This is such a cute cafe! We had iced lattes and pastries. They were all very good. They have almond milk! The service was fast and friendly! The decor is cute. It's a very pleasant atmosphere. There is a little seating inside and some in the building right next to the door. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there was plenty available. There is a parking lot and a little street parking. It's in a cute little area. After we ate our pastries, we walked around outside. You can walk to the water. There is a paved path to get there. There were people walking their dogs, biking and running. read more

I've been here twice first time was OK. But the second time I got the worst treatment! Sandwiches are not bigger than your palm for the price second the food service with the WHITE lady with DREADLOCKS served me when I asked about a deal that was their last time that I know I got because I have a photo of their board she told me I was completely wrong and then at the end of the service told me if I found the spot I was talking about to go there instead in a very rude tone and if you wanna bring your service animals that are trained to help you when you have low blood sugar prepare to be asked three times if you were sure that they are actually service animals then get comments like "yea sure". I live right by I'm very disappointed that this can't be a spot I go to again. read more

1 Star "Seas the Day? More like Seize the Attitude." I came into this café hoping for a peaceful morning and maybe a decent drink. Instead, I was spiritually assaulted by a barista who looked like she wandered in from a failed Burning Man retreat. White girl with dreadlocks? Check. Smug expression that screams "I read half a book on Eastern philosophy once"? Double check. From the second I walked in, she treated me like I'd personally offended her chakras. I asked a simple question about the menu options and she looked at me like I'd just asked her to explain string theory. Then she hit me with a tone so condescending, I had to check if I'd accidentally walked into a TED Talk I didn't sign up for. She huffed when I asked for a milk replacement, and then rolled her eyes. Rolled. Her. Eyes. Also, why was my iced coffee lukewarm? Did she bless it with her disdain instead of actually steaming it? Seas the Day could be a cute spot if it weren't for the energy vampire behind the counter. Until they do a sage cleanse of that attitude, I'll be getting my caffeine fix somewhere far, far away. read more

The food is great, but it's a place that doesn't have to work for repeat business, which is a huge pet peeve of mine (when the service doesn't match the food). I am not saying I won't be back, but I 100% won't make a conscious choice to go back. read more

What a great location in the growing number of businesses on the Everett Waterfront. We were lucky to snag a table early afternoon on a Saturday for a couple hazelnut mochas and sandwiches. My daughter had the grilled cheese and loved it! Someone at a neighboring table noticed it looked like the best grilled cheese ever...what's not to love? The peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies are not good. You could not taste any peanut butter or chocolate chip because it was too salty. The croissants were not flaky and layered properly. More like eating doughy bread than a proper croissant. The service was okay. The ambiance is sterile. read more

Blustery day, wanted a good meal, and wanted to treat my friend. Ordered lunch for pickup from Seas the Day cafe, a small place with a big heart. It serves the live-aboards, the yacht owners, the Port employees, the construction workers, the families with kids, teenagers, seniors. My reuben sandwich was excellent, just right. Not too drippy (with sauerkraut in it, this can be an issue), meat was tender and chewy, bread grilled just right. I had my friend try it last time, but wanted something more to her taste, so I ordered her the turkey avocado pesto on ciabatta. She said, oh i don't really like avocado, but was willing to taste the sandwich anyway. She really liked it! I kind of wanted to grab a piece but she scarfed it right down. I guess I'll have to order that next time. Got two white chocolate chip cookies, one for her, another for a buddy who did me a big favor today: during the windstorm, he wrangled a big piece of construction plastic into the dumpster. He didn't need to do it, and I didn't need to bring him a delicious cooky, but it all worked out fine. Seas the day turned a crappy day (windstorm blew the power out of my neighborhood and many other places in Everett) into a great one. Oh a sandwich won't solve your problems, just give you something to fill your stomach so you can pause and think. Get in there for breakfast if you can. read more

This awesome cafe is under new ownership... and the new owner has done amazing things with it!! Delicious sandwiches, breakfast, soup, baked items, and of course coffee and milkshakes... it has it all! Add to it a cozy seating area and a waterfront view, and it's the best cafe around!! Random reason to be in Everett and my son, age 12, was hungry and sullen. Wanted a place that had breakfast sandwiches and possibly good coffee. Saw this listing on Yelp and thought the marina atmosphere might be a mood boost and a little more fun than downtown. The drive was easy and quick and the setting definitely a shift from Everett city streets. Easy parking and a couple of open tables out of the six available. I could see the gentleman behind the counter was short-staffed and figured food orders might take a while so I didn't wait for my wife. Good thing, because a gaggle of people showed up for lunch and I was right about food orders. One person and two panini grills means serialized orders. He did his best and we had food in ten minutes. This is a great little cafe at the Port of Everett. The folks that run it are really nice and the sandwiches are basic but with really good/fresh ingredients. The kids really like their Italian sodas. It's nice to take your sandwich and walk around the boats. Plus, you can snag a local beer out of their fridge. Pretty tasty! read more

