A Oreo Croffle from Butter Notes Cafe is my sons after grappling treat anytime he's completed a competition. The customer service is always excellent! There are multiple ways to order either ahead of arrival, in person or at location via the kiosk. This cafe is very cozy, offers multiple types of seating options. The board games, soft jazz music, menu selections, and local crafts make this cafe uniquely charming; I highly recommend!

Food is very tasty and matcha was amazing. workers are a little unwelcoming but the fast service is nice. They are a bit light with their flavoring and passive when I ask for a little more but overall the place is really cute and calm!

Good food, sandwiches & croffles are always bomb. Service is fine. The ambiance is great, but sometimes the cafe does get cold. But maybe that's by design because I do be ordering another drink to warm me up.

I was at a tournament for my son at Everett Community College and we went here to grab a quick breakfast not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised turned out to be great! All the food was freshly made and so good! The fruit was fresh the whip cream was perfect and the croffles were delicious and crisp with just the right amount of toppings. We were going to take the food to go but the seating area was so cute and nice we stayed a bit! They have games to play and great ambiance! If I was in the area again I would definitely stop in!

Nice new owners with better hours and slightly more comfortable setting. I like the piano which the owner plays occasionally.

Great coffee shop with live jazz! Some evenings they have jazz events with wine, etc.

Cute little spot, I had their chai latte and the Biscoff Waffle pastry.

I've been wanting to try their chocolate chip cookie but it's never ready when I've gone. Their burrito is delicious though, it's packed and super filling, not to mention the sauces are the best part! I wish they gave a little more as I end up finishing the sauces before the burrito is done because they're sooo tasty with the burrito. I also wish they had other meat options other than bacon. They don't have chicken add ins but other than that it's a great place! I've also had their biscuit and jam, but that's just ok. I wouldn't get it again. It's not that tasty or memorable. There's lots of seating, food is ready fairly quickly, service is great and employees are friendly, and parking right outside. So convenient!

However, and I'd like to share my feedback on my experiences. - The food is decent, though it's often prepared for presentation rather than taste. It frequently arrives cold. - The coffee and tea are overpriced and tastes mediocre. - for instance, I paid $8 for a 4-ounce mix of espresso and orange juice that made my stomach hurt. - I also paid nearly $7 for the "peach blossom tea" and ended up getting 3/4 cup of ice, packet tea, and sweetener in a cup. - I've tried nearly everything on the drink menu and nothing is 'great' - The wait time for an order is incredibly long, and the employees are often distracted and preoccupied with other tasks, making it difficult to get my order taken. Overall, go to narrative for the ambiance and food, NOT the drinks.

I would sit and chat with friends for a bit but this isn't a place I would bring my laptop to work. We arrived on a gloomy Sunday afternoon and they were pretty busy. There is one kiosk for self ordering and you can also order with an employee at the register. I order the Biscoff Matcha Latte with whipped cream and it was outrageously good. There was a perfect amount of Biscoff so it didn't overwhelm the matcha. I am usually afraid to try new drinks but I am glad I tried this. Considering how many drinks they had to make the wait wasn't bad and the staff was very friendly and smiled and said hello to everyone. I am looking forward to coming back for another drink. You should give this place a shot too.

Both the taro and ube nuttiness were shining and the coldness was soothing. Honestly such a refreshing and addicting drink, I snagged another one for the trip home. Highly recommend.
