COVID-19 there was limited seating and the staff were observing the proper safety protocols. The place was clean and the prices were reasonable. Side note, on the way out of the restaurant we heard a guy bragging about the food to complete strangers. Said he was in town for a few weeks and kept going back for more. I've had this cafe on my radar for a while now and it's not easy (at least for me) to find a cute cafe around Everett that I enjoy. I finally found the time to stop by and I'm glad I did. The cafe is so cutely decorated with a simple flower on each table and an alignment of succulents in the windows. I thought the food was delicious! I would have liked to stay and eat in but I ended up ordering to go. They were super quick with my order and very friendly people! I ordered the pesto pasta and the peach habanero tacos which the cashier suggested for me. Although a bit pricy, you definitely get quality ingredients. My daughter and I have been eager to eat here. Today we took the plunge. We had 2 dishes that had the jackfruit in it (burrito verde with arugula salad, and the Korean taco dish). I'm sad to say it was so overly seasoned with salt in both dishes, we couldn't finish our meals. It was like eating pure salt! We were so bummed, as the vegetable combination was good once plucked from the jackfruit. I called them to let them know (and avoid a not so positive Yelp review). And if I had a restaurant and something like that happened with someone's first meal there, I'd want to know so I could make it right. I felt perhaps whoever prepared the jackfruit could be counseled about their overuse of salt- however that happened. The girl who answered the call basically said sorry about that, and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place. I ordered a matcha green tea latte and got something that resembled a green tea latte, no matcha flavor or color in sight. It was not drinkable so I brought it back but when I asked about the matcha they used, they didn't have any useful information for me. All they said was that it was homemade... and they showed me the mason jar with the matcha. It was more of a beige color than a bright green color (how matcha is supposed to be). They did not offer to make me a different drink, so I ended up throwing it away. In conclusion, the matcha was old and the girls need to brush up on their customer service skills. read more

The refreshing Strawberry Balsamic reminded me of someone I used to know called "Orange Julius" in his strawberry-banana mode, but this had a finer blend and fuller, more complex flavor. --"BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich (Entree) - Sweet, spicy, and seriously filling like a traditional BBQ sandwich should be. Ciabatta bun (this is not G/F), BBQ filling, arugula, red onion, avocado. Side of fresh house-made slaw." I travel to the Everett area periodically for business and have wanted to get to Cafe Wylde for some time now; I'm glad I finally made it! I can imagine parking would be more difficult in warmer weather (or during the day), but we had no problem finding a space on a Tuesday evening. When we walked in, the person behind the counter could probably tell we were new, so she cheerfully explained how the ordering process worked. I ordered the pasta pesto and my dining companion ordered the burritos; and I had to try the cheesecake! As with many restaurants, when the plate first came out my first reaction was "this looks pretty small", but both of our dishes were way more filling than the initial reaction suggested. I've tried making zucchini "noodles" at home and they've always ended up either crunchy or soggy: it's hard to cook a vegetable to be "al dente"...but they managed to pull it off. The "noodles" held together well enough to actually be able to spiral onto my fork without falling apart...overall, the feel was very much like spaghetti. I was impressed! My dining companion enjoyed the burritos; they were full of flavor without being overwhelmingly spicy. And the cheesecake; well, if you expect a vegan cheesecake to be exactly like a traditional one, you may be disappointed. But if you go into it expecting similar mouth feel and a simply tasty dessert, try it soon! Reading the ingredients on the menu, I worried that it would feel "waxy" in my mouth, but that was not the case. Instead, it was creamy and melted away as I ate it; delicious. I love this place. Their Bukhan (sp?) Tacos are phenomenal. Their avocado dip is pretty ace (though needs a lil more salt), and their service is always awesome. Their space is clean, bright, and perfectly instagrammable. You know what I mean. Poor food handling. Inconsistent training for workers handling food. Pay attention to lack of glove changing by workers when necessary. This is gonna get someone sick soon with norovirus or something or transfering other viruses. Ordered the power green juice, smokey avocado with cashew cheese dip, and the jabenero peach tacos with jackfruit. Enjoyed the juice but was blown away by the dip and tacos. The dip was warm with a subtle smokey flavor and came with rice crackers. The tacos looked beautiful and we're delicious, don't let the jabenero scare you, the heat was pleasant. Great food, friendly staff. The Bukan Bowl is a great combination of flavors and textures. Jackfruit, mushrooms, spinach - it's all great! And, the bowl is a the perfect size. This is no wimpy salad. My companion had the BBQ Jackfruit sandwich and loved it. Satisfying for an meat eater. However, the "side" of slaw was not really a side at all. It was maybe a couple tablespoons. So, that was disappointing considering the price. It would be nice to see a couple other sandwich options. I hope they expand their menu. Perhaps a house-made burger? This place is amazing! I usually go to Seattle for a nice vegan meal, but I found this restaurant while googling vegan restaurants near me. I'm so happy I decided to go here. Although it is a little pricey, the food is so good. I got the peach habanero tacos and a wyldeberry smoothie and my boyfriend got the pesto pasta and the sun juice. We both loved everything we got!