After a long walk on a stormy day near Port Gardner marina, the best way to warm up is stopping by Seas the Day. The definitely have the best location near the marina. The drinks are warm and delicious. The owners are very sweet and will make your drinks as you like. The pastry (especially the cookies) are the best way to compliment your coffee order. A must stop after your walk or after a day sailing! read more

My wife and I stopped in for sandwiches and coffee. This place has a new owner who was very friendly and had her cute baby with her. My wife said that her sandwich was delicious but I didn't pay much attention to it because I was so smitten with my toasted chicken and provolone with avocado and tomato. My wife got some fancy coffee and I had an Italian soda that were very inexpensive compared to other places in the area. We will definitely go back when near the Everett waterfront. read more

Went in with a friend ( FIRST TIME HERE ) my friend asked the older guy who was working alone if a certain soup was good or which one did he recommend and the guy with lots of attitude replied " don't know I've never tried" and turned around and started making someone else's coffee . Very disrespectful ! Everyone who was seated inside and out side looked to be enjoying their from what it looked like delicious drink and pastries , We ended up leaving as we were not happy with the way he talked to us. Hello, Seas Friends! I am Corie, the owner of Seas the Day. I have been a 4th grade teacher for almost two decades, but have always wanted to run a coffee shop. In June of 2022, I decided to go all in! I took a leave from my teaching career and have been running Seas ever since. I am still passionate about teaching and learning. I have experts come to the café regularly to work with our team on coffee skills and new research so that we can serve you the best coffee possible. I love being surrounded by people. The regulars that come into the café make my day every time I get to see them. I can't wait for you to become "a regular", too!

My husband and I have been eating here since at least 2021 and have raved to all of our friends and family about how fantastic the cocktails and the food are here. We always bring family here for a nice dinner night when they visit from out of town, and it has been consistent since 2021 until Thursday, August 27th. We always order the same drinks, as they are our favorite. I enjoy the Limoncello Drop, and my husband always gets the Bloody Mary. I order mine with raspberry-infused vodka, and my husband gets the jalapeño-infused. His is always spicy, but flavorful. Mine is always tart and sweet. This time was different. Mine was just sweet and had a dried citrus slice floating in it, which is not how it has ever been served. My husband's Bloody Mary had a wooden stick in it and no garnish. There has never been a floating garnish in my drink, and the Bloody Mary has always come with a garnish. Sometimes it is roasted garlic, green olives, and lime. Sometimes an herb sprig and jalapeño slice; another time was garlic, jalapeño, lime, and rosemary sprig. It has never come without the care of a garnish. Additionally, his cocktail tasted terrible. It was just hot. No flavor, just hot and off-tasting. He sent it back, and later the bartender came by to apologize and said the lime juice was off and they had replaced it. He offered a new drink, which my husband declined. For dinner, we shared the Puget Sound Steamers, and for the first time the broth was bland. We usually sop up as much as we can with the bread, but it was just flavorless. I was not able to order my usual dinner selection of the Alaskan Chowder because they were out, which has never happened before, but it was not a huge deal, so I chose the Caprese Salad instead, and it was okay. My husband ordered the Rustic Mac + Cheese; we have both ordered this many times, and it has always been delicious except for this night. It tasted off too, very pasty. Almost as if the flour had not been cooked enough in the béchamel, or perhaps too much flour? It was so bland and pasty that it was sent back, too. When we spoke to the server about the mac + cheese and that it tasted like uncooked or pasty flour, she said there was no flour in it, only cheese. The menu describes the dish as a creamy béchamel, which is a flour-based sauce, so her answer surprised me. I did not press it. Sending food back is not something we enjoy doing, and we left disappointed. We were not charged for the returned items, and we appreciated that. My husband declined a replacement, so he ended up with no dinner, and we stopped somewhere else on the way home. Something was different across both the bar and the kitchen that night. I hope it was a one-off, because five years of consistency earned this place a lot of goodwill with us. At these prices, we expect more, and my husband is reluctant to go back.

It was pretty cool to see! The staff was nice and attentive. The place seemed clean, and they were on top of orders. We will definitely be back.

I love this coffee shop!! This place is in the perfect place for me and my daughter to walk down by the water. We come here all the time, I got a mocha, which is my little treat for walking, and I have to say, they make one of the best mochas around. We also got a cinnamon roll, which those are to die for.
